星期六2:30pm似係非繁忙時間,食客唔算多,飲茶食點心的確幾理想,名館地方都算大,裝修幾有特色,場內播放西方歌曲,似乎想擺脫傳統中式酒樓格調,呢度座位之間寬闊,不過兩人位就冇地方放袋,感覺有啲麻煩,不過侍應都好好,比一張凳我地放袋。名館嘅價錢都幾貴,食物嘅碟頭都幾細,不過一分錢一分貨,做出嚟嘅食物質素相當好,而且好多點心嘅做法都相當特別,係出面一般酒樓食唔到嘅,加上有半價優惠,一試無妨,至於侍應服務,尚算不錯,添茶和收碟都好殷勤。

朋友介紹名館食飯,大讚燉湯好正,星期日去完PMQ上完cooking class, 就約定屋企人一齊試試。首先點了一壺湯,近排轉天氣瞓得唔係太好,所以試一試鷓鴣燉湯。湯望落去好清,入口味濃,正。得意係用功夫茶杯飲,每人大約4-5小杯。鮮蝦金魚餃,樣子精緻,蝦肉彈口,感覺不肥膩。 特選三精品海蜇微酸微辣微麻,很開胃拍青口都很爽口叉燒半肥瘦,大大舊水蜜桃咕嚕肉 跟菠蘿的味道有點不一樣,水蜜桃較甜,菠蘿帶酸,家人讚水蜜桃勝一酬,我就認為菠蘿口味更清新。整體味道不錯翡翠淮山炒素遼參素遼參其實是蒟蒻,幾可亂真,口感不錯,鑊氣十足。甜品食詐糊賣相很有創意,啫喱是我最愛的蜜瓜口味,加上微甜椰汁糕,不錯。整體感覺不錯,適合一家人開飯。

職員姐姐推薦我地食水煮魚,只不過我同佢地都唔太食辣 怕太刺激所以叫左酸菜魚


好快於黎左前菜同點心,前菜有海蜇頭,叉燒同涼拌青瓜,叉燒非常鬆化,有驚喜!點心叫左天鵝酥,有三隻,脆卜卜入面係紫薯蓉,甜甜地女仔一定鐘意。

嚟之前都有留意過佢哋款招牌甜品「十三么」,難得可以叫「詐糊」(半份),心癢癢又想試吓。賣相又真喺幾抵死嘅,像真度十足,其實喺乜?擰轉背就知,就喺椰汁桂花糕,不過,口感都OK,但椰汁味未夠濃郁,而桂花糕因佔糕底少部份,所以,桂花哋亦唔算好出,個人俾分只會打個合格而已。
