今天是父親節,我就跟我太太的家人去在中環新世界大廈翠亨村吃飯。幸好我們訂做比較早,晚上6:30就到了,如果來晚一點了,已經滿座了,試菜的時間都會慢點。翠亨村的食物質素就比較有保證啊,他最有名的杏汁豬肺湯,我們還點了半隻鹽焗雞,菜遠斑球,薑葱桶蠔,薑葱魚雲。豬肺湯當然是保持一貫高水準啊,然後那個桶蠔十分大隻,然後味道也很好,雖然要$400,仍然是很值得嘗試的。還有要推薦的是那個菜遠斑球,那個魚是很爽,煮得很入味,我覺得這裡的廚師有保證。其他的菜水準都真的不錯,我就不多談了。我們4個人就吃了$1800,父親節的價錢還可以接受吧,最後餐廳送了蛋白杏仁茶給我們,整頓飯就完整了。

我們4個人就吃了$1800,父親節的價錢還可以接受吧,最後餐廳送了蛋白杏仁茶給我們,整頓飯就完整了。

午餐時份,同事無甚著落,相約小人往翠亨邨飲茶。中環的翠亨邨歴史悠久,今次來吃的點心多了選擇,多了以前未見過的款式。點心上枱時都是熱騰騰的。瑤柱蒸蘿蔔糕很甜美,臘腸是鋪在面上的,既腍且香,糕質很棉,在口中是彈彈的感覺。瑤柱菜苗餃有菜的香味,餃皮薄而不黏牙。而魚湯杞子鮮竹卷魚湯極其鮮甜,鮮竹卷的肉餡有蝦有肉,甚為豐富。這三個點心都做得很好。金瑤蘿蔔絲酥的酥皮十分鬆化,是見得到的一層層的。內裡一條條的蘿蔔絲清晰分明,充斥著滿滿的蘿蔔香!蝦籽柚皮炆扣得未夠透,不夠入味,中間還是白色的,質感硬實,蝦籽撒得少,沒多少味,頗令人失望。除了柚皮之外,都是滿意的。

翠亨邨的位置很方便,很喜歡到那裏飲茶,那裏的服務很好,這次我們訂了枱,我們三個人他都給我們一張大枱,很鬆動很舒服。那裏有很多侍應,他們都很主動、很幫忙,一舉手便有人來,又主動提我們斟茶,又幫我們攞紙巾,服務很貼心,很多職員在那裏都做了很多年,我都認得他們。今次我們主要叫點心,上素蒸粉果和鮮蝦菜苗餃都很好吃,皮不會太厚,味道很好,感覺沒有味精,有些地方樣樣野一樣味,佢就唔係。還有比較特別的是柚皮蒸排骨,很少茶樓有得吃,自己更加不會整咁多功夫的東西,柚皮吸了醬汁很好吃。

好戲當然留在後頭,雖然不是老北京菜單的一分子,但卻是這兒恆久以來的招牌
– 【蜜汁叉燒】。每塊叉燒的大小一致,剛好一口份量,表面帶上少許微微焦香,肉質軟腍,香濃惹味的蜜汁剛好掛在每塊叉燒上,總是令人欲罷不能。然而,當中更不能錯過墊底的蠔油豆,真是買少見少的小食。

中間再以【冬瓜盅】來間場,清新一下口腔。現時坊間的冬瓜盅大多使用了小型的冬瓜製成,論震撼程度遠遠不及使用大種的,所以當這個冬瓜盅送來時,勾圯了兒時的回憶。冬瓜不愧為消暑佳品,氣味清香,味道清甜,配以肉粒、燒鴨粒、竹笙、蟹肉及夜香花等的材料,令人有衝動一喝而盡。

再來就是單尾的【傳統炸醬麵】、【北京韭菜水餃】及【門框窩貼】,炸醬麵當然不是雲吞麵檔紅噹噹的京都炸醬,而是真正北方風味以甜麵醬及肉末做成的口味,味道甜中帶咸,有著黃豆的清香,伴以心裡美、青瓜及蔥絲,相當清新的口味;韭菜水餃做得有點不似老北京口味,覺得餃皮過薄了,喜歡吃到麵粉香而厚身的味道,不過,味道相當不錯;未看到門框窩貼時,大家也想著是如何的,豈料感覺是一顆煎過的餃子,頭尾皆有寬闊的接口。

「王府井孜然羊肉串」($148)要在北京街頭吃的話,那過濃的味精調味與衛生情況很多時會讓我卻步,只好睇咗當食咗。不過「翠亨邨」的fine版本卻很對我口味。羊肉肉質軟嫩,帶茴香的肉塊味道香濃而不太膻。而且孜然粉味道香得來相當自然,不會讓味蕾也麻木了。

平時晏就多數都係食西餐...今日難得成TEAM出去食飯 決定一齊出去飲茶!!上網睇到D相好吸引...仲有我最中意食既紅棗糕 滿心歡喜!~但原來希望愈大失望愈大...我地點左十幾款點心...燒賣, 蝦餃,鹹水角, 粉果, 椒盬魷魚, 奶皇包,一口波羅包....但好食既真係得一兩款...椒盬魷魚係咁好多款之中我覺得最好食...魷魚唔會太難咬, 而且帶有小小辣 幾香口!!其次就係奶皇包,一咬就有好多奶皇流出黎 算係唔錯!其他既點心就一D驚喜都無...我最期待既紅棗糕 更加令人失望!!!!紅棗糕一D紅棗香味都無...而且十分淡, 好似食緊粉皮ONLY!=((

但好食既真係得一兩款...
椒盬魷魚係咁好多款之中我覺得最好食...
魷魚唔會太難咬, 而且帶有小小辣 幾香口!!
其次就係奶皇包,
一咬就有好多奶皇流出黎 算係唔錯!
其他既點心就一D驚喜都無...
我最期待既紅棗糕 更加令人失望!!!!

My mom wanted to go yum cha so I booked this Central Branch. The food comes so fast that it doesn't feel like yum cha at all. Perhaps this is in Central and service is too efficient on regular lunch hours that even though it was public holiday, that edge wasn't lost. The dim sum price is on the expensive side but food is generally good except the rice flour used for Steamed Rice Flour Rolls with Shrimps and Scrambled Egg White and Steamed Crystal Cake with Mashed Red Bean which are unusually thick and chewy. I can't imagine how taut the Shrimp Dumpling would taste with that kind of rice flour.

相約了兩位好友於中環翠亨邨午膳,酒家安排安座於一廳房內,用餐環境較靜,衛生情況令人滿意。美食方面,散點了以下點心小吃:金磚豆腐:外皮脆薄,不膩口,味道惹味帶辣。豆腐內層白滑,或許是炸品的緣固,豆香較難突出。蜜味桂花骨:蜜味桂花汁甜甜蜜蜜,暗泛花香,排骨配上醬汁食味OK的,只是口感稍實了一點。筍尖鮮蝦餃:蝦肉餡食感鮮度不足,亦不夠爽口。瑤柱菜苗餃:食材鮮度及味道勻比蝦餃佳,有點奇怪。流沙奶皇包:包身夠熱,奶皇餡流沙無欺場,香甜度合心。一口菠蘿包:皮脆,叉燒餡料不足。灌湯小籠包:皮薄而不易散,湯汁份量中規中矩,肉餡香滑。黑椒蒸鳳爪:黑椒汁味濃帶辣幾惹味,鳳爪腍身入味。闊佬炒飯:以蛋白、菜粒、乾瑤柱、肉鬆等配料炒成,成品乾身可口,味道不俗。結賬近七百元,實在有點貴,影響整體總評。

端午節小人吃的糭不算多, 除了X星之外, 家人亦從翠亨邨買了裹蒸糭+檢水糭。唔怕貨比貨…,翠亨邨的糭跟X星的的糭果然高下有別!! ╮_╭先說糭身, 翠亨邨的糯米及綠豆粒粒爽口、比起來先前吃的那舊比對之下甚糊。裹蒸糭內容精彩得不得了: 有金華火腿、江瑤柱、蝦米、咸蛋、蓮子、五香肥肉、燒鴨、冬菇及雞等, 難得的是各種佐料放在一起是甘香而不漏, 超班之作!!  ̄∇ ̄作為甜糭的梘水糭更不容忽視! 蓮蓉餡甜得恰到好處, 配以附上的柑橘醬更是一絕, 直令人吃不停口!!一定安哥!! ≧∇≦
