Went to this dim sum restaurant the second time within a month. It was not particularly good or bad last time, but this time is obviously bad, so the review title is an understatement. I ordered the minced dried squid ("cheung yu") and pork steam rice, and "sin chuk" roll. The rice came first, the minced pork has the "melt-in-your-mouth" texture because it is mostly fat and no meat or minced dried squid at all. I could not find the minced dried squid or pork meat texture at all ! I ate one
