星期一難得約到在附近上班的舊同學lunch,當然要投其所好啦!一想就想到曾經經過一家餃子專門店,令我留下印象除了她搞鬼的店名「餃掂」,還有店外絡繹不絕的人龍! 幸好(?)當天有微雨,所以不用等很久便能入座。店子比一般餃子店企理,有點台灣風~這裡的餃子款式真是應有盡有! 一場來到,就試試招牌「至尊松茸豬肉餃配狀元九鼎湯」,狀元九鼎湯味道比想像中清淡,如果再濃味點會更好,尤其吃過湯底較濃的湯麵後便會覺得太淡,可幸是應該沒加味精,勝在真材實料。而松茸豬肉餃認真皮薄餡靚,肥豬肉內混入松茸香,令人齒頰留香,是這裡獨有的餃子味。 另外點了雲吞湯麵及餃子麵,湯麵條條分明有韌勁,而僻愛芫茜的小妹大愛芫茜餃,配合小辣湯底,食極唔停!朋友都說雲吞湯麵味道不錯~ 我們不約而同點了自家製山楂雪梨水,山楂與雪梨的比例恰當,解渴好味~ 這裡的食品相當出色,愛餃之人不容錯過,惟侍應態度可稍為改善!

平時經過灣仔莊士敦道餃掂,都見到有很多食客,今晚就去試食招牌龍鳳松茸雙煎餃,即是白松茸和黑松茸,可能見到餃子內的黑松茸,感覺上比白松茸味道更濃。另外元貝豬肉湯餃,除了有淡淡的元貝味道外,還附上狀元九鼎湯,這不是味噌湯,我把湯全都喝下。還點了雙拼餃子,選擇了韭菜和粟米豬肉餃,如果喜歡食粟米的朋友一定要試,因為除了飽滿的豬肉外,還有大大粒的粟米,味道很好。而四川涼麵,可以選擇辣的程度,涼麵上面放有小小的麻辣醬加花生碎,下面還伴有一些青瓜絲,很是清爽,另外上海淨麵,表面看似平凡,除了芫荽,麵下面還有細微的蒜蓉碎,多左味道層次,最後一杯自家制雪梨水,酸酸甜甜,胃口大開。

每次吃餃子我總會到銅鑼灣的另一家,今次想試試新口味,便跑到這裡來。坦白說,門口大大張橫匾上的字深深吸引我,感覺店主是一位有智慧、用心經營餐館的人。未到過家鄉的北方人對餃子情有獨鍾。我特別喜愛野生松茸素餃(中碗)$45,可惜不夠熱,但味道不錯。我倆最喜愛吃這煎至尊松茸豬肉餃碗狀元九鼎湯$78十分好吃😋元貝豬肉餃(中碗)$48,也很出色由於煎餃很美味,我們便再點香煎軟心芝士餃$52不錯!但個人較喜愛吃傳統的餃子不辣的麻辣松花皮蛋$25這裡的菜脯豆瓣醬很好吃整體而言,食物是不錯的,如服務再稍有進步,相信會更好喔!

今日心血來潮想食餃子,而且蔡瀾都推介,所以走去食下。呢間專門食餃子🥟有好多不同選擇,款式同去超市買既不同,有黑松露、白松露等等。我就選擇左食招牌菜松茸豬肉餃配狀元九鼎湯,叫左湯餃,食落去有好香既松茸味,而且個餃皮薄唔會厚粉,個湯飲得出無味精飲完無口渴。叫左個鴛鴦煎餃食左芫荽味同元貝味,外表輕輕煎到金黃色,口感外脆內軟。唔似其他餃子店咁煎到個皮好硬,我唔鍾意食煎餃因為怕個餃子皮好硬,呢間令我好意外愛上食煎餃子。另外叫左個雲吞麵加山楂雪梨水飲料 ,個雲吞係豬肉加雲耳包餡配爽口彈牙幼麵。杯山楂雪梨水酸酸甜甜,十分開胃。
