🔹但海鮮材料價格比外面街市貴一d, 而且店家既加工水平唔係特別突出; 相比之下,係市區既海鮮店鋪, 不但價格更便宜, 而且品質都更出色

一家人去吃海鮮,最喜歡前往三聖自己揀料,再到南記加工,看中其加工費算合理,廚藝也不錯,不會浪費食材和金錢。南記位於冬菇亭內,但餐廳有冷氣供應,座位都算闊落。但用餐時間只有90分鐘,有時會吃得有點趕,不是能坐下來慢聊之選。芝士焗海蝦芝士舖滿整個蝦面,剛焗好出爐熱騰騰,鹹香味十足,吃下去非常焦脆惹味。鼓椒炒蟶子蟶子炒得剛剛好,保有蟶子原來的爽嫩鮮甜,再配上惹味鼓椒汁,令人食指大動。清蒸海斑海斑用清蒸方法最能保持原汁原味,只用蒸魚鼓油、蔥和芫茜已能輕易帶出其鮮味,也中和其他較濃味的烹調方法。燒鵝(例牌)燒鵝的外皮燒得香脆,但因為不是燒鵝肶,所以肉質頗結實,配着梅子醬一起吃也不錯。

我們今日訂了枱六點食飯,六點叫了叫了龍蝦伊麵和蒸魚,燒鵝和菜,一個羹。等到七點十五分龍蝦伊麵先到,蒸魚要等到七點40分先來,食了一肚氣,我都算喇,差不多八點隔離枱剛剛來,感覺係熟客因為佢地叫了好多海鮮,海鮮好快就上,點解人地唔駛等,而我地就要等一小時四十分鐘條魚先嚟。我有問佢,佢話剛才有100個外賣廚房要做咗外賣先。如果我八點來就唔駛等。你信唔信呀?我做錯咩,我點知道食早場係你地繁忙時間,要等咁耐先食完一餐飯?隔離枱係咪熟客有特別優待我唔知,佢答我,咁你而家想點呀?咁你食咗條魚未呀?食咗咪得囉!員工態度惡劣!我地唔係成日食呢間但都幫襯過十幾次,今次好失望,呢間南記我永遠唔會去!
