To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 旺記冰室開到周圍都有lu,尖沙咀有一間試下。主打得一味!就係日本滑蛋料理,基本上可以選擇配滑牛🥩、蝦仁🍤,或者兩樣一齊上😂。餐廳選擇專一,係保持味道品質的一大手法,貪心咩都放入菜單,反而好難保證味道。靚日本抄半熟滑蛋,配上滑牛肉鮮嫩多汁、爽彈蝦仁,再倒入日本豉油撈飯。半熟滑蛋,基本上定要選擇新鮮日本靚蛋,因為日本蛋出名冼得乾淨、消毒好、可以生吃,而且蛋味重、顏色也偏深。一大碟好快就清哂🤗食過返尋味!
