To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚上八時與老友去翠亨村晚飯談心,點了最愛的炒斑球及豬肺湯,點知兩樣都賣晒,唯有點頭抽白爐魚球,部長就推介一個咸豬骨大芥菜煲,另外我們再點了咕嚕肉。爐魚球比預計中好味,雖然唔想食太多炸物,但這個餸造得好好,外面的魚皮炸得脆脆的,爐魚肉則好嫩好 juicy ,咬了一口,還看到白雪雪的魚柳滲出晶瑩剔透的魚油油份,好吸引!咸豬骨大芥菜煲本身沒想過會叫的,因為對咸的豬骨放湯沒太大興趣,但既然部長推介,想叫的豬肺湯又賣清,唔想再諗就一於試下。部長也果然沒介紹錯,湯是喊喊地有豬肉味,想不到選取的芥菜非常嫩,好好食,好清甜,令人回味。咕嚕肉都幾好食,唔會炸到乾晒,亦唔會太多肥肉,也有水準。整體上都幾滿意,不過侍應有時太忙,啲餸菜擺左好耐先由侍應端到客人桌上,此點有待改善。
