To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六晏就既添好運竟然唔洗排隊仲要入到去有位剩睇佢d圖以為有原隻蝦,點知得碎蝦,失望陳皮味幾重,加塭筴汁個包係饅頭包,甜甜地,雖然油左小小,但係勝在即炸,熱辣辣,好脆口果然係招牌菜雪山叉燒包既叉燒無咩肥肉,唔似其他茶樓咁,墨西哥皮好脆,唔油膩,亦唔會好甜初頭食糯米覺得幾軟又黏,唔錯!但之後一打開,極小料唯一一隻雞翼細到無得再細,似係bb雞既雞翼同上次係香港站既添好運食,d料差好遠排骨無咩肥肉,粒粒都係肉飯亦唔硬,岩岩好!鳳爪唔夠入味普洱有色無味
