之前經常嚟翠亨村飲茶食飯,但尖沙咀店係第一次嚟,坐低十幾鐘沒人問開乜嘢茶,滾水就放一壺枱面,剛好有個經理在喺旁邊走過,問一下有乜嘢茶可揀,語氣吾耐煩,可能我吾係美麗華嘅熟客,眼見招呼熟客就熱情到不得了。感覺很差很差。當時已經一點半又吾忙,呢種服務態度我吾會再嚟第二次。食物質素不及其他分店。猪脚姜d猪脚完全吾入味,醋一D都吾濃,水一樣,真係想退貨,不過諗諗都吾會有下次,當豪俾佢幫下D低層員工。收乜嘢價錢就俾乜嘢貨,真係當客人係猪。講緊個價錢同嘉麟樓差吾到幾多,服務同食品就差天共地,比其他分店都起碼打個八折。非常失望。

各大食肆為臨近的瑞午節作最後衝刺,在各大媒體推廣自家製的特色糉子,真的可謂五花百門,亦極盡奢華,牛肝菌、瑤柱、松茸、西班牙黑豚腩、冬蟲草、鮑魚 (由50頭、8頭、特大原隻南非鮑魚也有),頂級享受當然雖要頂級價錢。自問為食得來又唔想太花費的我,見到有酒家推出養生孖寶  ( 原價 178 優惠價$148) 包括黃金柑桔糭及養生姬松茸益氣糉各一隻,清清地食素糉也不錯。不過其實隻柑桔糭才我最大的目標。黃金柑桔糭傳統的鹼水粽就只有經鹼水處理過的黃色軟身糯米,無餡,吃時要洒上白沙糖,或有人喜歡蘸豉油一同吃,否則淡淡的,便真的只有食糯米黏糯的口感,對我之言,簡宜淡而無味。不過近年陸續出現了有豆沙、蓮蓉、棗蓉、金栗等作為餡料的鹼水粽,味道甜甜地又有質感,亦較白沙糖健康,起碼多一份纖維,所以又重拾我對鹼水粽的興趣。第二日朝早已急不及待煮來當早餐,這個鹼水粽,色澤金黃,糯米晶瑩通透,口感黏糯軟熟,再篤深一點,顏色以花生醬的餡料湧出,帶點點的果香味,不太甜,再張附上的柑桔醬蜂蜜醬淋在粽上,每一口都富有清新的柑桔味,酸酸甜甜十分清怡開胃,幸好我預早額外多買了一隻 ( $58) ,瑞午節當日又可回味一番。養生姬

養生姬松茸益氣糉  (素食)
由高纖的三色藜麥、綠豆、花生、淮山、黨參、主角姬松茸製成,這款由白滑糯米製成的粽配甜豉油最合適,因為入面的餡料其實本身食味較淡,有幾條小小的黨參,一朵原粒姬松茸,一邊吃一邊聞到黨參的香味,並蓋過了姬松茸的清香,口感其實不俗,但並不是我喜歡的味道,對純素食者可能較合適。

好久沒有到此酒家。义燒,是此店的招牌菜色,沒有失水準。點心,有傳統的,也有新款的。本人最喜歡的是芝麻卷,很難在香港酒樓找到,因為是点心師傅有心機做。而且不是太甜,美味!

現在到尖沙咀飲茶真是可以不用訂枱,反而屋苑酒樓不能訂枱兼要walk-in等位。今日到翠亨村飲茶,雖然已訂枱但亦可以隨時walk-in. 酒樓一路保持水準。由愛酥炸馬蹄條、古法馬拉糕。現在還有的芝麻卷、臘腸卷。應該要繼續支持。
