Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老豆節一定難搵位、錯呀。今曰5:30打個去book7:00, 有位喎。準時去到上樓上2樓、都唔滿,有大枱細枱,7成客満,但去到只能選套餐或指定餸菜,不過大時大節一定係咁㗎啦,老豆唔食得海鮮,所以都係散叫。小食燒腩仔:皮脆但極多肥肉、一般;荷葉飯:夠荷葉味、材料味道都恰到好處;素菜盆:一如往常、不過不失,呢個係我在美心成曰叫的、貪佢清清淡淡,又多蔬菜;鮑魚炆雞:鮑魚細細粒,好似有4粒仔、雞同乾葱最多、味道可以;砂碢龍躉扒,接近200元的一塊扒、加d燒肉豆腐咁囉、蠔油味道,都係一般啦(叫一條魚抵食d);栗米班塊、差小小咸味,扒細細塊有6件,啱啱好一人一件。最後一個花膠杏汁豬肺湯,每人有碗半左右,味道濃郁,湯渣足料。最後來了2⃣️個男仕甜品:芒果布甸及紅豆沙,正常。我地坐角落頭位,成地垃圾,清潔姐姐偷懶。
