依家黎添好運食可以坐得舒舒服服咁食,dim sum選擇好focus,只有一版紙。點左永恆經典的蝦餃,皮薄餡靚,無得彈。另一經典酥皮焗叉燒包,皮又脆叉燒餡不錯。黃沙豬潤腸先係想推介,非一般店能吃到,very tasty!家鄉咸水角standard水準。賽螃蟹春卷係真心推介!好特別!賽螃蟹texture夾脆脆的春卷皮有多種layers的口感。

The staff was very impolite with us. A woman, who seems to be the boss, treated us in a very bad manner. I think it was because we were not from HK and we couldnt speak cantonese. She didnt understand when we asked for salt or white rice in english, so she just laughted at us. The food and price was ok but not worth it if you are going to be treated that way.I cant understand how a Michelin Star Restaurant can have this kind of people working. I think English is a must.There is no bathroom insid

I cant understand how a Michelin Star Restaurant can have this kind of people working. I think English is a must.
There is no bathroom inside the restaurant, you have to go into the mall if you wanna use the washroom. So inconvenient.

因為添好運係我屋企附近就有一間所以都周不時黎食有網友表示話質素有所下降其實我都覺唔單止質素食物個SIZE都係下降中但係價錢就節節上升今次一行3人 嗌左有鮮竹卷,鳳爪,糯米雞,蒸粉果.牛肉球,鳳爪排骨飯鮮竹卷($18)個鮮竹卷材料唔錯,食落都唔會太油OR太膩不過SIZE就細份左D鳳爪($17)呢隻D鳳爪係比起出面食個D多肉D而且D汁唔會太膠食落係比外面既香口同埋有肉地糯米雞($29)好大隻既糯米雞,材料都好豐富,好飽肚蒸粉果($14)皮薄多料,不過我個人麻麻地鐘意食牛肉球($17)好細球既牛肉球,味道係唔差既,不過咁既價錢可以食好D囉!!!!爪排骨飯($27)最令我驚喜係D飯,好綿好好味,唔會太硬!! 加上D材料都好入味!!必食

周末一早和朋友約早茶。在添好運還沒有開門的時候我們已經到達,自然一開門就有位坐。最後我們離開時門口已排滿人這一間添好運應該是最大的,裝修也是最精心的,因為來得早,上菜也很快菜式方面,酥皮叉燒包推薦就不用說啦;另外我發現甜的點心都有些過甜,比如油炸奶黃包,本來就油炸,奶黃餡很甜,吃到最後很難吃完;馬拉糕也略甜;南瓜西米露口感很好,細膩濃厚,只是又太甜,喝不下去很多還有一個有趣發現 基本所有點心都是三個,最適合三個好友一起來吃哈哈

到達此分店大概4時多,所以不用等位也能順利坐下。(留意:不能從奧海城商場裡面穿出去,一定要出大門然後往外面走去餐廳門口)以餐牌所見,款式雖然不多,但價錢不算貴,而且茶錢只是$3一位而已。首先要重點推介酥皮叉燒包:酥皮叉燒包的質感跟蔡瀾也推介過的中山石岐菠蘿叉燒包一樣,一人可連吃六發。因為皮薄,所以口感鬆化,加上面層脆薄,外甜內鹹,不知不覺,一個人吃了三個!古法馬拉糕:古法馬拉糕是正宗黃糖,所以呈啡色,鬆軟而且甜度適中,不太甜。豉汁蒸鳳爪:豉汁蒸鳳爪味道不太鹹,帶一點點豉汁的香味,可是舊式的豉汁蒸鳳爪底層是有一塊柚皮去吸收雞油及豉汁的精華,它卻欠缺了這一個妙處,希望他們能夠放回。另外,我看見腸粉皮很薄,餡料多,值得一試!

晚飯時間到, 朋友話想飲茶喎, 咁就近近地去奧海城添好運啦.之前食左深水埗果間, 最想食係叉燒包, 所以我第一時間劃左先, 之後商議下點埋鮮蝦豆苗餃, 黃沙豬潤腸及煎蛋牛肉飯.酥皮焗叉燒包 $19金黃色波蘿包脆皮, 焗得非常好, 叉燒餡料料足, 一口咬落外脆內腍, 口感一流, 但整體味道略甜, 可能是波蘿包皮同叉燒餡料都好甜, 甜上加甜鮮蝦豆苗餃 $26幾大舊, 皮薄通透, 可惜蝦不夠鮮味黃沙豬潤腸 $21腸粉皮薄有韌度, 豬潤夠滑起沙, 無一浸肉藏味煎蛋牛肉飯 $27有點似一般碟頭飯, 普通煎蛋, 牛肉無咩味, 飯偏硬無飯香無飯味二人埋單$100

添好運10點先開門的添好運,9點開始已經有人排隊,可見其出名的程度。隨著入去已經坐滿哂人。我地都唔執輸拿拿聲落單,叫左叉燒包,牛肉球,蝦餃,排骨飯,糯米雞,帶子腸粉,鳳爪同鮮竹卷。叉燒包一上已經令人眼前一亮,叉燒包皮是脆的,一咬下去有滿滿的叉燒溢出,真係同其他酒樓的無得比較。牛肉球爽口彈牙,蝦餃非常足料,入邊的蝦都比較新鮮,而且皮整得非常薄;排骨飯的排骨多肉新嫩,蒸既時間剛好,飯都有排骨的味道;糯米雞足料,無其他咁特別;帶子腸粉重頭戲,腸粉非常薄同滑,入邊用帶子黎做材料已經夠出色;鳳爪還好。總體來說,價錢不貴,只是$195,但要預同d遊客逼。

小時候到茶樓,媽媽總是不喜歡讓我吃叉燒餐包,說是不新鮮已放了很久。試添好運的叉燒包令外改觀 - 每一次都是新鮮出爐,熱辣辣地送上客人的桌上!面層的雪山帶點微脆,鬆軟的面包,再配合甜甜的叉燒,一流!

大家應該多一點帶自己的家人朋友到添好運嘗一嘗,因為點心要分享才會美味!
