Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Lovely little dim sum restaurant which holds a Michelin star. A variety of common dim sum dishes which are tasty and so cheap! Especially the pork buns which is a must try. Service is pretty speedy as like many other restaurants in HK. There is usually a queue in the afternoon so expect to wait if you go between 12-2pm.

朋友話想食點心,我記得朋友鐘意食叉燒包,所以就帶左佢黎呢間食。我們約6時半到達,餐廳人流不多,我們不用等位很快就可以入座。肚餓既我地一坐底就叫左三樣點心: 腐皮卷較乾,內餡亦很鬆散,和一般酒樓的腐皮卷沒有什麼分別;燒賣賣相較特別,口感可以但偏鹹;重點的叉燒包口感不錯,我很喜歡吃,但朋友說偏甜,吃一個就夠了。本來諗住再追加點心,但我地見味道一般,又開始愈黎愈多人,所以飲多兩杯茶就走了。整體來說,除了出名的叉燒包口感比較好之外,其他點心感覺亦很一般,價錢來說是就可以接受,但不值得刻意去排隊食。

耳聞呢間米芝蓮星級既點心鋪好耐,終於有機會同屋企人一齊去試試!因朋友大力推薦,所以去佐深水埗店。為佐錯開高峰時期,大概下午2點到達, 門口已經有不少人在等位,不過我地3人位,大概10min就可以到號了,感覺2人位同大臺要等耐D。入座后下單,很快就開始上菜,不過意外的是酥皮叉燒包不是第一個上的~可能實在太多人點了~個人覺得最推薦的是酥皮叉燒包、鮮蝦春卷、蘿蔔糕、糯米雞:叉燒包不愧是招牌,內裡叉燒餡非常好吃,很扎實的味道,叉燒肉分量很多~配著表面的酥皮,味道好正!鮮蝦春卷睇似普通,但係入面的餡料配得好好,提升佐蝦肉的味道~蘿蔔糕好軟好散,一夾幾乎都碎,但蘿蔔味道好重~有種新鮮的感覺糯米雞分量十足,入味又唔會太咸~其他好食既:蝦餃出品唔驚艷,但系都算好吃,而且唔貴;芋泥牛肉卷,可能因為點佐鮮蝦春卷,兩種炸物一齊食會有少少膩,所以覺得稍遜一籌;鳳爪調味不錯,最主要是價格取勝~上菜速度好快,服務態度幾好,叫換水壺都好快。店內必須搭檯,隔離食客走左之後,侍應來收拾時速度超快,好怕D垃圾掉落我地張檯。衛生方面如果能提高少少就好,檯面有D油,感覺唔夠乾淨。下次會再黎試試其他點心

鮮蝦春卷睇似普通,但係入面的餡料配得好好,提升佐蝦肉的味道~
蘿蔔糕好軟好散,一夾幾乎都碎,但蘿蔔味道好重~有種新鮮的感覺
糯米雞分量十足,入味又唔會太咸~

其他好食既:
蝦餃出品唔驚艷,但系都算好吃,而且唔貴;
芋泥牛肉卷,可能因為點佐鮮蝦春卷,兩種炸物一齊食會有少少膩,所以覺得稍遜一籌;
鳳爪調味不錯,最主要是價格取勝~

話說過了中午食晏時段 我約了一班由外國返嚟的親戚去添好運飲茶 我遲到了 我哋八個人 坐六人枱 當時有好多吉位 我就攞了隔離枱張凳坐 服務生夠膽死攞走我張凳比張膠櫈我 話唔可以搭枱 搭枱要坐膠櫈 我咪話你都冇客 坐住先 一陣你有客咪比番你囉 轉個頭就有客 佢分配個客 坐嗰度 咁我咪俾返張凳佢 咁我咪攞過第二胎張凳 佢又話唔得要我坐返膠櫈 邊有咁嘅服務態度呀 人又唔係多有咁多位 我當新客來 你坐喺度食嘢都唔使坐膠櫈啦 我都有比茶錢架嘛 我以後唔會響依間到食 超差

選擇在下午茶之後晚飯之前再次獨訪添好運, 店員正好安排我坐上次的位置.這次試吃他家的土魷馬蹄肉餅飯再加芝士鮮蝦腐皮卷.先上來的是土魷馬蹄肉餅飯, 肉餅咬口軟軟的, 飯量也不少, 只是水份充足了點, 要是再蒸多一會, 水份充份揮發後會更好!吃至中途, 芝士鮮蝦腐皮卷來了. 咬了一口, 有點燙咀呢, 而且他外表不像是腐皮卷, 反而像春卷那樣脆脆的, 芝士和蝦味都很充足.不喜歡芝士的朋友要慎選呀!後面因爲還約了朋友, 未能悠閒的嘆下茶, 有點太趕了.

吃至中途, 芝士鮮蝦腐皮卷來了. 咬了一口, 有點燙咀呢, 而且他外表不像是腐皮卷, 反而像春卷那樣脆脆的, 芝士和蝦味都很充足.
不喜歡芝士的朋友要慎選呀!
後面因爲還約了朋友, 未能悠閒的嘆下茶, 有點太趕了.

以前要一盅兩件就得上茶樓. 隨著幾年前添好運獲得米芝蓮加持以後, 點心店就遍地開花了. 可是我由於怕排隊, 所以咁多年都未幫襯過.今晚終於按捺不住, 8點多到達(過了吃飯第一個高峰期), 仍然全場接近滿座.好在今晚只有1個人, 幸運地喺門口附近搵到一張細枱.坐低店員就送上普洱茶一壺, 這茶都幾濃郁消膩的.要了一碗皮蛋瘦肉粥和韮王鮮蝦腸.皮蛋瘦肉粥粥底煲得很棉, 配料也很多. 同時送上蔥及脆片, 加強口感, 味道滿分.韮王鮮蝦腸, 腸粉很細滑, 蝦肉也很多, 是打成蝦膠的樣子, 淋上帶點糖味的豉油, 一百分!臨走前要了一個杞子桂花糕. 返到去我先放雪櫃雪一陣先食, 實在透心涼!桂花糕精瑩通透, 能夠看見完整的杞子和桂花, 有美感. 而且甜度不高, 非常合我意!下次來就會再試其他點心.

臨走前要了一個杞子桂花糕. 返到去我先放雪櫃雪一陣先食, 實在透心涼!
桂花糕精瑩通透, 能夠看見完整的杞子和桂花, 有美感. 而且甜度不高, 非常合我意!
下次來就會再試其他點心.

另外都點左一碟蜜味叉燒腸$22。淨係睇相片都會見到叉燒腸粉嘅皮做得算通透,你會睇得到裏面係有啲咩餡料,皮夠薄,唔錯
唯獨係覺得叉燒嘅分布唔算好均勻,變咗我食嘅時候就係一啖有叉燒,一啖冇餡料
而我覺得叉燒嘅顆粒肥瘦亦都係有啲唔均勻,未夠大滿足

最後仲有一個點心,鮮蝦燒賣皇$28。$28一客有四粒,味道方面坦白講就冇咩驚喜啦。燒賣上面嘅杞子可以加強視覺效果,但係喺味道提升方面其實就冇咩實際嘅幫助。我自己覺得呢個鮮蝦燒賣王嘅size好似稍為細粒左少少,話晒都係[皇],大隻啲會比較好

而燒賣裏面的確係食到鮮蝦嘅,不過就唔係原隻鮮蝦,係切開左嘅。我食第一粒嘅時候食來食去都搵唔到蝦肉?
曾經一度懷疑其實係唔係廚師將蝦打成蓉,然之後直接釀入燒賣裏面?因為我又真係食到鮮蝦嗰種爽口彈牙
但係到我食另外一粒嘅時候,又會見到有蝦肉😓變咗好似一粒有蝦肉,另外一粒冇蝦肉,有少少扣分😓而我覺得蝦肉切開咗唔係唔好,不過就會減低左[好足料]呢種感覺。

至於餐廳環境方面,大家都知添好運係比較出名嘅一間點心專門店,都有好多遊客嚟。 可能因為想做多啲生意啦,變咗座位方面就會比較逼
而且餐廳幾乎可以話係密封,當滿座嘅時候,每個人都講嘢嘅話,變咗成個環境就會好嘈
大家想慢慢傾下計就會比較困難。所以好多人食完就走,好少會見到啲人食完仲會坐低慢慢傾計,享受飲茶嘅樂趣。


呢一點係有啲可惜嘅
因為其實好多人飲茶就係想搵個地方聚埋一齊傾計,聯絡感情。不過我都可以明白,始終喺香港租鋪頭好貴,作為商家當然係想賺到幾多得幾多,變咗都冇辦法避免座位嘅安排係要比較迫。
