To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午茶時份到達,剛好有位。食客快來快去,即使吃飯的也是15-20分鐘左右離開餐廳,需要搭枱。新開的關係,店內整齊清潔,卡位闊落。多士 - 為半片厚麥皮麵包,食完整個餐也不會太滯。多士沒切邊,且個人認為白麵包跟炒蛋較為相配。炒蛋 - 應該也是近年興起加了牛奶的蛋,蛋漿份量剛好,整體不算太油膩。火腿鮑片通粉 - 普普通通,不過不失。奶茶 - 熱的合格,奶和茶比例剛好,但不夠濃滑。冰的偏甜。
