星期六難得早起,還要去到尖沙咀,老公帶我去食這間人氣冰室,聽說灣仔店長期要排隊,而尖沙咀店平日的午餐時間亦有二三十人等候,我們今天由於時間尚早,完全不用等啊!望望手錶,11:15,竟然仍可以點早餐,原來早餐供應至11:30,真是難得!我們點了早餐B及D兩個餐都附上牛油麥包多士,4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋,配麥包確實少見,我挺喜歡的👍🏻,而且標明是使用日本蛋,確是與一般茶記的蛋不同,較香滑。鮮忌廉雞湯鮑魚火腿絲通粉味道也不錯,用上有紋通粉,口感不俗。沙嗲牛肉公仔麵汁料味道適中,牛肉質素也不錯

日本雞蛋加入牛奶快炒,口感嫩滑,而且炒蛋的熟練程度掌握得宜,吃落仍有一些半熟的蛋汁,蛋的份量雖多,覆蓋了整個飯,但蛋香欠奉。
叉燒略嫌太瘦,若果有幾片梅頭半肥瘦叉燒的話,口感更好。
自家調製的豉油味道帶甜,與這客叉燒滑蛋飯甚是匹配,可謂靈魂所在!
飯粒雖然分明,但在我而言,口感太硬。

整體而言,這叉燒滑蛋飯未去到神級之作,若主角叉燒有點改良的話,或許會再次到訪!

多士係用咗麥包嘅厚多士,我發現佢唔同其他茶餐廳,落得比較少牛油,對於我來講非常合適,因為我都唔係好鍾意太多牛油,太過油膩。老實講我平時都唔係好鍾意食麥包,但係我知道麥包又比較健康。最後,食咗塊麥包落肚都覺得唔係太過鞋,ok!

之後就到番茄湯午餐肉通粉,呢個通粉真係做到非常好,番茄湯係用搞碎咗嘅番茄來做,明顯睇到同埋食到番茄蓉。餐肉切成厚厚嘅粒狀,仲要煎到外脆內軟。通粉唔會al dente 但係又唔會過分林。我食完之後就覺得好滿足。從未食過咁好味嘅蕃茄湯底通粉,亦都從未試過係出面食過咁好味嘅餐肉。

個餐仲包埋杯嘢飲,我就叫左一杯熱鴛鴦。

我下次去一定要叫我同學叫嗰個蛋牛治,佢個賣相非常吸引,啲蛋好似多到的逼晒出嚟咁樣。我舊同學話:「呢度肯定多個兩隻蛋。」我都非常同意。

侍應都非常友善。可能係因為我哋有一位舊同學係熟客,所以位女侍應都同我哋有講有笑。

是日獨自lunch要挑戰下高難度餐廳(即平時插針都插唔入果d),一坐底見張張台都食飯,研究下lunch餐牌都發現似乎滑蛋飯最出名,其餘既就係平時茶記既茶餐(通粉多士等),就決定order個差燒蝦仁滑蛋飯!由於都算獨沽一味,上菜梗係唔會慢;滑蛋嘅賣相非常吸引,加上淋左佢哋聲稱嘅自製醬油(其實只係腸粉豉油),油光閃閃,胃口大增!不過,碟飯嘅份量其實唔大,以我來講食完一碟係唔夠飽嘅⋯叉燒偏瘦,同燒味店嘅叉燒相比有一段距離,雖帶有蜜味但太瘦會sip牙;蝦仁大粒爽脆無蝦腸,但係冰鮮既無乜味道(靠豉油調味啦)。最正莫過於個蛋,係好滑既仲帶有蛋汁,美中不足的是,飯粒偏乾身無乜米香味⋯可能都係偏好飽滿既米粒多d(感覺上可以吸到多d味同汁),雖然有豉油但米粒都唔吸味,只係靠蛋汁黏附在一起⋯飲品既熱奶茶亦比一般茶記遜色,茶味夠但奶香不足,對奶茶控黎講係有少少失望既⋯總括而言,如果真係要當住大熱天時排咁耐隊食就要好好考慮下其他選擇,不過比在滑滑蛋蛋既面上,的確係一試無妨既

還記得第一次在灣仔旺仔冰室食早餐,他的鮮牛蛋治餐,簡直有驚喜,喜歡他的蛋治內,麵包是塗上花生醬,看得出用心做,之後每每經過灣仔都會幫襯一下下,最近知道他們在尖沙咀開分店,簡直高興,但由於新店,往往都會排晒大隊⋯⋯今日下午二時半,見冇乜人,終於可以入去試試,喜歡他的招牌滑蛋义燒飯,他的秘製豉油真係巧巧味,其實一大碟飯我平時真係食唔晒,但在旺仔我會食晒飽飽的行番出去,其他種類我在灣仔都試過晒,很喜歡這間食堂,值得推介

牛肉同蝦仁份量適中,牛肉軟嫩,蝦仁大粒又爽口,滑蛋夠滑,蛋皮好薄,甜豉油,有點似煲仔飯甜豉油,撈飯好味呀。

食到好飽的一個飯,以尖沙咀來計,算合理價,環境不算太迫又未到舒適,服務態度幾好,下次必食叉燒飯呀。

見到個午餐肉咁厚切就知道好味喇, 之前係灣仔食過午餐肉蕃茄通粉, 宜家旺記係尖沙咀都有開就走左入去食個下午茶, 叫左個午餐肉蛋三文治! 真係唔可以睇少個份量. 蛋又足, 午餐肉又厚切就知道冇得輸!

旺記冰室主打叉燒滑蛋飯好出名,但平時少去港島果頭,得知尖沙咀開左分店,即刻黎見識下佢嘅厲害!等左一陣位就入左去,個場好旺,午餐時間唯有將就下,唔洗睇menu就已經落單,要個滑蛋叉燒蝦仁雙併飯,香港天氣熱到點可以唔加凍飲,一共60蚊埋單。上碟的賣相好吸引,炒蛋新鮮嫩滑,叉燒偏瘦,岩我口味,蝦仁好爽口,的確唔錯👍🏼而且有豉油配飯,好味!凍o茶係茶餐廳水準,正!員工服務十分好,雖然店鋪十分多人,也沒有忘記一位客人。
