To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

“LAND AND SEA FIESTA” BUFFET
Embark on a gastronomic journey with an array of refreshing seafood on ice such as Seasonal Fresh Oysters, Blue Mussels, Shrimps and Crayfish, plus a selection of freshly cut sashimi, made-to-order sushi and salad live station. A selection of delectable hot dishes including New Zealand Rib-eye, Roasted Gammon Ham, Teriyaki Beef Short Ribs, Hainanese Chicken Rice, Grilled Lemongrass Pork Neck and Laksa Noodle Soup and many more will be unlimitedly served. Highlight of the buffet also includes the Naan Bread Live Station by Indian Chef, complemented with different types of curry dishes. Guests may indulge with even more extravagant seafood and meaty dishes during dinner*. Popular items include Canadian Snow Crab Legs, Baked Cheese Lobster, Pan-Seared Foie Gras, Peking Duck Live Station, Grilled Lamb Rack, US Prime Rib, Parma Ham, and nourishing Double Boiled Soup. Guests may also tailor made their favourite colourful Sashimi Poke Bowl. Elevate the buffet experience with an extensive dessert spread prepared by the Pastry Chef Roy Ma. Korean strawberry fanatics will love the selection of strawberry desserts such as Strawberry Balsamic White Chocolate Mousse and Strawberry Sangria Mousse Cake, as well as Mandarin Orange Pudding, Strawberry Sakura Roulade and Houjicha Cream Brulee.
