呢間新開嘅過江龍甫開業已經日日爆滿,如果想食到嘅都要提前至少一星期訂枱,今次就揀咗呢度食生日飯,不過貫徹唔少過江龍新開張既問題,就係服務水平比較參差,有部份侍應全晚手腳頗慢,成日漏單又上錯菜,本身仲order咗signature既原隻蒸龍蝦都漏咗單無得食,不過都有部份侍應態度非常好又送甜品,希望遲d服務水平可以穩定d好d啦。龍蝦濃湯質感濃稠creamy,有濃郁嘅龍蝦鮮味同海水味,飲到最後有少許咸,不過整體都ok,單點價格頗高。紅龍蝦最愛車打芝士鬆餅呢度最signature嘅反而唔係龍蝦,而係呢個免費任叫嘅cheese scone,一開始就會放一籃係度,之後再要嘅話先再order。食嘅時候仲係暖暖地,入口唔算脆但係幾鬆化,有淡淡嘅芝士味,鹹鹹地幾得意,就連唔食芝士嘅媽咪都鍾意。新蘇格蘭龍蝦海鮮鍋(2-3人用)非常具分量嘅龍蝦鍋,2-3人份量有3隻龍蝦尾,扁意粉、青口、蝦、魷魚等,雖然唔係原汁原味,但都食得出龍蝦好新鮮,唔係完全熟到d肉全部白色,仲有少少半透明,肉質爽彈、彈牙,煮得啱啱好。個白酒汁就比較稀,有淡淡奶味,正正常常唔會蓋過龍蝦本身嘅甜味。大蝦三重滋味拼盤呢度除咗龍蝦之外都有唔少大蝦嘅菜式,呢一個就可以試到三款唔同整法嘅蝦,包括炸蝦、蒜蓉焗大蝦以及龍蝦醬大蝦意粉,意粉唔錯,醬汁唔多但係食到龍蝦味,意粉質感彈牙,其餘兩款就正常冇乜特別咁啦。西冷/肉眼(7安士)雖然呢度既menu都幾重視surf & turf(海陸兩款肉類),有肉眼、西冷同牛柳揀,唔記得咗嗌咗肉眼定西冷,驟眼睇係非常之薄身,雖然煎到賣相幾靚,有明顯格紋,不過肉味唔夠,太薄身,整體麻麻地啦,證明專食海鮮嘅話,就唔需要再叫其他肉類喇。薯蓉、黑松露薯條我哋叫咗幾款side dishes,有薯蓉、薯條、雜菜同烤薯,不過最尾雜菜同烤薯就唔見咗,變咗2碟薯蓉同2碟薯條。不過薯蓉就幾好食嘅,質感軟滑creamy有明顯薯仔香味,配埋面頭嘅芝士醬同sour cream都唔錯。另外薯條都幾好食,切得幼身,炸得香脆,有淡淡黑松露味,配埋茄汁同千島醬,我個人就覺得點千島醬比較夾黑松露味喇。巨浪朱古力蛋糕因為蒸龍蝦漏咗單又賣晒,所以最尾就送咗呢個甜品俾我哋,上枱嘅時候侍應會係隻碟底下既乾冰注入水,即時有唔少煙飄出嚟,可以打卡。講返個甜品,屬於比較硬身嘅質地,質感厚實,配埋雲呢拿雪糕食可以解膩,不過食到咁飽一定要幾個人share,如果唔係就好漏喇haha。人均消費:$180推介指數(10分為滿分):6.5分 continue reading

有時候諗起獨特又寧靜環境既餐廳,想必然會到銅鑼灣,而銅鑼灣一帶其實美食林立⛩,要食啲好味拉麵,又或者好食既西餐廳亦都好多食店都進駐係銅鑼灣🚋,每逢星期六日夜晚差唔多間間餐廳都多人排隊,今次小編同朋友去既呢一間「Red Lobster」就專登好早起身入到嚟銅鑼灣食餐廳既龍蝦大餐🦞,事不宜遲就為大家講一講餐廳好食既原因👀。✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦🎈Spicy Seafood Flat $88呢款Pizza上面有好多龍蝦仔係上面🤤,而每一啖除咗食到香辣既味道外,豐富又充滿口感龍複肉一啲都唔孤寒,非常之多🤯。但係Pizza底就整得太乾身,好似食緊餅乾一樣太硬🍘,如果可以焗得短返少少時間,或者麵粉多返水分💦,口感會更好。✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦🎈Lobs Pasta $138小編估唔到意粉竟然可以有咁濃郁既龍蝦醬汁🧂,而且每一啖都可以食到龍蝦肉,超級滿足。香濃既醬汁包圍整個意粉,而意粉質感口感適中,最重要就緊係龍蝦肉🦞,濃郁意粉絕對令你愛不釋手😚。✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦🎈Feasts $518 最期待既主菜原隻龍蝦以及有牛油浸海蝦、天婦羅海蝦、原粒薯仔同長腳蟹呀😍。原隻龍蝦會有員工幫忙即場拆開,等你之後可以慢慢咁食龍蝦肉😋。而原隻龍蝦肉會配上牛油清,除咗可以食到原汁原味龍蝦鮮甜之外,仲可以加上小小既牛油清,提升鮮味以及牛油濃郁清香增加食慾😊。 另外,仲可以食到牛油海蝦同天婦羅海蝦🦐,龍蝦大餐有三重享受,一、龍蝦鮮甜味;二、脆炸海蝦;三、經過牛油浸泡既海蝦,好滋味🤩。而且仲係長腳蟹食,多肉多汁,l非常鮮甜🥰,原隻大啖蟹肉,蟹控既朋友絕對滿心歡喜🤲。不過小編食哂整個套餐後都係對原隻龍蝦嗰種鮮甜味以及長腳蟹最有深刻,非常好食👍。✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦今次小編嗌咗咁多樣嘢,叫到成張枱都係野食🤭,都只不過唔過$1000蚊,出乎意料地性價比超高,而每一款菜式都會有蝦肉係入面。另外,餐廳既位置係位於皇室堡後多一兩條街,叫加寧街。但唔講唔知原來入面都仲有一條酒吧街🏃‍♂️,下次同朋友嚟銅鑼灣都可以特登行入嚟睇吓仲有咩好嘢食👀。呢間「Red Lobster」小編真心為大家推介,如果好鍾意食龍蝦肉既朋友,絕對唔可以錯過啦👅。✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦✦ continue reading

一直話想來試試, 剛好今日要來銅鑼灣, 終於有機會了我地兩點半到, 人唔算多, 望下個 menu 其實都好多選擇, 龍蝦就$448起, 我較為貪心(亦較為孤寒), 揀咗個$318餐, 但樣樣有D咁個餐可跟沙律或湯, 加$20可由普通餐湯 upgrade 去龍蝦湯, 蝦有兩款, 一款配牛油, 一款就炸蝦, 再加長腳蟹與龍蝦尾呢個價錢有咁多海鮮盛宴都好抵吃我較喜歡個炸蝦, 脆卜卜做得好香口!海鮮全部新舛, 實肉有水準朋友叫了 fish & chips, 佢地薯條係幼身, 所以條條都炸得好香好脆芝士包仲無限供應, 雖然食唔到好多個, 芝士味亦唔算好重, 但個包外脆內軟又暖暖地, 我都食咗3個   continue reading

滿心歡喜諗住係呢度食個dinner聽人地介紹好似幾好食咁點知都幾失望餐前麵包算ok不過main真係麻麻地叫左佢地最出名既龍蝦但係真係唔係咁新鮮🤦🏻‍♂️d肉質一般般而家無乜味坦白講真係唔太值呢個價錢好似食大排檔會開心d😒仲叫左一份黑松露薯條但係都係得少少黑松露粉一d味都無好似淨係係d薯條上面擺少少咁真係有d失望🤦🏻‍♂️炸蝦🍤就正正常常啦無乜特別不過都唔係差既整體黎講真係幾失望希望會有所提升啦 continue reading

因為鍾意食龍蝦,就專登嚟試吓。睇完大家嘅負評,都係唔信邪嚟試吓,亦都果然係令人失望先講餐廳環境,坐地下果層,都算幾寧靜,枱與枱之間都唔係好迫,所以都坐得舒服。服務員態度都算好好,餐廳雖然冇Service charge,但係服務值得俾tips再講下食物,龍蝦汁意粉比較淡口,可以自己錄返少少鹽或者pepper去調味,但係意粉係彈牙嘅,龍蝦份量都幾多,整體來講算唔錯。亦燒蝦同埋燒龍蝦嘅質素就非常之一般⋯⋯另外亦都叫咗龍蝦包,因為想試吓佢嘅「活」龍蝦,但係包煙入邊龍蝦嘅份量比較少,而且肉質唔係特別彈牙鮮甜,唔係好食得出活龍蝦嘅分別,而且價錢都比較貴,唔係太推介大家。 continue reading
