很多年前已經幫襯「一點心」由對面街細舖開始,由沒有名氣開始,由沒有人排隊開始,到現在搬了一間大的舖頭。我記得以前細舖的年代,在收銀處附近有兩至三個好似老闆的男士負責招呼和收錢,記得當時他們非常 留意食物出品和食客的每一個細節,感覺係做到一絲不苟盡善盡美,價錢平兼且非常非常好食。可惜,近兩次幫襯,都很失望,我估計他們已經賣盤轉了手。由入門口開始的秩序混亂,裏面的服務員各有各大聲傾偈,食物質素奇差👎,全部走曬樣,唯獨是只有價錢不變 !…Read More

想起“飲茶”或“一盅兩件”這詞,總會聯想到很多很多一籠籠的點心,就連外地遊客來港都會想來一嚐的特色美食…以往只有在酒樓及中午前,才可以能夠吃到的,現在晚上都可以在小店舖品嘗了。在太子區附近都是一間一間的酒吧之中,品酒前就當然要先醫肚…來個品茶先吧!!店舖座位不多,在門口等候時,就可以先看點心紙,先行討論點選想吃的點心,種類不算多,都是一般酒樓常見的點心。在門外等候時點心選擇不多?沒關係,入座後枱上還有一張,之前選的不夠,可以再選再加單。蝦餃定必是最受歡迎之一,皮不厚也不太薄,剛剛好,需沒有原隻大蝦,但與肉的份量比例就剛剛好。蟹皇蒸燒賣,少量蟹籽放面只作點綴的感覺,但內在的豬肉與蝦肉的配合就剛好,沒有粉粉的感覺。而鮮竹牛肉球,就有些油膩,進口感覺滑溜溜的。香煎蘿蔔糕,沒想像之中好吃,蘿蔔味及臘味不夠,感覺硬硬的,始終都是媽媽做的好吃…哈!超級推介~四寶滑雞扎,份量超足,雞件猶如雞扒般大件,當然沒有一隻手掌咁大,但至少不是一口雞,內裡原隻大東菇及厚切火腿條都比我感覺大件,比較一般酒樓都來得有誠意沒有欺場…奶皇包就比較失色了點,但同樣大件,一籠只有兩件,中間的涵料也不算少,奶皇味就比較淡。最後來個最普通的腐乳白灼通菜,白灼通菜爽爽的,白灼時間掌握得很好,腐乳味道就偏咸了些許。食物非最好,但以我這個平民的角度看,性價比的分數都算高了!…Read More
