而家天氣咁熱🥵都係喺冷氣地方比較舒服,最啱就係同朋友去酒店食afternoon tea,望住出面嘅風景,嘆下茶,傾下計都幾chill🥶今次就試咗好受歡迎嘅Grand Hyatt Tiffin茶園嘅summer afternoon tea set,預早book定可以坐到窗邊位置,望住出面花園同維港景。食物水準都合理。呢度最吸引係任食crepe、waffle同雪糕counter,不過overall時間比較短,唔太夠時間食出面嘅嘢,如果可以坐耐啲就更好。原味英式鬆餅/杏桃英式鬆餅,配:檸檬忌廉、高脂忌廉、櫻桃果醬下午茶最緊要睇scone嘅質素,呢度嘅scone一開始咬落都鬆化,不過咬多幾啖就feel到有少許漿口🤔如果食嘅時候焗返熱啲會更好。佢嘅clotted cream、lemon curd同果醬都幾好,尤其lemon curd🍋酸酸咪咪好醒胃,大大減低膩感😗😗Sweets夏日雜莓蛋糕、雲尼拿忌廉、蜜糖海綿蛋糕;香蕉拖肥泡芙、雲尼拿忌廉、焦糖醬;榛子朱古力蛋糕、焦糖醬、朱古力脆脆;雙重芝士忌廉蛋糕;熱情果伯爵茶啫喱有幾款甜點都用上時令水果🍓襯返夏天,除咗香蕉拖肥泡芙比較死甜同唔鬆化,味道唔太啱我口味之外,其他款式都唔錯,唔會有邊款伏。雜莓蛋糕有唔少berries酸酸地幾開胃;榛子朱古力蛋糕口感脆卜卜,雖然有榛子醬但唔會太甜,食到好濃郁dark chocolate味;雙重芝士忌廉蛋糕幾軟滑;熱情果啫喱就酸甜醒胃,食食下甜點再食呢個就可以解膩。Savories英式芒果咖哩雞肉;燒牛肉沙律三文治、辣根忌廉、英式芥辣;虎蝦撻、咯嗲汁;夏日番茄撻、車打芝士忌廉;自家製腸仔卷鹹點普遍比甜點更好食😋😋芒果咖喱雞肉帶微微香料香味;燒牛肉三文治用上辣根吊味;橄欖形狀嘅虎蝦撻好似分子料理咁😆酸酸咪咪,食到彈牙嘅蝦肉粒;番茄撻都係酸酸地幾清新;腸仔卷酥皮酥脆,配上鹹香腸仔幾好食。Unlimited desserts (waffles, crepes, homemade ice cream, fruits and petit fours, Chocolate truffles, macarons)呢度最signature當然係任食counter😍師傅密密整窩夫同crepe,配新鮮水果同超多款口味自家製雪糕食。窩夫軟熟,不過唔夠蛋香;雪糕🍨就幾好食😋試咗薑糖味、creme brulee、朱古力同煙肉花生醬雪糕,薑糖好重薑味但唔會嗆喉👍🏻;花生醬味好濃郁,但唔係太食到煙肉粒;朱古力都好rich唔太甜😛😛;creme brulee就一般。仲有好多其他口味不過試唔到咁多啦🤣BeverageGrand Hyatt Hong Kong Bespoke Blend飲品方面試咗呢款Tiffin獨有嘅blended tea,飲到類似herbs嘅清香,餐牌上寫住混合唔同茶葉,不過飲落唔算好有層次。人均消費:$440推介指數(10分為滿分):7分 continue reading

夜晚6:00入座。跟staycation package. 跟package嘅話有兩個入座時間。頭一輪係6:00。可以食一個鐘頭45分鐘。首先環境闊落坐得好舒服,有現場鋼琴演奏,枱同枱之間好多位。唔會好迫。落地大玻璃睇到外面小小嘅景,環境比較陰暗。食物方面主要都係西餐為主。完全冇任何中式食物,所以我覺得好好。本身就唔鍾意食中式。近排嘅主題應該係法國有關。有唔同嘅法國主題食物。生蠔有兩種。新鮮。比較細同瘦。但唔會有鐵味或腥味。又唔會限攞幾多隻。煙三文魚好好味。厚度適中。唔太油又唔乾。鵝肝/鴨肝醬好滑。配多士鬆脆。好香。威靈頓牛柳覺得有啲太鹹。煎鵝肝/鴨肝配嘅梨/蘋果跟多士配合得好好。所以忍唔住食咪麵包,搞到好快飽。炸魚好味。炸洋蔥圈正。其他熟食都ok冇咩特別。沙拉多款。芝士好味。龍蝦湯比較淡。甜品反而好失望。基本上雪櫃裡面嘅蛋糕全部一樣味。都係mix berry and chocolate 味。口感都冇驚喜。flan and pie 都唔適合我個人口味。只食一口就已經唔想再食。雪糕有芒果糯米飯味。但糯米粒好硬。好似食生米。唔適合我個人喜好。其他雪糕有試到hazelnut, earl grey, mint chocolate. 三款都好味。好滑。 continue reading
