現在開始秋涼,本來就愛食火鍋的我,來到旺角,選擇了食火鍋。這間位於旺角最旺地段的鮮入圍煮,招牌份外顯眼,所以就被吸引住了。餐廳裝修帶有街市懷舊式,枱與枱之間都較為寛敝。湯底都有多款選擇,有鴛鴦湯、粟米湯 、沙嗲湯、濃厚原隻雞煲花膠湯、連藥膳湯川芎白芷魚頭湯都有…… ,有十多款呢。濃厚原隻雞煲花膠湯小$268濃厚原隻雞煲花膠湯,上枱后,侍應再將雞用剪剪開大大件的,見到內有半隻雞,份量十足,花膠也是大大件,整個湯底帶奶白色,入口感覺湯底真是非常的濃厚,第一次飲到這麼濃厚的湯底,雞湯非常濃郁,我們差不多將雞湯飲完才開始食火鍋。脆肉骨腩$78 脆肉骨腩份量都較多,脆肉腩很爽口又油香。白柏葉$48平時食的牛柏葉越滾得耐就越縮水,但這個白栢葉倒不會覺得有這個現象, 況且也是很爽口。新鮮淮山$35鮮淮山不是很綿的那一款,鮮淮山帶有少少爽口,吸收湯底,很美味。稻庭手打烏冬$28 很愛食稻庭烏冬,吸收濃濃的湯底 ,煙煙韌韌, 好味!可樂覺得食火鍋,配可樂非常般配,都有一段時間沒有食火鍋了,今餐食得夠 滋味的。 continue reading

天氣開始轉涼,便有吃火鍋的衝動,立刻相約好友,在旺角鬧市中搜尋到這地道火鍋,鮮入圍煮!地方寬敞,坐得舒適,先自行調配醬料,就準備開始火鍋之旅。餐廳別出心裁,把街市元素跟火鍋混合起來,可以選擇新鮮海鮮,即叫即食,十分有心思。湯底來了,選了小的原隻雞煲花膠湯。眼看已經知到湯底有夠濃郁,真材實料,原隻鮮雞加大大隻花膠。有專人幫助剪雞,食得方便。由於湯底太濃郁,未開始已經忍不住喝了兩碗。配料方面點了西班牙豬楠片,新鮮切起,嫩口又有肉味,配上這湯底簡直一流。還有芝士流心牛丸,看似跟普通牛丸一樣。原來滿滿芝士整裝待發,一咬驚人,很有驚喜。響鈴當然不能缺少,尤其配上這滋補雞湯,把精華吸乾再帶入口腔,回味無窮。皇帝菜份量多又新鮮,一解火鍋油膩。 continue reading

呢間餐廳嘅裝修好特別,好似自己身處喺魚市場一樣。雖然比你嘅感覺似係魚市場但係環境又大,又乾淨。黎到就當然即刻嗌咗個花膠雞煲湯底先啦,之後再慢慢點其他野都未遲我地2個人所以湯低叫左小就夠,小係半隻雞,職員會親自幫我哋剪雞。食完花膠雞飲埋湯先開始打邊爐。隻雞好滑係雞湯入面煮完,味道好濃厚。花膠好爽好正飲慢小小個湯都會有塊膜喺面證明好足料。食左半隻雞再飲埋湯都已經好飽但係打邊爐點可以唔食肥牛呢。叫左手切安格斯牛肉D雪花好靚,小小肥膏係邊邊食落好林同好香鮮牛肉味另外再叫咗一碟脆肉鯇骨腩真係好爽脆,一啲魚腥味都冇。正呀!而家仲做緊85折好抵食。 continue reading

依家好興打邊爐同埋養生湯底一齊嘆!的確飲完養顏滋補靚湯之後再用個湯底嚟打邊爐,將啲食物吸收精華再將啲食物精華融入湯底,聽到都補啊😻#濃厚原隻雞煲花膠湯 👉🏻黃澄澄嘅湯底,好似將雞嘅精華完全迫左出嚟飲,飲落真係好鮮味!而且湯底幾清,雖然係雞湯但係唔會油淋淋,雞肉亦都非常嫩滑可口。而主角花膠亦都非常吸引,雖然湯底只係價錢二百幾蚊,但係啲花膠都非常之厚實,食得出係真花膠而且仲係貴貴地嗰隻😍真心正!#西班牙豬腩片 👉🏻一片豬腩四種粉紅色😍肉質爽實中夾雜了少少油花香和豬皮嘅彈性,食落完全唔覺得油膩,而且好好味,係高品質嘅豬肉👍#魚籽包心丸 好鍾意一咬落去嗰一陣會爆汁,而且包心丸多彈牙好味😋#豬骨湯貢丸 呢個貢丸堅好食,肉質爽實緊緊糾纏埋一齊,食得出係手打佳作,而且味道層次豐富,除咗有好香豬肉味仲有冬菇味等等,價錢仲好抵, $32已經有半打,推介必食之選! continue reading

話說有次同Honey經過登打士街見到鮮入圍煮大大個招牌,佢就話網上講呢到嘅火鍋好有特色要搵日試吓,終於呢日來臨。訂咗6:00但基於我只係食咗份生果做早餐又忙到無食晏,所以五點幾就上咗去。咁早上到去當然緊係唔使等位啦!第一次嚟到,原來裝修設計以大排檔做主題都幾特別,仲有一邊整到成個街市咁樣,有肉檔同埋海鮮檔。海鮮望落都新鮮生猛,不過肉檔唔見豬肉榮喺檔到表演切肉。由於前一晚先喺屋企煲咗花鮑魚花膠雞湯,所以就無點到呢到出名嘅花膠雞,用咗鴛鴦鍋,要咗沙嗲同埋皮蛋芫荽湯底,火鍋配料就點咗美國A級手切牛肉、牛胸油、桶蠔、水魷、鵝腸同埋雲吞水餃。牛胸油真係堅正,一隻牛嘅牛胸油大約只能整到兩至三碟,所以如果晏少少嚟都可能無得食。今次食嘅鵝腸同以往我食嘅鵝腸感覺有少少唔同,其實我食鵝腸嘅經驗都唔係好多,都係食過四、五次左右,但今次感覺個味道好好味,唔知係咪點咗多肥嘅鵝腸有關,如果鍾意食鵝腸嘅人,有機會都試吓點多肥嘅鵝腸。其他配料都無咩特別。埋單$1038@2人🔵 continue reading
