今日去開旺角交收,朋友便介紹打下邊爐喇,聽說鮮入圍煮花膠雞湯好正,好啱女士進食,骨膠原豐富又可美白。這兒佈置好地道,記得兒時有個叫九龍皇帝成日喺牆上寫毛筆字,哈哈,覺得自己年輕咗呢!火鍋醬料人頭計每人$10坐下就不考慮其他湯鍋了,其實係有好多款湯鍋嘅!掛住花膠雞湯。😂我哋當然選花膠雞湯(小)$268濃濃郁郁湯鍋,侍應生在你面前剪開半隻雞好細心,半只雞兩個人食都好多肉呀!湯滾起散發出隆隆骨膠原味,好濃郁而且係好多花膠呀!每人都可以食4件花膠呢!軟綿綿入口熱騰騰,飲了一碗湯先打邊爐。哈哈!西班牙豬腩片$78圓碌碌白雪雪,花腩肉均勻,埋相好靚,爽口彈牙。👍金牌牛肉丸$32好香牛肉味,大大粒好爽口!皇帝菜$38當然配合九龍皇帝feel啦,皇帝菜好新鮮好甜。👍韭菜餃$32帶子水餃$48我喜愛食餃子便叫了兩款,韭菜好香,帶子雖然係細細粒,但係裡面有兩粒㗎!😁細支可樂$10好配合這兒地道,係用支裝嘅!特別好飲。 continue reading

記得"鮮入圍煮"的大名之前在Openrice的排行榜上見過不少次, 是日在旺角街頭抬頭偶然看到了它大大個招牌, 就上來試試。裝修很有"九龍皇帝"feel。店員在帶位的時候會連同安心出行的QR code拿到座位讓客人慢慢掃描, 不用擠在門口處理, 比較貼心。調料也很快擺上來, 有趣的是那個鐵水壺, 那麼一大壺, 我們還以為是茶水, 結果是豉油。兩個人選擇了招牌的花膠雞湯(小)。上桌時那湯底, 奶黃奶黃的顏色很濃厚的感覺, 表面還有一層薄薄的膠漿住。湯底煮滾後, 見到雞和花膠的份量都不少, 覺得自己聰明, 知道要先看看份量再點其他肉類。一來就先喝湯和吃花膠雞。湯底一如看到的濃郁, 花膠也很厚身。就是拍個照的時間, 湯面上又已經覆上了一層膠, 這骨膠原滿滿的感覺啊~蟹籽鮮蝦滑, 份量頗多, 蝦味聞起來比吃起來更重, 但可能湯底太濃也有點原因, 豉油什麼的調料根本用不著。年糕夾心魚丸, 對名字想像太多了, 還以為是未吃過的丸丸。爆炸薑汁皮蛋貢丸, 很有新鮮感的搭配, 味道也很令人驚喜, 後來發現應該是振興肉丸的產品, 不錯不錯, 以後可以買回家吃。鮮腐竹, 軟滑。稻庭手打烏冬, 彈牙。唐生菜, 爽脆。結果兩個人根本吃不完, 蝦滑和丸子都只吃了一點點試味而已, 剩下的還能打包出了一盒! 果然應該聽信店員的建議第一輪別喝太多湯了, 易飽。 continue reading

小妹好耐無打過中式邊爐, 於是係旺角行完街之後就上網睇下邊到有得打, 見到附近有間叫鮮入圍煮嘅邊邊好似幾得意咁就過去試下~餐廳環境幾大, 灰色嘅牆身寫滿九龍皇帝風嘅大字, 而另一邊用左以前濕街市賣海鮮同肉嘅怖置, 甚有風味! 🌟芫茜皮蛋湯奶白色嘅湯底有陣陣茜味, 飲落幾鮮甜!🌟水魷🦑口感爽爽脆脆🌟雞脾茹🍄🌟皇帝菜🥬🌟原粒帶子水餃🥟水餃皮薄足餡, 味道鮮甜有咬口, 配少少辣椒醬一齊食幾好味!🌟西班牙豬腩片🐖味道鮮嫩, 豬味濃郁🌟日本蒟蒻麵🍜食落口感爽脆幾吸湯, 兩個人share一份岩岩好! continue reading

今日同朋友行旺角,心思思又想打邊爐,見到「鮮入圍煮」個名咁特別,一於去試吓。呢度嘅裝修走傳統港式風格,似大排檔,有本土特色。濃厚原隻雞煲花膠湯(小) $268我哋叫咗個雞煲花膠湯底,湯底極度濃郁,非常鮮味,而且份量好多,真材實料,淨係食雞件同埋花膠都飽咗一半。爽口花膠雲吞( $48 /四粒)雲吞皮薄餡靚,非常新鮮, $48 四粒都抵食。花膠蟹粉蝦餃王( $28 /一隻)$28一粒嘅蝦餃王是重量級,大大隻鮮蝦,仲有金黃色嘅蟹粉,鮮甜彈牙,果然名不虛傳。花膠墨魚丸( $88 /半打)新鮮手打嘅花膠墨魚丸色澤潔白,口感富有彈性,打邊爐一流。牛骨汁濃湯牛丸(爆汁) ( $48 /半打) 稻庭手打烏冬( $28 )油麥菜( $32 )雞髀菇( $32 )完全冇諗過份量咁多,喜出望外。可口可樂 ($10)樽裝可口可樂,夠晒風味,正! continue reading
