籠太子真的是嫁籠為主題啊!天光板有很多鳥籠,不錯啊!店鋪不大不小 但坐的也算舒服!不錯!兩人點了不少點心,真的很想每樣買一份蝦餃燒賣藥膳雞腳包雪山叉燒包鮮蝦菜苗餃海王芝士千絲卷....兩個人吃算正常份量嗎?但這裡最好的是蝦餃和燒賣可以大半份,即是一籠兩個,真好!這樣子我的胃就有點多的位置放下其他款式的點心了!哈哈!蝦餃裏面即刻非常多,有十分的彈牙,很喜歡!燒賣也非常都夠味,很好!雪山叉燒包雖然賣相不太討好,但是也非常好吃!藥膳雞腳雖然雞腳非常之瘦小,但卻非常入味,吃完之後嘴巴黏痴痴的,膠質滿滿!鮮蝦菜苗餃非常夠味,蝦也很大隻!海王芝士千絲卷,有點失望因為這只是一個一丁點蝦和芝士被米粉包著炸但下次還會再來啊! continue reading

晚飯時候,又唔太餓又想搵d 地方可以慢慢食慢慢坐,就諗起飲茶叫點心,但夜晚晚想搵酒樓叫點心就難,見到e 間餐廳多人食,又有湯飲,就入去試試,環境一般,地下有d 滑,老人家要小心d,位置都多。但餐廳主打叫點心係即叫即蒸,非常加分,蒸出黎熱騰騰,超級美味黑椒金錢肚,爽口但唔un,黑椒味重,不錯之選名醬蒸鳳爪,用烏冬墊底,鳳爪林身入味,非常好味,仲要熱騰騰食,正鮮蝦菜苗餃,諗住都唔會有驚喜,點知入面既菜苗多到爆出黎,皮唔算厚身,最緊要係餡料夠多,兩啖食完好滿足鳳爪排骨飯,豉油叫佢落多d先好味,鳳爪繼續咁好食,排骨都林,有肉食,飯唔會痴一舊舊,一粒粒完整香口師傅話每日都會煲唔同湯,今日係魚翅瓜豬𦟌,魚翅瓜好正,清甜,飲完都唔口渴,真係好似煮家湯,一定要叫不得不叫既煎蝦膠釀茄子,我見枱枱都有叫,惹味,必叫之選話飽都叫左咁多就知真係好味啦,價錢合理,晚飯都可以過黎食 continue reading

周末約朋友去旺角逛街,朋友說先去太子食點心。籠太子在太子站附近,不過不太好找,此店一般大,大約20張枱吧,坐的比較逼。我們點了不少點心,聽他說挺好吃的。不是炸兩,皮裏包著脆蝦卷,真像炸兩,不說不知。蝦餃皮薄蝦靚。鳳爪有少少辣,口感不錯。排骨感覺比較肥。牛肉球鬆軟彈牙。魚肚水餃很特別。還點了鮮竹卷,腐皮卷,牛栢葉,煎蝦膠釀茄子。上菜很快,同朋友傾左一陣,客人不知不覺入座,很快坐滿,慶幸我們早到。我們4個人才吃了220元,人均55,掋食。 continue reading

今晚專程到拎了米芝連的蘢太子,2個人叫了6款美色。雪山叉燒包;外貌都幾肉酸但好彩口感好味,雪山皮脆,咬下去叉燒汁流出黎,正鳯爪排骨飯;半肥瘦排骨和鳯爪好入味,肉好淋,但飯有點生米蝦膠釀茄汁,豆豉汁配合不錯,食落不油膩黑椒牛肚;牛肚入味夠汁,但份量少,另外食下去有點酸味,破壞左黑椒的香,只有酸酸怪怪海王芝士千絲卷;最好食的炸物,香脆,入面有香菇配原隻蝦,香菇配搭令到油膩的炸物變得不平凡,不油膩皮蛋牛肉腸粉;腸粉滑,配上牛肉加皮蛋口感很特別,有創意蝦米瑤柱乾辣招油,簡直是超好食,不加任何餸菜上,隨即入口也好吃 continue reading
