🎐又過左兩個禮拜,菇菇又係日本🇯🇵返黎喇,熊妹呢個地主熊又係時候出動帶佢周圍威下喇。📌今次就黎到位於灣仔的《Grand Hyatt Hong Kong》酒店🏨一樓的《茶園》high 個靚tea先😋。📌high tea 發燒友🤒熊妹一早bookmark左呢間afternoon tea set,除左因爲係5️⃣🌟級酒店🏨外,佢的afternoon tea set係包任食朱古力🍫,法式小蛋糕🧁、水果🥭、窩夫、法式可麗餅同雪糕🍦,本身三層架的afternoon tea set,一人份量🕴🏻已經有5款咸點,4款甜點同兩款scones,包一杯咖啡☕️或茶🍵,仲要包埋水果雪糕窩夫buffet,平日價錢一位$298,假日價錢$328,實在太抵了吧?📌任食的生果bar有五款,紅肉火龍果、菠蘿🍍、奇異果🥝、哈密瓜🍈同巨峰提子🍇,七彩繽紛,真係令人涶涎三尺🤤!📌雪糕款都有十款,真係好想試哂去!📌窩夫同可麗餅都係即叫即整♨️,務求保持食物的熱度同口感。🔥📌店員非常認真的製作,負責兩邊焗爐真係分身不下。📌趁下午茶架製作中的空檔,就先來第一輪水果雪糕窩夫喇。全部水果都好新鮮,唔會過熟爛透的質感,真係岩哂熊妹呢個果熊。🤗雪糕🍦揀左兩球小試,奶茶味同開心果味,奶茶味幾出喎,開心果就唔係幾食得出味道,不過雪糕的質感比較水一點,稀左啲,唔知係咪雪櫃唔夠凍❄️呢?🤔法式可麗餅🥠撈上熱的柑橘果醬再呈上,酸酸地連塊軟綿綿的可麗餅一齊食,很不錯喔!Afternoon tea set📌非常典雅的三層英式下午茶,一層甜點🍩,一層咸點🍤,一層英式鬆餅🥠,以簡潔的線條碟襯托上,最經典又簡單的擺法呈現上,完全表現出英式下午茶的優雅華麗✨。📌甜點層The lemon cube一聽個名就知係熊妹最愛的酸酸的,檸檬酸味都重,入面係mosse,仲有消化餅底,非常開胃的甜點。Strawberry financier, sable以士多啤梨果醬造成的mosse 甜點,酸酸甜甜,連埋脆脆的餅乾底,唔會太甜太膩。Chocolate cake, mandarin marmalade嘩,超吸精👀的一件橘子甜品,真係做到成粒橘子橙🍊咁架,連橙皮的皺摺位都做到足,手工已經抵讚,💯!外皮以甜酸的橘子果醬做脆皮,入面係黑朱古力mosse,帶點苦澀味,兩者夾埋一齊,味道出乎意外的好味!Coconut panna cotta, mango limb salsa芒果莎莎椰子果凍,真係做到椰子🥥咁的樣,以朱古力做成的椰子外殼,入面裝著椰子味的奶凍,奶凍入面再盛裝著粒粒芒果🥭溶,咁得意的手作仔真係令人賞心悅目,唔食得都擺得!更可況味道還不錯呢!朱古力脆皮連埋軟心的奶凍再夾流心的芒果溶,一啖啪入口有齊三種味蕾享受,絕對係甜點中的佳作。📌咸點層Prawn and cucumber sandwich 以字解字,材料就係蝦🦐同青瓜🥒放埋一齊,非常彈牙的蝦肉中間點綴了一點沙律醬作調味,底部襯托著同樣差不多圓型大小的厚切青瓜,青瓜皮已經削掉了,免得吃得有渣,非常清新的絕撘,夾在一起食又得,分開兩樣各自食又得,簡單的材料已經可以很美味。Atlantic lobster medallion, saffron mayonnaise, bamboo ash toast龍蝦蛋黃醬竹炭多士,龍蝦肉唔算太鮮味,不過有蛋黃醬撘救,黑色一塊圓型多士就係以竹炭做成,相信大家都知道竹炭本身其實係無味的,志在整色整水上點顏色,令到平凡的白麵包🍞變得有點吸引力。Asparagus, French Ham, bourism就係一塊法國🇫🇷火腿包裹著一件蘆筍🎋,火腿咸咸地連同本身無咩味又爽的蘆筍又幾得意的組口,熊妹從未試過所以覺得幾新奇有趣。Foie gras terrine, fresh fig, long pepper, brioche無花果鵝肝醬多士,真係唔好意思,熊妹自問食過🙌🏻手指連腳指🦶🏻都數唔哂咁多次的afternoon tea set,幾乎有八至九成的咸點都包鵝肝多士,而熊妹真係接受唔到鵝肝的內臟味,所以有親鵝肝鴨肝多士,熊妹都會放棄,今次都不例外,真係百思不得其解🤷🏻‍♀️點解每間酒店餐廳都會點選它為其中一款小食茶點。Confit leek quiche, marinated morel mushrooms羊肚菌蛋餅,就係一件小小的咸蛋撻仔🥧有少少小蘑菇🍄作點綴,餅底放耐左都微脆,蛋撻仔微暖,味道正常。Earl grey tea scone, plain scone, served with lemon curd, clotted cream, strawberry jam📌熊妹認為Scone一向都係afternoon tea set的精髓,而且一定要趁熱食,先能夠食出鬆餅的鬆化同牛油的香味。Earl grey tea 攞黎做鬆餅的味道就真係食正港女個飯,超香濃的伯爵茶味,係直情食到伯爵茶葉碎,難怪可以咁濃味。不過Scone的質感就未算好鬆化,亦未係達到外脆內軟的效果,放涼了有點乾巴巴,都係要靠搽啲醬撘救。比較特別的係有lemon curd呢款檸檬酸酸醬,出面好少地方有,質地稠身,酸酸地,不過熊妹都係比較喜歡clotted cream搽鬆餅,因為果醬的甜一般都會蓋過了鬆餅的牛油香,只有clotted cream淡淡的奶油味才能令鬆餅錦上添花🌸。Flat white📌飲品當然點上了熊妹最愛的flat white☕️。基本的2D心型拉花,奶泡層不俗,咖啡味唔算太重,但奶味又未算特出,整體味道相算🈴格喇。📌最後都係忍不住食第二輪任食水果雪糕窩夫,雖然其實食完個afternoon tea set都已經係好飽好飽,港女唔服蝕的心理就算頂住肚皮都要食多一輪先心理平衡😌,大滿足呀!🥰📌星期六的下午都全場🈵座,可見呢個下午茶有幾受歡迎👏🏻!地方環境夠哂開揚闊落🛋,窗口位望住酒店🏨的花園🖼,🌺花花草草🍀又能令人心懭神怡。食物五星級酒店質素仲包水果雪糕窩夫任食,價錢絕對合理,熊妹認為《茶園》絕對能攀上數🥇數🥈的頂級high tea 名單。🏵 continue reading
