To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六難得早起,還要去到尖沙咀,老公帶我去食這間人氣冰室,聽說灣仔店長期要排隊,而尖沙咀店平日的午餐時間亦有二三十人等候,我們今天由於時間尚早,完全不用等啊!望望手錶,11:15,竟然仍可以點早餐,原來早餐供應至11:30,真是難得!我們點了早餐B及D兩個餐都附上牛油麥包多士,4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋,配麥包確實少見,我挺喜歡的👍🏻,而且標明是使用日本蛋,確是與一般茶記的蛋不同,較香滑。鮮忌廉雞湯鮑魚火腿絲通粉味道也不錯,用上有紋通粉,口感不俗。沙嗲牛肉公仔麵汁料味道適中,牛肉質素也不錯
