The outside of the bun is sweet and crispy, and the inside is very savory. I found that the sauce and the meat complimented each other well. Even after I tried the other dishes in this review, this still remains my favourite dish.

The shrimp dumplings (har gow) were just as good as other afternoon tea restaurants in Hong Kong. Although it did not meet my expectations, the taste is still decently good.

As for the crab spring roll, I really like the outside, as it is quite crispy and isn't slightly overcooked like the other pieces of dim sum that I've seen in my life. Even though the inside was a bit mushy for my liking, eating it with the accompanying vinegar-like sauce enhances the flavour of the dish. I ended up not being able to finish this dish.

Even though the restaurant looked full from my POV, it was surprisingly quieter than I had expected.

之前已經係奧海城分店試過一次,的確聞名既雪山叉燒包熱食時係好好味,今次去到深水埗最原始既一間飲個夜茶先。當日我地叫左雪山叉燒包,叉燒腸粉,生菜,皮蛋瘦肉粥等等,另外仲有叫蝦餃,蘿蔔糕之類既點心,雪山叉燒包好好味,但前提一定要襯熱食,外面甜甜地又有小小脆口,入面既叉燒份量剛剛好,食得好滿足😋。*而皮蛋瘦肉粥都係我地推薦的,粥既口感甘岩係我地鐘意食的,唔會太杰👍🏻👍🏻,有好多瘦肉,不過皮蛋就小左啲。*另外,我地叫左個鳳爪排骨飯,味道一般般,飯有點硬🙈。*總括而言,米芝蓮星級既叉燒包的確係值得一試😋,再去添好運到食大概都會係因為個包,而其他點心都唔錯的,但未去到你覺得好鬼好食個隻😂😂。

添好運熱潮早係我大學時期興起有一大同早上拎飛後上堂,落堂飛奔去舊舖都還要等所以當時都冇咩真係食過🤔今日有某原因去咗等位🤔難得早到,11時等候人數唔算多,好快便安排入座呢個係必叫酥皮叉燒包,薄薄一層酥皮好鬆化食完也不覺膩隨住年齡嘅增長,好似對排骨嘅要求越嚟越高,呢道排骨嘅質素屬優質友人最愛嘅牛肉,爽口彈牙,仲有唔少馬蹄,好正蝦餃大大粒,但我嫌佢皮較厚,蝦肉都幾爽鮮竹卷都係我嘅至愛,可能小時候爸爸必叫鮮竹卷,耳濡目染下都愛上鮮竹卷,正!
