前排陪女朋友去中環新世界大廈睇完醫生,決定食啲正氣啲嘅食物。同一棟大廈有一間叫「翠亨邨」嘅中菜廳,上到去餐廳門口,見到好多月餅promotion,先知道原來呢間餐廳係Mira Group旗下嘅,即刻覺得好有信心,一於試下!呢間餐廳地點方便,環境舒適,氣氛輕鬆,非常適合商務聚餐,以及家庭聚會。開頭我哋叫咗「足料老火湯」,湯底好濃,材料新鮮,飲落去好暖胃。跟住我哋試咗經理推介嘅「皇牌蜜汁叉燒」。呢度嘅叉燒外脆內嫩,蜜汁甜而不膩,口感非常好,女朋友表示非常like!作為零舍愛食蝦嘅人,當經理一推介另一招牌菜「黑魚子香芒貴妃蝦球」嘅時候,我即刻心心眼😍! 呢道蝦球鮮嫩彈牙,搭配香芒,味道清新,食落去非常享受。再來就係「桂花蟹肉炒銀絲」。蟹肉份量足,炒得剛好,而且唔會好油!最正係啲粉絲吸收咗蟹肉嘅鮮味,實在好味。「拍蒜炒菜心」係一個簡單但必試嘅正氣蔬菜。我好欣賞佢蒜香味十足,菜心爽脆,感覺好健康!最後,我哋分享咗「大良燉雙皮奶」,甜度適中,奶香濃郁,唔會太甜,結尾非常滿足。整體來講,「翠亨邨」嘅食物質素高,服務態度亦好,值得推薦!所以,如果大家想喺中環享受一頓高質素嘅中式晚餐,可以考慮呢間餐廳。我前排同女朋友去咗中環新世界大廈嘅「翠亨邨」食晚餐。呢間餐廳環境靚,氣氛輕鬆,非常適合情侶聚餐。Read More

粵菜老字號「翠亨邨」是現時少數能保持從前味道的飯店,畢竟走中高檔路線,看似平凡的家常菜烹調用心,對得起有要求的客人!怪不得,星期三晚也其門如市,大廳該有八九成滿座,見不到飲食業下行的景象!二人點菜,菜式可以做半份,而且分碟上菜,高級餐廳的做法,窩心滿意,刻意點算「翠亨邨」的經典菜式。皇牌蜜汁叉燒 $104 (半份)忠於傳統,選用梅頭,並非時下盛行的黑毛豬,別過全件軟綿綿的口感,回復嚼勁,玫瑰露味出衆,傳統的滋味。木瓜花生眉豆雞脚煲豬 $58*2來一道時令老火湯,湯清味醇,湯料仍有味道,蘸豉油吃也不俗。黑魚籽香芒貴妃蝦球 $190(半份)蝦球炸好之後淋上黏稠豐富的香芒汁、及黑魚籽添鹹香,脆軟對比,口感味道皆討好,是相比之下有新意的菜式。桂花蟹肉炒銀絲 $149(半份)另一道考廚藝,炒得乾身但不乾旱,食落有適當的水份,功夫了得!二人分享份量仍不少,健康的惹味菜式,代替澱粉質填肚,現在流行的吃法,我欣然接受。拍蒜炒菜心 $79(半份)一吃便知是高檔餐廳的做法,每條菜心皆揀手,長度寬度相約,菜花全清,加蒜清炒,清甜爽脆。大良燉鮮奶 $48*2甜度適中,非常香滑,一大碗,食完真的飽了。茶錢每位$22。服務到位,運作暢順,這晚氣氛頗熱鬧,中環難得的CP值高的選擇。離開時見到前台的宣傳單張,這個涼夏冬瓜盅宴甚合心意,有響螺及冬瓜盅等,$1488 四位用,即是加-服務費後,每人$444 我覺得很合理。Read More

在中環返工嘅人,十居其九都嚟過翠亨邨。開咗多年,唔高調,唔花巧 。平日晚飯時段,坐得鬆動 。坐得舒服之餘,環境帶點舊時中環酒家味,木框玻璃,瓷碗瓷碟,都乾乾淨淨茶揀咗鐵觀音,冇乜懸念。香氣中正,熱度合宜。啱啱飲完頭幾泡,店員見水色開始轉淡,未等我開口,已主動問:「幫你換返壺新茶好唔好?」講完即刻動作俐落,換咗壺先泡,將原本嗰壺擱一邊慢慢焗。講得出細心,做到出節奏。現代服務多數係機械式「加水」,但要斟茶斟得有溫度,係另一種層次。坐低未幾,換上熱鐵觀音,店員見你未飲完,已經一手斟落嚟,係嗰種粵菜館應該有嘅體貼老火湯冬瓜薏米蓮子煲唐排豬𦟌。呢啲湯,最忌就係得表面清潤,實情寡淡如水。呢度嘅湯,色清香濃,唔油膩,一飲落去,真材實料。湯底煲到骨膠溶化,入口軟棉,唐排未化,骨邊啖啖肉,吸晒湯汁,啖啖順喉。今時今日,連煲湯都變得講求成本效率,肯慢慢煲成個下午嘅店,唔多叉燒係招牌,一碟上枱,冇擺花、冇煙霧,就係幾塊切好嘅蜜汁叉燒。睇似平平無奇,入口先知下過苦功。燒得恰好,唔乾唔柴,帶微微焦香,蜜汁收得緊,唔甜得過火,肥瘦參半,口感平衡。叉燒最難係咁,個個都識話要「腍中帶咬口」,真係做到幾多間?另一道黑魚籽香芒貴妃蝦球,就明顯係想行創新路線。蝦球炸過但唔厚粉,保留到爽彈口感,芒果切得厚身,清甜唔腍。味道唔算複雜,但勝在清新桂花炒銀絲就精緻得多。蟹肉唔多,銀絲輕身,入口有一絲絲桂花香,點到即止 。炒菜心用咗拍蒜,蒜味剛好,菜心炒得爽,無渣,顏色翠綠,有火氣而唔焦,算係一碟正統又討好嘅青菜。最後來個大良燉鮮奶。白得發光,表面冇一絲氣泡,輕輕一舀,入口係細膩,奶味純淨,唔太甜,收得住。好多人成日以為燉奶係甜品,但其實做得好,係一種技藝。燉得穩,唔出水,唔起孔,唔掛蛋腥,冇可能靠「快手」搞得掂。成餐飯每一道菜都做得穩、做得實。呢種穩陣,唔係敷衍,而係靠時間累積出嚟嘅手感同經驗。翠亨邨唔係話要做星級名店,亦唔係要打卡排隊,它只係一間知道自己係咩、應該點做、然後默默咁做好每一道菜嘅老粵菜館。嚟過一次嘅人會記得,返中環再搵地方食飯時,就會自然咁諗起佢。Read More

呢日係中環求其搵食見到「翠亨邨」,見係Mira旗下就膽粗粗試吓——點知有啲菜真係有料到!環境唔錯,枱與枱之間唔逼,傾計唔使嗌交,啱晒我哋呢啲鍾意慢食嘅人。講返食物,「足料老火湯」真心足料,無落味精,夠熱夠濃,飲完成個人醒神!「皇牌蜜汁叉燒」係全場MVP!個皮脆到似燒豬腩仔,肉質鬆化得嚟唔黐牙,蜜汁唔會死甜~最期待係「黑魚子香芒貴妃蝦球」,個蝦真係大到好似乒乓球咁!咬落去「啪」一聲彈牙,芒果清甜平衡咗沙律醬膩感,係有心思嘅配搭~「桂花蟹肉炒銀絲」粉絲乾身唔油,雖然蟹肉唔係一梳梳咁,但有淡淡桂花香,好特別,呢個價錢算交足功課!「拍蒜炒菜心」普通但炒得夠鑊氣,蒜片爆得香,菜心冇渣,合格以上。最後個「大良燉雙皮奶」奶皮夠厚,燉得滑溜,唔算太甜。整體評價:有集團背景但冇hea做,叉燒同蝦球必encore,服務幾好換碟密,兩個人食咁豐富,唔洗千零蚊埋單,中環地段來講合理。會再來試佢哋點心!
