To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一家人去吃海鮮,最喜歡前往三聖自己揀料,再到南記加工,看中其加工費算合理,廚藝也不錯,不會浪費食材和金錢。南記位於冬菇亭內,但餐廳有冷氣供應,座位都算闊落。但用餐時間只有90分鐘,有時會吃得有點趕,不是能坐下來慢聊之選。芝士焗海蝦芝士舖滿整個蝦面,剛焗好出爐熱騰騰,鹹香味十足,吃下去非常焦脆惹味。鼓椒炒蟶子蟶子炒得剛剛好,保有蟶子原來的爽嫩鮮甜,再配上惹味鼓椒汁,令人食指大動。清蒸海斑海斑用清蒸方法最能保持原汁原味,只用蒸魚鼓油、蔥和芫茜已能輕易帶出其鮮味,也中和其他較濃味的烹調方法。燒鵝(例牌)燒鵝的外皮燒得香脆,但因為不是燒鵝肶,所以肉質頗結實,配着梅子醬一起吃也不錯。
