麵包竟然用上麥包,烘得脆脆的,與滑蛋一起吃味道很夾。

今晚突然好想食好滑既炒蛋,所以上網睇下邊到有得食!見到呢間冰室D人話佢既炒蛋幾好味,於是就同友人去試下!由於係平日晚上,所以餐廳都不算多人,但係....我地被安排係比較窄既2人枱,隔離都坐左兩個客人,好迫!眼見之後入黎既2人可以安排去4人枱,感覺不太好!而且餐廳冷氣唔夠,好熱!原本諗住黎試佢既叉燒滑蛋飯,點知原來夜晚係好似冇得食既....咁入到黎又冇可能即刻走,於是就叫左牛肉蝦仁日本滑蛋飯同埋旺記雜扒飯!牛肉蝦仁日本滑蛋飯,日本滑蛋係好滑既,蝦仁都好彈牙,呢個飯係用豉油做醬汁,還有蔥粒,不過味道好啖口!旺記雜扒飯,當中有豬扒、雞扒同滑蛋,反而呢個飯係用洋蔥汁,所以感覺味道較濃少少,雞扒同豬扒各一塊,兩者都較乾身,不過蛋都係好滑既!總括黎講應該唔會再去,因為沒有想像中好食,同埋枱與枱之間較為狹窄,坐得不舒適。

以前次次黎都一定食呢度嘅滑蛋飯,呢度嘅滑蛋飯真係超出名又好好食!尖沙咀終於開咗旺記超開心!之前同朋友食嗰陣佢就食番茄午餐肉通粉+奶油豬,佢話好好食,今次等我試吓先!今次幾好彩假日中午嚟唔使排隊,我哋入咗之後就要排😂我嗌左蕃茄午餐肉粒通粉再+$5轉多士做奶油豬,男朋友就繼續食呢個滑蛋飯。奶油豬真係超好食!外脆內軟,仲要熱辣辣!配上牛油同埋煉奶,正!滑蛋就一如以往滑身有蛋味。重點係午餐肉,佢係一粒粒唔會太簿身,所以食落有口感。而且佢有煎過,所以外層係好香脆!最令我驚訝係通粉同一般嘅茶餐廳唔同,啲通粉係爽身唔腍嘅!一般茶餐廳嗰啲通常都係好軟而且黐埋一舊舊,呢度嘅通粉真係唔錯。個湯底係濃郁嘅蕃茄汁,仲見到啲新鮮蕃茄添。除咗滑蛋飯之外,今次發現咗原來其他嘢都唔錯,呢個特濃番茄湯午餐肉粒通粉餐值得一試,可以輪着食啦!

外脆內軟,仲要熱辣辣!配上牛油同埋煉奶,正!滑蛋就一如以往滑身有蛋味。

重點係午餐肉,佢係一粒粒唔會太簿身,所以食落有口感。而且佢有煎過,所以外層係好香脆!最令我驚訝係通粉同一般嘅茶餐廳唔同,啲通粉係爽身唔腍嘅!一般茶餐廳嗰啲通常都係好軟而且黐埋一舊舊,呢度嘅通粉真係唔錯。
個湯底係濃郁嘅蕃茄汁,仲見到啲新鮮蕃茄添。

同事話去買外賣,推介食旺記冰室無乜所謂所以決定一試本身都無咩expectation食完第一啖就停唔到😍因為真係好好味!係我食過最好食既滑蛋叉燒飯😍滑蛋超正,好香好滑,但又唔會感覺好生!叉燒好淋好夠味連埋小小豉油,成個飯已經無得頂!一定會再食呀!

突然間好想食滑蛋蝦仁飯,於是同朋友去咗一間新開無耐嘅茶餐廳試。雖然呢間茶餐廳位於尖沙咀,但係價錢非常知抵食,一大碟滑蛋蝦仁牛肉雙拼飯都係$60左右,加埋佢嘅秘製豉油汁,真係好好食。可惜嘅就係六點後冇滑蛋叉燒,決定下次再試吓佢個午市!
