To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

22-03-2023我地一行8人去屯門三聖村「南記海鮮飯店」朋友早啲去附近街市買定海鮮,拎黎南記安排點煮,到5點半左右等齊人,就叫侍應可以安排上菜,等到6點15分,都未有菜上,就問其中一位四眼叔叔,點解仲未上,我地一共追左2次,2次四眼叔叔都話:「肚餓啊?點解唔叫隻燒鵝食啊?」我地懷疑因為我地冇叫到南記入邊既餸同埋燒鵝,就專登遲遲唔上菜,因為我地5點半叫上菜,佢地鋪頭既客人連一半都冇,係都要拖到最後先幫我地上菜,去到7點,我朋友忍唔住再問四眼叔叔,我地等左成個幾鐘,湯都未見到有得飲喎,跟著15分鐘之後啲海鮮就好快咁上哂!第一道菜-「脆皮芝士焗龍蝦」不愧係招牌菜,真係好好食!個芝士醬唔會好濃味而搶左龍蝦既鮮味龍蝦焗得岩岩好,唔會過火,真心好食第2道菜-「椒鹽瀨尿蝦」我地懷疑南記用我地既新鮮瀨尿蝦,換左去比人地,因為我地買海鮮個度係識人,逐隻新鮮識跳既簡黎買,但黎到8隻入邊有2隻係梅架啲肉,同佢地職員反映,就話係我地啲蝦黎,我地拎黎唔關佢地事!第3道菜-「西芹炒花尾躉腩」依道菜煮得好好,肉冇過火,但味道偏淡第4道菜-「炆花尾躉骨腩」依個炆得好好食!好夠味但唔會過咸,不過一定要親熱食,凍左食

我地懷疑南記用我地既新鮮瀨尿蝦,換左去比人地,因為我地買海鮮個度係識人,逐隻新鮮識跳既簡黎買,
但黎到8隻入邊有2隻係梅架啲肉,同佢地職員反映,就話係我地啲蝦黎,我地拎黎唔關佢地事!

第5道菜-「鹽焗花螺」
我地又懷疑佢地換左我地既花螺🫠
因為我地簡既時候係一大袋,仲要粒粒都好平均好大隻,但黎到既時候變左做一兜仔用錫紙裝住,仲要啲螺放得好有技巧,大粒係面,底下個啲全部細細粒,咁樣幾好食都假啦,同侍應講又係一句:「你地帶黎既海鮮,我地唔清楚」

第6道菜-「粉絲蒸消失的元貝」
我地買海鮮個陣,人地寫係「特大蘇格蘭元貝」點都冇諗過送到上黎,睇唔到粒元貝係邊🤣我個人認為佢處理海鮮既時候,可以問下客人啲裙邊要唔要,我真係第一次見到會掉左我啲裙邊既鋪頭,
仲要蒸到過哂火,有2個朋友牙口唔好,食唔到🫠後尾問番做凍肉批發既朋友,佢懷疑間鋪會唔會用急凍帶子換左我地新鮮既,因為急凍係有連殼帶子買,正正就係冇裙邊既

啲蜆係買海鮮既姨姨送既,但係佢送得太多🤣成5斤,個湯埋單要3舊水🤣
蜆太多,變相個湯好咸,如果淡番小小其實好好味😋

總結:
「南記海鮮飯店」其實煮出黎既野係好食,不過加工費偏貴,
不過係咪真係會發生我地懷疑既情況,我諗就見人見智喇,因為我地唔係搭朋友訂檯,我朋友就話以前托人訂檯,係冇發生過我地懷疑既情況,更加唔會等成個幾鐘先上菜,同逼人食燒鵝🤣🤣

至於服務-啲服務員全部都愛理不理咁,全部都係「做就36唔做36」既態度,其實都幾無奈
