添好運絕對是我家的飯堂~而每次去都必點酥皮焗叉燒包!絕對在別家吃不到這種風味!叉燒包雖然小小一顆,但是卻同時集合了酥脆、香口及叉燒的蜜味,不但我自己很喜歡,每次到添好運都會看到每檯都必點一碟,看來已經成為了這裡的最著名餐點。裡面的叉燒也絕不欺場,熱辣辣,再加上酥皮的甜味,真的非常配合!韭黃鮮蝦腸的蝦仁很大很新鮮,比起叉燒腸感覺更抵食。光顧了很多次,但首次點了這碟飽汁琵琶豆腐。老實說飽汁味不太濃,豆腐內加入了新鮮的魚肉,但卻吃到有幾根幼魚骨,味道算是普普通通,沒什麼驚喜,所以下次應該不會再點了。

星期日見早左起身, 同男友兩個人心血來潮去"添好運"飲早茶!去到門口, 已經好多人排隊了, 我地兩個人都等左20分鐘左右先入得。一坐低, 一下子叫左7個點心+ 1盅蒸飯食燒賣, 蝦餃, 排骨, 煎釀尖椒同肉餅飯 都唔錯鮮竹卷稍為汁較多, 蝦多士好香脆酥皮焗叉燒包, 男友話呢個係必點, 果然無令我失望! 唔食普通叉燒包既我, 一試即 食到酥皮好酥化, 麵包又香又軟,果然係招牌菜!

worth the wait, but would still recommend ordering takeaway if you don't like waiting.favourite food was the BBQ pork buns, tasted amazing, especially the top. highly recommend but...the BBQ pork inside was a little fatty and some were chewy...the rice rolls were quite good too.customer service was v good but the hygiene wasn't the best. probably because of the amount of people that come in.

黎到深水埗好出名嘅添好運。酥皮叉燒包:人氣點心之一。外表無咁靚...味道係好的, 如果加熱後上枱會更好,  來到好似出爐左一段時間甘薄薄一層酥皮,酥脆香口,酥皮不油厚度又岩岩好。唔會過甜,而且每一啖都食到叉燒。黃沙豬潤腸黃沙豬潤夠香,而且一D都唔韌身,滑溜既腸粉皮包住,一齊係個口度融化,一定要試  窩蛋牛肉飯個牛肉好滑好好食。食得出好新鮮。而窩蛋係剛熟,令到個飯嘅口感更加有層次

如果加熱後上枱會更好,  來到好似出爐左一段時間甘

話說我地成家好耐冇一齊食過早餐,於是我地就黎到深水埗食好出名嘅添好運。溫馨提示:最好就襯啱啱好開舖嗰陣黎食,因為唔洗排隊識嗌點心一定係嗌呢個雪山叉燒包即叫即制嘅香脆可口嘅酥皮包住灴辣辣嘅叉燒,勁正勁好食。出面啲茶樓應該食唔到啦除咗叉燒包,我極力推薦 窩蛋牛肉飯俾大家。我一直都覺得呢個點心俾人低估咗,但其實直係好好食。個牛肉好滑好好食。食得出好新鮮。而窩蛋係剛剛處於生同熟之間,咁樣令到個飯嘅口感更加有層次。由於我真係幾鐘意食菜,就叫咗碟菜,但都算新鮮。燒賣都唔錯架,值得一試。

這個潮式豬雜湯粉是之前沒見過,湯底的味道正是韭菜大腸豬紅那個湯底味道,不過這裡換上豬雜的材料,內臟沒有異味,有我愛吃又不容易吃到的豬心,其餘認出來的有豬潤、粉腸、豬肚。這個說是湯粉並不是用上常見的粉麵,而是把豬腸粉放湯裡煮,豬腸粉像卷起來的河粉,所以這種做法不會讓人感到唐突,其厚度彷彿在爽滑的河粉添加軟綿口感,挺有特色。

本來想吃鵪春蛋魚茸燒賣,但已經沒有做,於是選擇豬潤燒賣。它的外觀不像平常一籠四顆的燒賣,而是在兩件外形不規則的肉團放上豬潤,味道比一般燒賣要重,重的程度大概是若然豬潤略帶苦味也能被蓋過,所以分不清是豬潤本來沒苦味,還是食物調味太重,反正就是豬潤不苦。由於味道重多吃會膩,兩件三人吃已經足夠,我覺得可以不點這個,不是說它難吃,只是說不上來哪裡好,感想只有濃味而已。

這天的質素比我之前幾次來明顯更好,不知道是當天時運高,還是周末人流高順帶提高食物新鮮程度,總之我對食物質素絕對滿意。環境遠不及酒樓舒適,桌椅放置得密密麻麻,人流又高,難免有壓迫感,我的椅子更是凹凸不平,越坐越不舒服。價錢方面,茶位$2,不設加一,看起來實惠,但是點心價錢跟環境舒適的酒樓差不多,而且酒樓通常設有時段優惠或提供小量特價點心,這裡則是全日劃一收費,食物份量又比酒樓小,因此消費不見得比酒樓便宜。基於兩者價錢相近,這裡點心雖好仍未能大度超越酒樓,來這裡不過是捨棄舒適環境換取更好的食物質素,若然當天想要舒服坐着慢慢用餐,這裡是不適合了。所以什麼時候才能遇上一家點心好吃的酒樓呢?不想取捨啊🙁

I went here with my cousin. We have seen good reviews about this restaurants. But honestly, except from the barbecued pork buns, everything there is below average. Food and tea, not hot; and the attitude of the staff there was bad. I prefer going to other tea house.

閒時諗唔到食乜,於是就簡簡單單咁去添好運食點心。8點幾唔洗等位就入得,每次去食都會見到幾個金髮碧眼嘅外國朋友,大概就係米芝蓮點心嘅威力😂叉燒包係必食,薄薄一層酥皮,酥脆香口,唔會過甜,而且每一啖都食到叉燒。坊間比較少有,有試過係其他地方食墨西哥叉燒包,個皮甜到呢🤢哩個酥皮叉燒包簡直就係添好運存在哩理由😂糯米雞份量十足,煙韌嘅糯米飯配埋冬菇雞肉,十分飽肚!糯米雞好似都幾搶手咁,試過夜小小去就賣曬啦😢蝦餃不過不失,$28/3有啲貴。蝦餃皮偏厚,勝在入面大大隻蝦好飽滿。有d後悔叫咗奶黃包,因為見人哋啲相係流心嘅,而我哩籠不但唔流心,而且乾爭爭😫最後就係普普通通一個青菜,係出面食飯最驚冇蔬菜落肚,所以慣性叫返過補充下纖維。整體環境比較逼,特別今次坐角落位,坐得唔係咁舒服。個人覺得除咗叉燒包之外,其他點心唔算驚艷,但係為咗個包,我都係會繼續去食架😂

我饮茶最中意食虾饺,哩到葛虾饺皮薄虾多,够爽滑。酥皮叉烧包算是特色吧,热乎乎香脆的酥皮包裹住叉烧真系要俾个nice。好似仲有个黑金流沙包,不过我没点到,好想试下。
