To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物一般款式亦都太少, 生蠔實在太細隻了,其他的食物也是一般的,如果以這個價錢去其他地方食也可以比他好一些,這餐buffet dinner最大問題的是我們食的當日隔離好像開畢業謝師宴，一班有(文化的)(侍應講的)大約為數30人好像開party一般大吵大鬧好像去了大排檔食嘢一樣。坦白的說，如果以這個價錢有這麼吵鬧的，真心不要去、食嘅過程中、就好像隔籬枱有人猜枚！投訴過好多次，叫侍應叫經理過嚟經理亦都沒有過來！真心食得很冇癮！下次應該不會再去幫襯 continue reading

今次已經係我第二次食呢個自助午餐用左Klook 買2送2, 人均只係260 左右由12:00 食到14:30; 兩個半鐘時間, 可以慢慢食 員工都相當HELPFUL, 收碟既速度好快, 只要登記做會員就可以送一杯cocktail/ mocktail本身飲品及紅白酒精係任飲架, 自己去BAR台斟就OK食物方面有齊沙律, 熱盤, 湯麵, 串燒, 中西湯同剌身而最吸引我既係水果同甜品水果除左有大路既西瓜、菠蘿, 仲有比較冷門既紅肉火龍果、紅心番石榴甜品有台式仙草, 可以自選椰果、爆珠、清心丸、芋圓（地瓜同芋頭）同紅豆仲有成6款Mövenpick雪糕同埋即整既細細格雞蛋仔 continue reading

The Place環境很好很大，座位比較擠迫，有很多食物都好味道，如榴槤泡芙、凍仙草、雞蛋仔、喇沙湯底麵或米粉、野菌忌廉湯、精美點心燒賣、粉果及叉燒包、沙律好新鮮，有中華沙律、凍螺肉，可惜欠奉煙三文魚、刺身好新鮮大件、壽司，不同嘅雪糕口味、甜品蛋糕、榴槤蛋糕等等，不過凍海鮮蟹爪不夠肥美；間中一兩隻不新鮮，蟹鉗過鹹，熱葷比較少款式，有多款嘅飲品例如橙汁、蘋果汁、咖啡及罐裝飲品都照顧周到，職員友善態度好滿意 continue reading

The place 位於康得思酒店內，由於Klook有優惠， 星期六晚 $2000／4人，平均500元一人。海鮮款式算多，不過生蠔比較細隻。另外，也有龍蝦和麵包蟹等貴價海鮮。熱食的食品款式唔算多，不過味道也算是唔錯。不過湯麵的味道就只算是一般，可以考慮放棄唔食。雪糕是M字頭。最抵讚的是汽水和飲品是無限任攞的。服務和環境都唔錯，收碟和refill食物都算快手，服務員都算主動。環境就唔算大，不過都keep 住新淨。整體而言，值得再來。 continue reading
