Heard from a local Hong Kong friend that Tuen Mun Sam Shing has very good seafood.  Came here for the first time.  Bought seafood from the market and took it here for them to cook.  In addition, we ordered a Roasted Goose, very tasty and not too fat.  We had two different type of crabs, one is stir fry and another is steamed.  Both ways were tasty.  Totally worth a visit.  Seafood are freshly cooked.

昨天一家人浩浩蕩蕩到屯門三聖邨食海鮮滿懷希望去開餐。於昨晚我們買了龍蝦,鮑魚,美國桶蠔,聖子,大扇貝,九節蝦以及預訂了1隻燒鵝及order 咗2個小菜。首先是芝士脆焗龍蝦,外層是香脆,肉質爽口,但味道偏淡,如果可以鹼一點會好味得多。跟住是預訂的燒鵝,非常美味。繼續係豉椒炒聖子,不過不失。白灼九節蝦,沒有難度,蝦本身鮮甜。砵酒焗蠔,非常美味。胡椒鮑魚,胡椒味唔夠,味道還可以。原本這餐都算是美味滿足,當我哋食完所有海鮮後,發覺最簡單嘅蒜蓉粉絲蒸大扇貝仲未到,已覺奇怪,已催促了2,3次,足足等了30分鐘才到,點知一上枱,大家都非常驚訝,點解我哋買嘅大扇貝d肉會咁薄,仲要除咗中間嗰粒薄薄嘅扇貝肉,其他部分都不翼已飛,店員還解釋話係咁,當時我哋冇特別去了解,只好食完離開,但其實心裡有1個大問號,點解會咁?懷疑被人偷工減料,真係唔敢相信咁出名嘅飯店都有咁嘅情況發生,真係非常失望。

趁著復活節假期自來海鮮加工(炒斑球、蒸扇貝、焗蟹),訂位七點,七點前到達。落了order,一心等著享受海鮮餐。結果等了50分鐘才上第一道斑球,70分鐘第二道,第三道85分鐘.......真係好離譜。我吾知佢地係咪烚生客。海鮮俾晒佢,咁我地可以點.......中間追問三四次,每個服務員連查看都沒有,就只說假日係咁🙁廚房不足以應付就不要無限制地開檯。咁樣的食法,如果你係接受到,咪嚟囉!我就絕對無下次。

年夜飯當然要取意頭叫上八道菜才可,所以最後來個清清的蠔汁香菇生菜,香菇完全沒有菇味,但用上的唐生菜就十分新鮮,芡汁同樣清淡,不會太鹹☺️

屋企人近排好鍾意到屯門三聖邨食海鮮。先到附近的海鮮店買你鍾意的海鮮,之後就拎去南記比餐廳加工就可以。温馨一提,記住book位,想食燒鵝可以留定先。先黎一份芝士焗龍蝦,芝士的份量都幾多,而且表層的芝士焗到脆卜卜,口感up!肉質焗完仲係好Moist,唔會乾曬。蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,粉絲量都幾多,不過蒜蓉迷的我就覺得蒜蓉唔多夠,不過整體都ok的。呢個蒜子菜心,菜煮完好入味。蒸魚蒸個岩岩好,熟但唔會乾。花甲炒得非常夠味椒鹽豆腐炸得香脆,入面夠軟滑曾經食過d好un的炸蠔,但蠔炸得岩岩好。如果要挑剔的,我會想個皮可以再酥少少。第一次食蝴蝶蜆,加埋個上湯一齊煮又幾鮮甜。
