Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍人今日入屯門探朋友,未會合時先醫醫肚,原來三聖邨都有冬菇亭,仲有好多食肆,呢到好多人嚟食海鮮,午市就有好多特價麵飯,仲有湯麵餐廳環境都乾淨,而且坐得好舒服,侍應都好有禮貌服務要讚,睇完一輪餐牌揀咗牛腩湯河當我見到碟腩河就知一定好食,啲牛腩燜到入哂味,好清香帶濃濃牛味,腩位好嫩好腍身,連牛筋都好腍又有夠黏口,河粉吸滿濃厚腩汁,加埋辣椒醬食一流-另一樣要讚係最近都開始熱,呢到冷氣夠又剛好,食得好舒適,估唔到海鮮餐館都有咁正牛腩河食 continue reading

行過南記海鮮飯店,捕到夠晒驚喜。第一件攻略就係佢哋嘅招牌黑椒燒鵝皇,聞到嗰陣香氣就已經食指大動。燒鵝外皮酥脆,肉質鮮嫩得嚟唔膩口,個黑椒味又夠晒响,食落去真係過癮。薑蔥焗鮑魚又係一絕,鮑魚爽滑勁彈,啖啖肉咬落去有勁,薑蔥味夠鮮亦不搶鏡。至於海鮮龍蝦配湯伊麵,啲伊麵煮到剛好Q彈,龍蝦鮮甜彈牙,湯汁又清鮮,稱得上係絕配。再講吓佢哋嘅清蒸老虎斑,一試就知新鮮,魚肉滑溜得嚟無土腥味,簡單清蒸就已見真章。但就細講下椒鹽墨魚,雖然味道開胃,可能火候掌握得稍欠,墨魚偏乾,抵觸喥少少分。總體上場面盛大,男女老少都啱食,真係平民化中嘅上等選擇!香茅、清齊、正!👌🦞🍲 continue reading
