下班後友人忽然來電說想吃點心,早就聽說在太子的一點心非常有名,不過一直沒有機會吃到,今天晚上正好一試。我們大概19h左右到達,門外已經有一條不短的人龍,因為餐廳不接受訂位,所以每天門外都站滿來自不同國家的遊客,就今晚來說遊客比本地人還多,證明餐廳已經成為遊客必吃的店,米芝蓮推薦的餐廳果然有夠厲害。小店的點心都是現叫現蒸,為了節省時間,我們在等待的時候已經選好等一下要吃的點心,方便廚房也方便自己。等了大概半個小時多,終於有位子了。由於之前我們已經點好了菜,所以過沒多久點心已經陸陸續續上桌。蟹皇蒸燒賣,燒賣有4大顆,豬肉嫩滑。薄皮鮮蝦餃,蝦餃皮真的夠薄,而且不黏紙,蝦肉足料。其實香港人吃點心必點蝦餃跟燒賣,已經成為指定動作,這個蝦餃真的不錯。潮州蒸粉果其實是友人愛吃,本人對粉果之類的東西興趣不大,肉眼看去裡面的餡也蠻多的,友人已經快速鯨吞一整籠。蜜汁叉燒包,剝開兩半,裡面是滿滿的叉燒,從深深的顏色已經能看得出來叉燒入味,肉質夠軟身。精製馬拉糕,一上桌我們是一陣驚呼,實在是太大籠了,熱騰騰的香氣滿桌,糕身夠鬆軟,馬拉糕一定要趁熱吃,冷掉的話味道跟質感會打折扣。薑蔥牛柏葉,一道非常港味的點心,現在連鎖式的酒家沒多少家在做薑蔥的,牛栢葉夠香夠爽口,本人認為配薑蔥才是正宗的點心牛栢葉。北菇棉花雞,本人其中一道最愛而且吃港式飲茶必點的點心,外面很少吃到這麼大件的魚肚,而且雞塊店家也是沒有在吝嗇的,全是大大一塊,雞肉嫩滑,沒有蒸得乾身沒肉汁,滿口魚肚在咬實在太滿足。最後是古法炸蛋散,友人極力推薦,這道小吃本人是第一次嘗試,炸脆皮然後淋上糖漿,再灑滿椰絲跟花生粒。其實可以稱為一道中式甜點,味道不錯,本人一向不太愛炸物,小嘗一口就好,不過看到基本上每桌都有點這個小吃就知道應該是必吃之一。整體來說點心非常地道,吃回很多在新式酒家已經吃不到的味道,而且現叫現蒸食材足料新鮮,價錢便宜,今天享受了一個平凡中見細緻的點心晚餐。…Read More

要數香港最出名的點心店,非添好運莫屬,因為它是香港第一間獲米芝蓮的點心店(不計中式茶樓),因為它的成功,香港出現越來越多點心店。一點心,一個或許不太多香港人知道的名字,但在外國遊客耳中,它的名號卻絕不下於添好運,連Tripadvisor也有近千人在討論它,如果不是星仔這個遊客,我也不知道這點心店的大名。******************************點心店位於太子運動場道,與太子港鐵站僅一分鐘路程。運動場道原本行人就不多,但偏偏一點心門外輪候的人就比整條街上的行人還要多。點心店雖然說是11:00開門,但見11:00抵達,店內已坐滿食客。 幸店外亦備有多張圓凳讓等待的食客邊坐邊等,最後等了20分鐘,終於可以入座。在等候期間,侍應先給了我們點心紙看看,點心有四十多款選擇,一般常見的點心也能在這裡找到。要想知道點心的賣相和價錢,可在餐牌看到。而從餐牌上的九個不同國家譯名,就可估計食客真的是來自全世界。 香煎馬蹄糕($15)馬蹄糕一碟有三塊,每塊呈琥珀色,能隱約見到一粒粒的馬蹄粒。馬蹄糕入口微彈,入面的馬蹄粒非常爽口,甜度也適中,非常好吃。 蟹皇蒸燒賣($24)燒賣上蟹籽份量頗多,橙色的蟹籽在粉色的豬肉上格外醒目。燒賣肉質軟滑,肥廋適中,味道不錯。蜜汁叉燒包($14)叉燒包一籠有兩大個,由於我不好叉燒包,所以沒有試也不知味道如何。豉椒蒸鳳爪($16)鳳爪一碟都有頗多件,非常入味,骨肉也很容易分離。薄皮鮮蝦餃($26)蝦餃一籠有四隻,透明的餃皮下仍能隱約見到粉橙色的蝦肉,可見餃皮不會過厚。蝦餃蝦肉結實爽彈,蝦味十足,不錯。豉椒蒸肉排($16)肉排肉多骨少,而且肥瘦適中,肉質不會過老過韌,調味也剛好不會過鹹。鮮蝦腐皮卷($22)腐皮卷一碟有三條,炸得非常香脆,腐皮亦非常薄身,一口咬下,香脆中又夾雜了蝦肉的爽彈,非常好吃。擂沙炸煎堆($16)擂沙炸煎堆一碟有三件,每件約一個乒乓球大小,不過芝麻未能鋪滿整個煎堆,令賣相扣了一點分。但賣相絕不影響味道,煎堆皮微脆而不會過厚,入面的擂沙也很香芝麻味,而且還能吃到粒粒口感。蜜汁叉燒腸($19)叉燒腸一碟有三條,腸粉皮頗滑,但不算很薄,不過也是可接愛的水平,入面的叉燒餡都不少,叉燒肥瘦適中,肉質軟腍,不錯。一點心味道不錯價格也算合理,難怪未開門已大排長龍,不過人客多始終不能久坐,所以建議一次過下單,否則就不能怪店員催促你買單了。…Read More
