To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 特登去試佢個滑蛋_ _飯,去到看menu原來佢有滑蛋牛肉飯,滑蛋蝦仁飯,仲滑蛋雙拼飯見到有雙拼(有齊牛肉,同蝦仁),一次過滿足哂兩個願望,即order而同行fd子叫左雜扒奄列飯!我個飯相當美味,牛肉夠淋,蝦仁夠爽,滑蛋夠滑,不過個精粹其實係個豉油汁度,d豉油溝埋蛋汁滲入d飯,個飯既味道無得輸另一方面,起初覺得fd子個飯好普通,但fd子食左大為稱讃,俾我淺嚐一兩啖,我亦有同感,尤其塊雞扒甚為出色,味道很好
