可能我個人實在太摺,我真係唔知道佢原來係米芝蓮級別嘅點心餐廳但正正因為咁唔會有前設,唔會有太多expectations, 所以先至可以如實咁comment。一行四人當然唔係淨係食咗呢幾樣嘢,但係因為實在太好食,所以食晒先記得要影相。本身仲叫咗其他嘢,但有啲係食完之後先至記得要影相已經太遲了識咁耐,我覺得佢個牛柏葉真係冇得彈,因為佢嗰種咬口係你唔會咬唔開,但係亦都唔會太淋。我好鍾意食佢個菜苗餃,因為佢個皮係啱啱好,即係你唔會一夾就爛又或者太厚。大家都可以試吓佢嘅甜品,因為今次純粹食唔落甜品,所以冇叫到,但係佢嘅蛋散十分之好食! continue reading

太子其實有好多間點心店我哋平時就食嚟食去都係彌敦道嗰間今日就試下行入兩條街食下第二間兩個人食咗四個點心加一個飯, 份量還好蝦春捲、叉燒餐包、 燒賣、菜苗餃、 章魚肉餅飯點心應該唔係即叫即整,因為一叫完唔使一分鐘就已經上菜🤔感覺整體點心味道偏鹹價錢都同平時嗰啲差唔多茶錢每位六蚊, 茶完全冇味,淨係得個色,純粹倒茶入去茶壺,裏面茶包都冇但係唔使畀加一感覺這間比店舖比較遊客,左左右右都是外國遊客,而且餐牌都有英文版太子地鐵站A 出口都有好幾間點心店目標係食勻睇下邊間最好食 continue reading

#搞串個pantry今次同大家去到#太子 一間點心舖🫖,一間聽聞好似有過米芝蓮1星嘅點心舖🧐,試吓佢哋啲點心有咩咁特別💕!一嚟到,就發現門口都有唔少人等緊位,等咗大約15分鐘⏱️,就有位啦🥳。舖頭嘅裝修冇乜特別,除咗有本地人街坊幫襯之外,都有好多外國人👨🏼👧🏾、內地人幫襯。今次就帶咗一碗🔴粟米粥($20)、🟢薑蔥牛柏葉($29)、🟠鮮蝦腐皮卷($29)、🔵炸兩($26)。價錢比起其他點心舖係平少少。粟米粥🌟🌟🌟好大碗,可以望到有適量嘅粟米🌽,食落口感綿滑,味道有少少粟米嘅甜味,整體其實都算唔錯🤤,不過就有個致命傷,就係溫度有啲凍❄️。呢碗粥上嘅時候已經偏凍,如果再熱多少少🔥會更好!薑蔥牛柏葉🌟🌟🌟呢個點心有個令人意思唔到嘅驚喜😱,就係竟然有芫荽係裡面😱😱!!平時喺其他地方食嘅牛柏葉,都唔會有芫荽,所以當一上呢碟牛柏葉嘅時候,真係嚇一嚇😱😱😱!!薑蔥嘅味道,就被芫荽蓋過咗,鐘意食嘅人,可能好鐘意😍,但係唔鐘意嘅人,真係會即刻無晒胃口😖。不過,牛柏葉嘅口感都幾好,唔會太靭😝。鮮蝦腐皮卷🌟🌟同樣地,呢個鮮蝦腐皮卷🦐入面都加咗芫荽🌱。睇嚟呢間點心舖真係好鍾意加芫荽喺啲點心入面🤣。撇除芫荽唔討論,腐皮卷外層都幾脆口🔥,食落口感唔錯,同時食到原隻蝦肉。不過,大部份嘅味道都係比芫荽蓋過咗😆。炸兩🌟好彩炸兩,終於冇芫荽🤩。不過裡面嘅油炸鬼就腍晒,食落就唔脆啦。而且外層嘅腸粉皮都偏硬淨🤨。 continue reading

剩係得一間位於九龍旺角通菜街,每日都新鮮製造保證點心質量,太子中心點,距離地鐵站5分鐘步程。店舖門面都算幾大,位置都算寬敞,但晏晝過嚟記得要預早派隊,因為而家熱滿咗都幾多人嚟食。主要有好多傳統嘅點心,蝦餃燒賣蘿蔔糕叉燒焗餐包都有,仲會有埋一啲特色嘅,好似古法炸蛋散,芒果布甸、香芒奶黃卷,呢啲都係就快失傳嘅傳統點心。今日我就點咗叉燒焗餐包、香華奶黃包、香芒奶皇卷、香煎蘿蔔糕、蟹皇蒸燒賣、薄皮鮮蝦餃、北菇棉花雞。蘿蔔糕唔算多料,不過勝在蘿蔔味夠清甜,煎得亦唔會太焦。蝦餃皮薄蝦肉適中,大細偏小。燒賣都幾大粒,肉咬落唔會太肥。棉花雞好足料,棉花夠多!🤭香滑柔軟,雞都好滑。叉燒焗餐包有三個,唔算大個,餡料唔算多。香芒奶黃卷真係必點,芒果咬落好冰涼鮮甜🥰 continue reading
