To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 飲茶是香港人的文化,但是茶樓不方便 ,需要等位上菜的時間也不快。對於凡事講求便捷的香港人,這並不理想。因此添好運這類型的點心快餐店因而產生,除了吸引了一大班香港的食客,更成為了外國人常到的地方。添好運的價錢便宜,因此吸引左很多人光顧。便宜的價錢帶來的次排隊等候的時間和逼夾的座位,當然也有美味的食物。以下兩樣是我每次必食吃的菜式~蝦腸滑溜溜的腸粉包着鮮蝦,蝦肉剛剛好熟,不會太老,蝦的事鮮味仍然能保持!雪山叉燒包小時候到茶樓,媽媽總是不喜歡讓我吃叉燒餐包,說是不新鮮已放了很久。試添好運的叉燒包令外改觀 - 每一次都是新鮮出爐,熱辣辣地送上客人的桌上!面層的雪山帶點微脆,鬆軟的面包,再配合甜甜的叉燒,一流!大家應該多一點帶自己的家人朋友到添好運嘗一嘗,因為點心要分享才會美味!

蝦腸

滑溜溜的腸粉包着鮮蝦,蝦肉剛剛好熟,不會太老,蝦的事鮮味仍然能保持!

雪山叉燒包

小時候到茶樓,媽媽總是不喜歡讓我吃叉燒餐包,說是不新鮮已放了很久。試添好運的叉燒包令外改觀 - 每一次都是新鮮出爐,熱辣辣地送上客人的桌上!面層的雪山帶點微脆,鬆軟的面包,再配合甜甜的叉燒,一流!

大家應該多一點帶自己的家人朋友到添好運嘗一嘗,因為點心要分享才會美味!
