現在開始秋涼,本來就愛食火鍋的我,來到旺角,選擇了食火鍋。這間位於旺角最旺地段的鮮入圍煮,招牌份外顯眼,所以就被吸引住了。餐廳裝修帶有街市懷舊式,枱與枱之間都較為寛敝。湯底都有多款選擇,有鴛鴦湯、粟米湯 、沙嗲湯、濃厚原隻雞煲花膠湯、連藥膳湯川芎白芷魚頭湯都有…… ,有十多款呢。濃厚原隻雞煲花膠湯小$268濃厚原隻雞煲花膠湯,上枱后,侍應再將雞用剪剪開大大件的,見到內有半隻雞,份量十足,花膠也是大大件,整個湯底帶奶白色,入口感覺湯底真是非常的濃厚,第一次飲到這麼濃厚的湯底,雞湯非常濃郁,我們差不多將雞湯飲完才開始食火鍋。脆肉骨腩$78 脆肉骨腩份量都較多,脆肉腩很爽口又油香。白柏葉$48平時食的牛柏葉越滾得耐就越縮水,但這個白栢葉倒不會覺得有這個現象, 況且也是很爽口。新鮮淮山$35鮮淮山不是很綿的那一款,鮮淮山帶有少少爽口,吸收湯底,很美味。稻庭手打烏冬$28 很愛食稻庭烏冬,吸收濃濃的湯底 ,煙煙韌韌, 好味!可樂覺得食火鍋,配可樂非常般配,都有一段時間沒有食火鍋了,今餐食得夠 滋味的。 continue reading

其實每次經過登打士街都比"鮮入圍煮"大招牌吸引, 今晚落毛毛雨, 涼返少少, 就同屋企人去打邊爐暖下胃。餐廳內面積不大, 但每檯之間都幾闊落, 裝修樸素, 其中一面放了海鮮, 佈排很有街市style湯底方面, 有雞煲同埋普通款式湯底選擇, 但今晚還是想食返清清地, 揀左【粟米濃湯】HK$78湯底中有栗米粒, 整體味道好似飲緊酒樓既粟米魚肚羹, 夠哂清甜。【牛胸白肉】HK$138質地超爽嫩滑, 充滿油花, 牛脂豐富【西班牙豬腩片】HK$58味道好有驚喜, 一致覺得呢款仲好食過牛, 非常嫩口。肥瘦平均, 但不會有種油膩感, 反而有淡淡豚肉香, 推介!!【爽口花膠雲吞】HK$48似乎是即包, 不是長期的雪藏貨, 雲吞中釀滿粉嫩鮮甜豬肉, 不過就食唔出/睇唔出有花膠。【蟹子墨汁墨魚滑】HK$88蟹籽份量太少, 其實唔太食得出加左蟹籽既口感, 不過墨魚滑中加入左墨魚幼粒, 食落總算有層次, 同埋墨汁香味幾出, 整體質地偏林, 不是彈牙口感。【蝦子麵】HK$12打邊爐通常食開出前一丁/烏冬, 但原來配蝦子麵, 味道又幾正, 幼麵質地易索湯, 今次揀左個清甜湯底, 襯托到個蝦子麵清清地味道。 Order 支支裝汽水 HK$10 continue reading

經常在旺角逛街,都會看到這裏大大個招牌,被其吸引,今晚便專程來到這裏。濃厚原隻雞煲花膠湯$268(細),是這裏的名物,差不多每台都會點這個鍋底,黃金色的雞湯,味道非常濃郁,每喝一口都會覺得好補身。花膠就要滾時間長一點,才可以吃到軟腍的口感。油麥菜$32,放在湯內一會,便可吃到爽脆的口感。西班牙豬腩片$58,豬腩片吸收了湯底的鮮甜味道,甜味更佳。新鮮鵝腸(多肥膏)$88,鵝腸的肥膏味道甘香,不過很容易溶化在熱湯內,所以不要滾太久。 continue reading

餐廳裝修別樹一格,仿效街市大牌檔的環境安排入座後亦有派發膠袋擺放口罩湯底選擇多,試左濃厚原隻雞煲花膠湯揀小煲都有半隻雞!煲咗好耐雞件都好嫩滑而且花膠份量多,咬落有厚度煲起一定要飲碗湯先飲到骨膠原好豐富的口感另外不得不讚加湯並不是加水,而是加湯兩個人打邊爐唔係食到好多不過必點美國A級手切牛肉油脂分佈平均,紅白分明牛肉肉質綿滑嫩口,烚一下就食得生根 娃姓菜貌似普通的蔬菜,不過配上濃厚嘅花膠雞湯擺喺煲入邊煮耐啲吸收晒湯嘅精華而且份量多,性價比高 continue reading

這間火鍋店裝修非常特別,入內仿如置身舊香港,一邊是街市裝潢一邊是九龍皇帝文字牆,更有舊香港水杯及茶壺,大愛!顧客入內需先量度體溫。食材方面新鮮且高質。濃厚原隻雞煲花膠湯:這個細份也有半隻雞及大量花膠,湯底清甜有點糊糊的,是花膠的骨膠原,女士們養顏必吃😋 我也喝了數碗濃湯。手切安格斯牛肉:見到這座牛肉山即時嘩了一聲,打卡之菜,份量這麼大且新鮮嫩紅,牛肉味濃郁脂肪比例平均,完全滿足了我這牛肉控。新鮮豬肉眼根:這款比較少有,肉質偏爽脆,口感頗特別。原粒帶子水餃:內裡真的有數粒原隻帶子仔,是豪華版水餃。 continue reading
