Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好多年無去過食,細路既時候同阿爸阿媽去得多,今日去開深水埗就帶老婆去食飯入到去都無乜點變過 裝修 叫返細路仔每個星期都食嘅蘿蔔糕,糯米雞,鮮竹卷 味道上感覺上叉左好多 反而老婆叫个馬拉糕 就有一啲驚喜(冇外面酒樓咁甜, 返去會再食)🤩四籠點心加埋茶錢都係$80港紙有而家嘅環境來講 價錢真係好合理自從佢開多左分店後 身邊唔少朋友都話佢保持唔到以前嘅水準 自己食完一次之後 都可能短時間內唔會再返去 唔少餐廳攞完米之蓮之後就不停咁開分店令到食物水準不停咁下降 😢
