Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 還記得當年頭幾次吃添好運,應該是在旺角模型街那邊,即是廣華街附近還有一間細細的分店,當時亦都需要大排長龍去吃的。到早幾年再在深水埗那間大大間的分店吃過,現在看餐牌,感覺好像選擇少了很多,但原來回想之前那一次食評,其實都差不多,只不過現在短時間戒了牛肉及海鮮,因此就缺少了蝦餃以及山竹牛肉這兩個選擇。第一碟端來就是最美味的雪山叉燒包,酥皮脆皮的叉燒包,上邊又香又脆,帶點甜,又帶點香,好像墨西哥包又像菠蘿包,內裏的叉燒餡料,汁醬不會太甜,如果太甜就會過猶不及,餡料夠多,剛剛好,而且溫到極熱,肚餓的時候一坐低就有這個包,真美味。點了個蘿蔔糕,煎得夠香,但似乎略微不夠脆,還是留返新年時候在大快朵頤吃都可以吧。鮮竹卷都是普普通通,偏向多汁,內裏餡料也是比較普通。一人一碟腸粉,我點了個豬膶腸,豬膶比較細塊,細細塊夾在腸粉裏邊,因此比較綿滑,不會令你感覺又老又鞋,如果這麼細塊都鞋就很差了,豉油帶點甜香,用來點腸粉也相當不錯的。馬拉糕也比起出邊其他店舖出色,因為其他點心舖,很多時候馬拉糕都會做得非常之乾,又乾又硬,一點都不輕又柔軟。這麼久沒有吃添好運,這次節日期間的下午茶來到,雖然人流不太多,但店方仍然

第一碟端來就是最美味的
雪山叉燒包,酥皮脆皮的叉燒包,上邊又香又脆,帶點甜,又帶點香,好像墨西哥包又像菠蘿包,內裏的叉燒餡料,汁醬不會太甜
,如果太甜就會過猶不及,餡料夠多,剛剛好,而且溫到極熱,肚餓的時候一坐低就有這個包,真美味。

鮮竹卷都是普普通通,偏向多汁,內裏餡料也是比較普通。一人一碟
腸粉,我點了個
豬膶腸,豬膶比較細塊,細細塊夾在腸粉裏邊,
因此比較綿滑,不會令你感覺又老又鞋,如果這麼細塊都鞋就很差了,豉油帶點甜香,用來點腸粉也相當不錯的。

馬拉糕也比起出邊其他店舖出色,因為其他點心舖,很多時候馬拉糕都會做得非常之乾,又乾又硬,一點都不輕又柔軟。

天氣凍凍地,忽然想食d熱辣辣嘅點心,咁啱又經過澳海城二期呢間點心專門店,平日非繁忙時間多數唔駛等位。見到張點心紙價錢都好大眾化,點心款式都唔少,4蚊一位茶(仲有3種茶款比你揀),又唔駛加一,於是我叫咗至愛嘅酥皮焗叉燒飽、香煎蘿蔔糕及蠔皇鮮竹卷。外脆內暖嘅酥皮焗叉燒飽每次飲茶都不可缺少!甜甜的外皮加埋入面叉燒同醬汁味道十分夾呀!呢碟香煎蘿蔔糕見到都好吸睛,熱辣辣香噴噴配上碟辣椒醬,蘿蔔糕煎到金黃色同好軟滑,入面仲有不少臘味!十分野味!最後碟蠔皇鮮竹卷個蠔汁做得很好唔會(太杰)漿住我個嘴!裏面豬肉一d都唔肥呀!味道很好!很滿足!

添好運以前成日食,但第一次黎奧運呢間,估唔到星期五7:30黎都要排隊,不過我見佢係有位,只係未得閒執枱,所以等左10分鐘已經入得。我覺得呢間既質素比九龍站同將軍澳個間都好,食物比較新鮮,但衛生就麻麻地,好似求求其其抹枱,又唔知係邊到攞碗碟俾你,最後兩個人叫左6樣野,計埋茶錢$140左右,食到好飽,都算抵食。

2/5除了雪山叉燒包外,其他都不成大器,為什麼可以有米芝連星?外國人不懂中餐的美味之處也罷了,到底是亞洲人根本不管味道,還是只管排隊?With the exception of the Xueshan pork roast, all of them are not great. Why can there be Mizhi Lianxing? Foreigners don’t understand the deliciousness of Chinese food. Is it true that Asians simply don’t care about the taste or just queue up?

星期六晚去開奧海城食Cinnabon肉桂卷,  順便食下添好運出名既酥皮焗叉燒包, 去到吾駛等位, 成班侍應阿姑企哂係度, 首先叫了酥皮焗叉燒包, 來到只是微微的暖, 不知是不是放了一段時間,  跟者叫了個海帶海帶綠豆沙, 等了十分鐘, 卒之來到,  綠豆沙完全冇味, 吾甜, 味亦很怪, 侍應阿姑話是臭草的味道, 但其他甜品店又冇咁難食既, 應該係我食過之中最難食既綠豆沙, 雖然甜品不是添好運的主食及比較少人叫, 但都沒理由咁難食.

Other Info. : 之前食過中環港鐵站分店, 雖然比較多遊客, 但食物來到都是熱的, 但這裡的點心只是微暖, 真係今時不同往日.

自從封關以來,餐廳人流少了很多,今天經過不需要排隊,來添好運添個好運氣😁茶資4元,有三種茶可以選。今天選擇了一壺普洱茶。晶瑩鮮蝦餃晶瑩剔透的外皮配上鮮甜的鮮蝦內餡整體搭配恰到好處。不小心吃光了才發現忘了拍照鮮蝦燒賣皇內餡的蝦鮮甜彈牙,上面放了一顆枸杞,味道很不錯。鳳爪排骨飯排骨的量份量十足,鋪滿了整個碗,排骨香氣十足,鳳爪Q彈,飯則略乾略硬。 蘿蔔糕煎得外皮酥酥脆脆,吃起來卻鬆鬆軟軟,非常香。用料實在每口都吃得到蘿蔔絲。整體而言點心口味有一定水準,且價格合理,是簡單食個飲茶的好選擇
