星期天下大雨, 真的很掃興, 沒有戶外節目, 那不如吃下午茶自助餐, 無論任何天氣也沒有問題. 這天練詩後, 就來到The Place, 為的是親子港式下午茶自助餐. 原價成人$298一位, 小童$218一位, 匯豐七八折後折實只需$262 / $192一位, 實在是挺合理的價位.下午茶自助餐 $262: 8.5分, 由喝的開始說起, 有鹹檸七, 橙汁, 紅莓汁, 以及水果茶任飲, 真好, 特別是天氣越來越熱, 真的要多喝幾杯鹹檸七, 消消暑.我還是愛吃沙律, 沙律吧有供自行混合的沙律, 還有薯仔沙律, 泰式牛肉沙律, 以及菠蘿雞肉沙律等等, 吃點菜, 健康一些, 甚麼時候也要做. 少不了的是壽司以及刺身, 下午茶也有刺身吃, 包括三文魚, 吞拿魚, 以及鯛魚, 全部皆是新鮮的出品, 當然是回本位.熱食方面, 最愛的是叉燒煎蛋飯, 鬆化帶蜜味的叉燒, 配上煎蛋, 讓蛋汁伴白飯吃, 就是美妙. 瑞士雞中翼很入味, 大人小朋友也喜歡. 煙肉蛋黃醬長通粉是兒童餐常見的項目, 是開胃之選, 既然這個是親子下午茶, 出現此品自然是合情合理.另外還有自家製薄餅, 蠔仔肉碎粥, 酸辣湯, 印式牛肉咖哩, 火腿蝦仁炒公仔麵, 泰式青口咖哩, 韓式泡菜湯餃子, 黑松露炒蛋, 韓式魚餅, 芝麻蝦多士, 中東烤雞卷, 咖央多士, 點心, 以及即煮粉麵檔等等, 選擇很豐富.來到甜品的環節, 就是有得食, 又有得玩. 首先有Magnum雪糕批, 三款味道分別是原味, 杏仁, 以及蜂巢, 大家可以自行添加糖果作裝飾, 讓雪糕批更添甜美. 另外一面還有DIY曲奇, 以及杯子蛋糕, 又是讓小朋友發揮創意的時候, 這樣子, 對他們來說, 趣味性自然大大增加.至於一系列以茶為主打的甜品, 就特別適合下午茶的時候享用, 當中包括茉莉荔枝芒果蛋糕, 伯爵茶奶凍撻, 焙茶奶凍, 白朱古力慕絲綠茶撻, 檸檬黑茶蛋糕, 珍珠奶茶蛋糕, 黑白朱古力伯爵茶蛋糕, 以及抹茶芝士蛋糕等等, 我最愛的是層次分明的黑白朱古力伯爵茶蛋糕, 伯爵茶香跟朱古力的甜味起了不俗的平衡.其他甜品還有綠茶窩夫伴雪糕, 煎堆仔, 紅豆沙, 豆腐花, 抹茶蕨餅, 燕窩蛋白杏仁茶, 日式大福餅, 乳酪焦糖燉蛋, 雜錦曲奇餅, 以及朱古力噴泉等等. 最後還有四款Movenpick雪糕, 分別是青檸檸檬雪葩, 特濃咖啡雪糕, 椰子朱古力雪糕, 以及熱情果香芒雪糕, 下午茶吃甜是指定動作吧.The Place的親子港式下午茶自助餐, 有得食, 有得玩, 折實後只需$262 / $192一位, 實在是週末親子好去處. continue reading

大部分人喜歡吃buffet都是因為面對五花八門的菜式,總有幾款合心意,可以一次過大包圍每樣夾少少,位於香港康得思酒店的The Place呈獻「味遊海陸世界」主題自助餐,集合多元化的高級海鮮及扒類菜式。餐廳環境寬敞,樓底夠高,充滿空間感,坐得舒服自在,店員勤快收碟執拾,食物refill 速度亦夠快。海鮮吧集合各種優質的冰鎮海鮮如龍蝦、加拿大鱈場蟹腳、生蠔、鮮蜆、鮮蝦、青口等等,全晚源源不絕供應,海鮮控必定能大飽口福!即開生蠔肉身非常肥美,肉質厚實爽滑,海水味濃烈,蠔味留在口腔久久不散。千島醬芝士焗龍蝦表面鋪滿澎湃芝士,配上啖啖肉的開邊龍蝦,芝味與鮮味同時滿瀉。美國頂級肉眼扒肉眼扒即叫即切,油花分佈平均,中間仍保持嫩紅色,肉質鬆軟,牛香濃厚突出。燒羊架保持肉質細嫩腍滑,燒得略帶微微焦香,羶味不過重,卻又不失羊肉本身的香味。即煎鵝肝油脂豐腴的鵝肝煎得表皮香脆並帶有焦香,內裡卻是軟綿順口。新鮮水蟹粥粥底煲得軟綿,將水蟹的精華通通熬煮至熱粥裡,粥味甘香帶著濃郁的蟹香味,每一口都吃到鮮美的滋味。避風塘炒龍蝦鉗以蒜蓉、辣椒夾雜的香味滲透龍蝦鉗肉身,蒜香撲鼻,鮮味與惹味相互交替。咸豬手皮層焗得金黃焦脆,肉質幼滑,佐以酸椰菜減低肉食肥膩感。西班牙海鮮飯表面鋪滿海鮮,材料非常豐富,海鮮吸收了濃郁香料味道,米飯入口煙韌有咬口。焗三文魚配黑松露忌廉汁魚肉豐腴細嫩,即使三文魚熟透後依然不會變得鞋口,黑松露的濃郁香氣滿溢整個口腔。印式香辣烤鱸魚咖喱鱸魚香氣撲鼻,讓香料完全滲透嫩滑魚肉,惹味無窮。木耳冬瓜燉雞上湯原盅蒸燉,每一口盡是精華,在高溫酷熱的天氣下,來一碗消暑清熱的燉冬瓜湯就最合時。魚生刺身即叫即切,八爪魚刺身鮮味爽口又彈牙。壽司都有極多款式,應有盡有。吃完這麼多肉食之後,也可吃點沙律平衡一下,沙律吧款式同樣多不勝數,還可配搭各式沾醬。吞拿魚沙律厚切的吞拿魚肉身呈粉紅色,肉質油潤而軟滑,清爽輕盈。甜品部的海量款式多得壯觀,賣相精緻得如藝術品般,讓我這些甜點控為之著迷 *o* 雖然已經吃到十成飽,但吃甜品的又是另一個胃 加上這裡的甜品款式不時會轉款,所以甜品控一定要留肚啊!士多啤梨北海道芝士蛋糕紅粉緋緋的別緻造型,單看已教人心花怒放,散發陣陣天然酸甜士多啤梨幽香,讓甜品時光更夢幻完滿。茉莉茶橙乳酪蛋糕樣子很可愛趣緻,瀰漫著怡人清新果香,滿載幼滑細膩的幸福滋味。開心果牛奶朱古力車厘子蛋糕綠油油的賣相春意盎然,爽雜果仁香氣、朱古力和酸甜的車厘子,味道更具層次。幼滑朱古力蛋糕這是Flourless 零麵粉的蛋糕,質感濕潤鬆軟,朱古力味夠香濃。歌劇蛋糕以杏仁蛋糕、海綿蛋糕、鏡面朱古力層層相間,層次感豐富,加上金箔作點綴,更添奢華貴氣。蜜蜂香梨蛋糕將晶瑩剔透的香梨鋪滿充滿空氣感的蛋糕面層,梨香芬芳,甜潤可口。港式雞蛋仔雞蛋仔粒粒圓潤飽滿,烘得外脆內軟,富有香濃蛋香。朱古力梳乎厘梳乎厘都是即席炮製,每次一出爐便極速被清空,十分搶手,梳乎厘滿是空氣感的豐盈濕潤,吃出濃醇的可可韻味。最後不要忘了任食瑞士名牌Mövenpick雪糕,這裡供應足足有八款口味之多。 continue reading

我係一個好鍾意食自助餐既人,好多自助餐都有食過,但我特別為 "the place" 寫食評,因為我真係覺得好抵同好味。飲品有兩款比你任飲,我通常飲橙汁或雜果賓治,視乎佢當日提供乜。鵝肝,之前幾次都係有個廚司企係度煎,大大舊咁,近排變左廚房入面煎,見個碟無先fill ,無咁大舊,但一樣好好味,係我最愛。冷盤: 藍青口,長腳蟹,龍蝦夾,蝦(我唔食),生蠔有兩款(我都係唔食)熟食: 龍蝦 (我覺得麻麻地,但肉好un,但朋友話好食)粉麵檔 ,無特別扒,唔知牛定羊,我都係唔食仲有其他薄餅,菜,炒飯個啲壽司檔,凍肉檔,生律吧,都有好多款揀最後係甜品,款式都多,次次去都唔同,上次見到個紫薯蛋糕,又幾味,仲有生果,豆腐花MP雪糕,有8個味,要員工筆,每一次都好細舊,想食多啲要行多幾次。通常都有7折,賣單5百幾6百,有咁多野食又好味! continue reading

之前來過吃 tea buffet 覺得okay,今次來試下lunch buffet。12:00 的時候剛開始,人很少,這時候最好周圍影相,沒人阻到你😄。今日中湯有人蔘雞湯,西湯有煙肉薯仔湯。個人不好煙肉,感冒剛好不敢喝人蔘雞,所以兩款湯都沒試。海鮮有小龍蝦、蝦及青口。即開的新鮮生蠔,中等size,好抵吃!我鄰桌的男士就吃了很多海鮮😆。各款cold cuts,不是我杯茶。有三款日式冷麵頗吸引,我取了中間的蕎麥麵, 拌了三款配料 (紫菜、蔥花及白芝麻),加些冷麵醬汁也不錯。 冷麵很夠冷😆!各款壽司也很吸引! 加州卷是室溫,裏面有吞拿魚,有蟹柳,飯夠稔,放入口軟綿綿。 火炙三文魚,炙過都凍,比室溫低些少😒。整體壽司的味道就一般啦!有日式小碟包括中華沙律、海蜇及螺肉。熱食有娃娃菜、魚腐、木耳炒甜豆、蒸原條鰽魚 、海南雞飯、 中式湯粉麵、三款點心包括素粉果、菜肉餃,另外一款像是臘腸卷。娃娃菜夠味,木耳炒甜豆好味,鰽魚一般,海南雞飯的雞很滑,飯卻比較硬。 素粉果味很淡,皮太稔。另外一邊有焗薯仔 (切片)、煎鱸魚、煎牛仔骨、豬頸肉、雞、 炒米粉、烤雞卷等。 切肉車有燒牛肉 (忘記了吃😑)。 薯仔好味,煎鱸魚起初試少少就覺得好味,魚肉爽滑,之後試一大塊就 沒第一次的好味😅,還是少吃多滋味😄。印度咖哩我就完全沒有試,因為怕辣。每次吃buffet 都會吃兩碟沙律,今次對沙律完全沒興趣。 有三款已混好的沙律,另外有幾款沙律菜如羅馬生菜、紫椰菜、牛油生菜等,還有凱撒沙律。 配料有西蘭花、紅蘿蔔、粟米、車厘茄、秋葵等。還是留些空間吃甜品好了😀! 麵包布甸 香蕉朱古力撻黑朱古力蛋糕雞蛋仔,比外面的雞蛋仔厚及脆最吸睛還是這雪糕counter😋😋。八款Movenpick雪糕任吃,我還是最愛薄荷朱古力!甜品還有抹茶芝士蛋糕、朱古力蛋糕、水果、 豆腐花、紅豆沙、朱古力梳乎厘等。 對我來說,甜品普遍都太甜,吃了五款已經不想試其他甜品了。 最後吃了四球雪糕,好滿足☺!我不吃海鮮,刺身,對這些食物無從評價。 其他食物有好吃,有一般,那麼平均是中上啦!餐廳地方夠大,人多了也不太嘈吵, 是相聚的好地方。 可能因為地方大,要找服務生都不容易,等他來收碟的時候,就抓住機會跟他提出你的需要啦😉! continue reading
