love the food here, especially the old hong Kong style of pushing carts with yummy dim sum to your table. no need pencil and paper to order, which personally i think it's great - saves paper and promotes more jobs to people. only downside is that the same carts with same food will keep on going around in circles. will need to wait for a while until next sets of carts with different food comes to your table.

因為本人係超中意食海鮮,所以見到今期美心皇宮有一系列大閘蟹菜式就俾佢吸引左入去。本身預左好貴埋單,點知見到個只要用恆生信用卡滿三百蚊送一碟貴妃蝦球再有折嘅優惠,所以最後兩個人食到好飽都係四百蚊埋單,好滿足。講下我地叫個三碟餸先。我地叫左個花雕蛋黃大閘蟹,蟹粉蝦豆腐同送嘅貴妃蝦球,再加兩碗白飯。蟹比餐牌嘅相細啲,同埋我以為有好多蟹膏加咸蛋黃嘅味重啲,點知花雕味最重,本身唸住啲汁可以撈飯,但酒味太嗆。不過,食到入面蟹肉同蟹膏其實好鮮甜,如果唔中意太重酒味,可以撥走啲汁,但就冇左個意義,不如自己買隻大閘蟹蒸好過。不過二百蚊兩隻大閘蟹其實好抵食。之後個兩碟比期望更好食。蟹粉蝦豆腐撈飯一流,豆腐好滑,蝦好彈牙,個味道好香。而另一碟貴妃蝦球好有驚喜,蝦球好大粒,總共有六粒,食落去係脆,好似炸咁,但冇炸粉,再加埋啲沙律醬,好清新,不過食到第二粒有啲濟,但真係好好食。整體黎講,我都好滿意呢個海鮮餐,雖然個蟹唔係想像嘅味道,但其他野我都已經好滿足。

老豆節一定難搵位、錯呀。今曰5:30打個去book7:00, 有位喎。準時去到上樓上2樓、都唔滿,有大枱細枱,7成客満,但去到只能選套餐或指定餸菜,不過大時大節一定係咁㗎啦,老豆唔食得海鮮,所以都係散叫。小食燒腩仔:皮脆但極多肥肉、一般;荷葉飯:夠荷葉味、材料味道都恰到好處;素菜盆:一如往常、不過不失,呢個係我在美心成曰叫的、貪佢清清淡淡,又多蔬菜;鮑魚炆雞:鮑魚細細粒,好似有4粒仔、雞同乾葱最多、味道可以;砂碢龍躉扒,接近200元的一塊扒、加d燒肉豆腐咁囉、蠔油味道,都係一般啦(叫一條魚抵食d);栗米班塊、差小小咸味,扒細細塊有6件,啱啱好一人一件。最後一個花膠杏汁豬肺湯,每人有碗半左右,味道濃郁,湯渣足料。最後來了2⃣️個男仕甜品:芒果布甸及紅豆沙,正常。我地坐角落頭位,成地垃圾,清潔姐姐偷懶。

美心中菜一直保持水準,沒有令人失望,今次的晚餐十分豐富,大家食得十分滋味。油浸籃鱈魚與友人都喜歡吃海鮮, 魚類就只喜歡吃質素好的, 頗為咀刁, 這一條油浸的鱈魚, 常在飲宴中出現, 卻不容易拿捏火喉, 有超過一半機會都會浸得過火了, 可能怕不熟客人吃了肚痛, 後果更嚴重吧, 而這裡大廚火喉卻控制得好, 魚肉是剛剛好熟和離骨, 肉質超級滑嫩有點魚香, 又不會腥, 吃出鮮味, 加上有點甜的蒸魚豉油, 口感一流!鮮蟲草花娃娃菜眾多菜式之中, 以這款最為清淡, 滾至奶白色的鮮魚湯, 只帶有淡淡魚香, 調味很輕或無, 再加入娃娃菜、蟲草花煮, 亦未有多少提升到湯底的味道, 對於我來說, 會接受較為清淡的蔬菜菜式, 作為清一清其他菜式的油膩感, 但對於慣吃濃味的朋友來說, 會覺得太清淡。鯉魚鮮奶凍弄成鯉魚形狀的芒果布甸甚為有趣, 樣子栩栩如生, 底下放了花奶, 作為鯉魚的池水。芒果現在當造期, 令我對這甜品很有期望, 本想破戒大吃一頓芒果, 可惜的是芒果不夠多, 不太吸引人吃下去, 而布甸或許因為要有造形, 而帶一點實淨感, 不夠幼滑。

鮮蟲草花娃娃菜
眾多菜式之中, 以這款最為清淡, 滾至奶白色的鮮魚湯, 只帶有淡淡魚香, 調味很輕或無, 再加入娃娃菜、蟲草花煮, 亦未有多少提升到湯底的味道, 對於我來說, 會接受較為清淡的蔬菜菜式, 作為清一清其他菜式的油膩感, 但對於慣吃濃味的朋友來說, 會覺得太清淡。

聽聞美心集團旗下酒樓做緊老點心的推廣,推出了一系列的老式點心。對於中國文化情有獨鐘的,當然希望試試。我們遙距取票等位,仍然等了約一小時才能入座。老點心的款式的確是多款,而且每款都有文字解說,這點心紙很貼心。先來的是做好不用蒸的鮮奶撻。顏色比蛋撻淡,Size是以前的大隻size。可能後生一輩都未必知道以前很多地方的蛋撻的size。現在已經變成了細了一個碼,甚至變成迷你版。鮮奶撻很滑,皮酥而香。咬下去幾乎爆開來的化學作用令人欲罷不能。整個撻的外圍是焗得很香脆的,但又看不到燶丁位,著實值得一讚。鮮奶打成的顏色均勻,味道不算濃,但卻很香甜。與一般瘋狂落沙糖至"死甜"的那種甜味不到,是一種鮮奶香+甜。之後來的是貌似鮮蝦粉果的米皮白水角。賣相一般,而且蒸爛了,比較可惜。內裡有荀粒,馬蹄及豬肉混合而成,口感爽口,皮薄而煙靭應該是最大賣點。本來想叫失傳豬油包,但豬油畢竟被標為不健康的,友人就提議這個白滑賣(或者叫白賣)。材料可能同鯪魚球接近,但白皮代替黃皮,魚肉代替豬肉的"燒賣",咬口勁彈滑,白皮竟然發揮一種"集中"的作用。之後不是老點的綿花雞。美心酒樓的綿花一向奇多,而且十分實淨。吸了雞油的綿花雖然

之後不是老點的綿花雞。美心酒樓的綿花一向奇多,而且十分實淨。吸了雞油的綿花雖然較油,但很好食。雞肉則已全熟,有點肉地,中規中矩。

最後叫了一個蟹肉伊麵。

個芡汁一流,蟹肉勁多,伊麵也十分之滑。難得是這碗份量絕對不少的伊麵,賣價不過$38。

服務就一般般,隔離商場同系的八月好好多。可能真係太多客人,太少伙記,所以做唔切。
