To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這家分店已經不是我第一次去了,今年也去了好幾次.她出品的點心依然能保持水準.蝦餃,燒賣,叉燒包都是每次必點的美食之一.最好味當然是招牌的酥皮焗叉燒包.除了這些,我還點了粉果,蘿蔔糕,蝦肉釀豆腐.不過那個蘿蔔糕反而有點失色,不知道是否蒸煮的時間有些長.吃上來覺得很鬆散.如果結實多一點會比較好.最後就來了一個桂花糕和燕窩蛋白燉鮮奶.燕窩蛋白燉鮮奶帶點薑汁的味道,不知道其他人是不是也嘗到薑汁的味道.額外一提,我沒有在其他分店見到這個燕窩蛋白燉鮮奶,不知是否這分店才吃到.但在這分店就經常見到.總結而言,我對她的食物味道方面評價很高.衛生做得不錯,當職員見到地上有垃圾也立即清潔.對客人的服務也算可以,如果那些職員帶點笑容會更好.價錢方面也可以接受的,不算貴.
