To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近試了一款免治牛肉蛋治，味道真是令人驚艷！首先，免治牛肉的質感非常細膩，調味恰到好處，帶有一點點黑胡椒的香氣和淡淡的鹹鮮味，完全不會覺得油膩。牛肉煎得剛剛好，保持了多汁的口感，吃起來很有滿足感。搭配的蛋治部分更是亮點，蛋香濃郁，煎得金黃鬆軟，和牛肉的濃烈風味形成完美平衡。麵包選用的是微脆的吐司，烤過後邊緣帶點焦香，咬下去時那種「喀滋」的聲音特別療癒。整體組合起來，口感層次豐富，既有牛肉的扎实，又有蛋治的柔嫩，再加上吐司的酥脆，真的是一口接一口停不下來。如果再配上一杯熱茶或咖啡，早餐或下午茶的幸福感直接爆棚！唯一的建議是，如果醬汁能再多一點變化，比如加點酸甜的番茄醬或微辣的醬料，可能會更添風味。不過即使現在這樣，已經是個很棒的享受了。推薦給愛好簡單卻美味餐點的朋友們，下次有機會一定要試試！

蝦仁叉燒滑蛋飯太好吃了😋我是不愛叉燒的人，但呢個叉燒一點都不會過甜太膩🍤蝦仁也大顆飽滿緊實 滑蛋就更不用説了🥚最驚喜的是米飯是粒粒分明的長條米🌾🍚吃佐大半碗！

好彩假日來都唔係等左好耐十五分鐘左右就有位抄蛋好出色好滑 蛋味就小左d奶茶就一般 叫左小甜但都仲係好甜至於炒飯呢都好味啦，不過冇比預期中咁驚喜座位都算坐得舒服嘅，同埋自助落單都好方便

早排要喺附近開會預早咗啲時間食個早餐先費事開開吓會個肚打鼓🥁🙈未係最忙碌嘅時間 所以唔係好多客人一坐低已經派過QR code俾你自助落單於是叫咗佢哋嘅早餐A：特濃蕃茄湯 午餐肉粒 通粉👍配 鮮牛油多士 +4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋 $46食物都好快上枱！茶記果然係茶記尤其係附近咁多寫字樓，果然訓練有素！午餐肉粒六面都煎得好香脆 不過就只係微溫 明顯係預早煮定左 呢個有少少失望蕃茄湯通粉湯底就好濃郁嘅🍅🍅🍅另外通粉都唔會碌到好淋！喜歡奶茶、牛油多士、滑蛋全部正常操作～P.S. 上嚟先見到呢度嘅服務咁《出名》當日用餐嘅時候冇特別多服務，但又未至於差~neutral 啦～🖥️佢哋QR code個落單System怪怪地飲品冇得喺個set度叫要出返去就咁叫飲品 然後佢幫你扣咗飲品杯價錢😉🍜早餐做到11:30am~
