之前喺灣仔旺記食過已經覺得好好食,後來先知原來尖沙咀都開咗,有日經過就去左食啦。 Lunch 好多人排隊等咗15分鐘先入到去同同事各叫咗叉燒炒蛋同蝦仁炒蛋飯豉油偏甜,叉燒炒蛋炒得好靚,好快成碟飯扒哂。蝦仁夠味爽口,不過自己都係鐘意叉燒多啲。

有冇睇錯呢,其實冇睇咗, 因為旺記冰室,建立於尖沙咀內其門面看起來,雖有冰室之名,但沒傳統冰室的 韻味今日只是食早餐,早餐的種類,都是這幾款沒特別吸引很好舖內的裝修,不會採用一些奢華的裝修頭盤先來一個4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋及鮮牛油麥包多士,炒蛋保持蛋味濃醇香滑,麥包麥味濃碎但這個通粉嘅就味道平平,通粉比較硬不夠彈牙最後這杯凍咖啡,用上現時外界採用的鋼杯,欠缺了冰室的品味整體來說,只是一間普通的茶餐廳,只想用上了冰室的名字

一上檯就嚇一跳,鼓油多到似湯撈飯,雖則D豉油係甜既,但都未免太重手掛

雖說係採用日本蛋,但又食唔出有咩特別
牛肉都係普普通通,反而隻蝦有驚喜,鮮甜彈牙,不過份量就小左D。

聽同事講旺記冰室既滑蛋飯勁好食!佢成日都話一定要去試今日lunch終於都行左過黎一入到餐廳勁多人,同一般香港茶記一樣,坐得都比較親密😂眼見隔離台個個都叫滑蛋飯而我係一心黎食個滑蛋叉燒飯,職員話賣晒叉燒咁就唯有試滑蛋蝦仁飯一睇就見到個蛋滑到不得了最夾係佢個甜鼓油!送飯一流唔知係得太餓定知個飯實在太好味用左15分鐘就鯨吞左個飯!!好少茶記用日本蛋,可能因為咁特別香滑,而且仲唔油膩,唔怪得我同事成日都黎食滑蛋飯😂

最夾係佢個甜鼓油!送飯一流
唔知係得太餓定知個飯實在太好味
用左15分鐘就鯨吞左個飯!!
好少茶記用日本蛋,可能因為咁特別香滑,而且仲唔油膩,唔怪得我同事成日都黎食滑蛋飯😂

之前去灣仔店諗住試下個滑蛋叉燒飯 但入座時話飯已經賣曬🤧🤧唯有試左其他下午茶餐今日喺尖沙咀做野 所以就去尖沙咀分店試下個飯(死心不息..😂😂) 2:30去到排左10分鐘左右 眼見幾乎全部食客都係食緊滑蛋叉燒飯 令我更期待🤤,坦白講 個飯完全係名過於實...個人黎講都幾失望下...d飯太濕...有d一pat pat既感覺 滑蛋有微微蛋香 不過不失 叉燒係瘦叉多(我個人鐘意食瘦叉)但比較乾身 亦唔係特別香 整體黎請真係食名氣以後唔會特登去食了

熟悉呢間冰室嘅人都知係其他地區都有分店,包括左係東區。平時東區返工,如果想食早餐,都有機會食到因為唔算多人。但如果lunch想食,一就早d去,一就起碼1點半之後,所以真係冇辦法食到🤷🏻‍♂️得知尖沙咀有開新分店,所以趁星期六就試下。平時係呢間食開常餐嘅我,其實已經知佢嘅蛋真係唔錯,今次就試下佢嘅叉燒蛋飯。叉燒其實同蛋真係幾夾,整體來講,佢用嘅蛋煮起來比起出面嘅確實係滑d,而所用嘅叉燒唔係用肥叉,啱晒我(鐘意肥叉嘅可能會失望 haha),再配上甜豉油,入口更加惹味,呢個必定係旺記嘅不二之選。

上次食完個叉燒滑蛋飯 決定再encore.. 一坐落二話不說就再叫番叉燒滑蛋飯,點知店員同我講叉燒冇曬,好失望 專程行過嚟食唔到,店員就同我講滑蛋牛肉飯都好正叫我試下,好啦都一場嚟到就聽下佢講,um....not bad 真係幾好食喎牛肉好滑一啲都唔會好"鞋" 同滑蛋都好配合,果然係唔錯嘅介紹,下次又可以多一款選擇啦
