Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為本人係超中意食海鮮,所以見到今期美心皇宮有一系列大閘蟹菜式就俾佢吸引左入去。本身預左好貴埋單,點知見到個只要用恆生信用卡滿三百蚊送一碟貴妃蝦球再有折嘅優惠,所以最後兩個人食到好飽都係四百蚊埋單,好滿足。講下我地叫個三碟餸先。我地叫左個花雕蛋黃大閘蟹,蟹粉蝦豆腐同送嘅貴妃蝦球,再加兩碗白飯。蟹比餐牌嘅相細啲,同埋我以為有好多蟹膏加咸蛋黃嘅味重啲,點知花雕味最重,本身唸住啲汁可以撈飯,但酒味太嗆。不過,食到入面蟹肉同蟹膏其實好鮮甜,如果唔中意太重酒味,可以撥走啲汁,但就冇左個意義,不如自己買隻大閘蟹蒸好過。不過二百蚊兩隻大閘蟹其實好抵食。之後個兩碟比期望更好食。蟹粉蝦豆腐撈飯一流,豆腐好滑,蝦好彈牙,個味道好香。而另一碟貴妃蝦球好有驚喜,蝦球好大粒,總共有六粒,食落去係脆,好似炸咁,但冇炸粉,再加埋啲沙律醬,好清新,不過食到第二粒有啲濟,但真係好好食。整體黎講,我都好滿意呢個海鮮餐,雖然個蟹唔係想像嘅味道,但其他野我都已經好滿足。
