To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間嘢聽講係一家網紅店,所以見到好多遊客,平時翻工見到太多人所以冇入去食。今日我見少好多人,馬上跟朋友去試試叉燒滑蛋飯,d蛋好滑,可能係落咗牛奶關係。味道幾好,下次再試試其他款式。

最近試了一款免治牛肉蛋治,味道真是令人驚艷!首先,免治牛肉的質感非常細膩,調味恰到好處,帶有一點點黑胡椒的香氣和淡淡的鹹鮮味,完全不會覺得油膩。牛肉煎得剛剛好,保持了多汁的口感,吃起來很有滿足感。搭配的蛋治部分更是亮點,蛋香濃郁,煎得金黃鬆軟,和牛肉的濃烈風味形成完美平衡。麵包選用的是微脆的吐司,烤過後邊緣帶點焦香,咬下去時那種「喀滋」的聲音特別療癒。整體組合起來,口感層次豐富,既有牛肉的扎实,又有蛋治的柔嫩,再加上吐司的酥脆,真的是一口接一口停不下來。如果再配上一杯熱茶或咖啡,早餐或下午茶的幸福感直接爆棚!唯一的建議是,如果醬汁能再多一點變化,比如加點酸甜的番茄醬或微辣的醬料,可能會更添風味。不過即使現在這樣,已經是個很棒的享受了。推薦給愛好簡單卻美味餐點的朋友們,下次有機會一定要試試!

蝦仁叉燒滑蛋飯太好吃了😋我是不愛叉燒的人,但呢個叉燒一點都不會過甜太膩🍤蝦仁也大顆飽滿緊實 滑蛋就更不用説了🥚最驚喜的是米飯是粒粒分明的長條米🌾🍚吃佐大半碗!
