今日去開旺角交收,朋友便介紹打下邊爐喇,聽說鮮入圍煮花膠雞湯好正,好啱女士進食,骨膠原豐富又可美白。這兒佈置好地道,記得兒時有個叫九龍皇帝成日喺牆上寫毛筆字,哈哈,覺得自己年輕咗呢!火鍋醬料人頭計每人$10坐下就不考慮其他湯鍋了,其實係有好多款湯鍋嘅!掛住花膠雞湯。😂我哋當然選花膠雞湯(小)$268濃濃郁郁湯鍋,侍應生在你面前剪開半隻雞好細心,半只雞兩個人食都好多肉呀!湯滾起散發出隆隆骨膠原味,好濃郁而且係好多花膠呀!每人都可以食4件花膠呢!軟綿綿入口熱騰騰,飲了一碗湯先打邊爐。哈哈!西班牙豬腩片$78圓碌碌白雪雪,花腩肉均勻,埋相好靚,爽口彈牙。👍金牌牛肉丸$32好香牛肉味,大大粒好爽口!皇帝菜$38當然配合九龍皇帝feel啦,皇帝菜好新鮮好甜。👍韭菜餃$32帶子水餃$48我喜愛食餃子便叫了兩款,韭菜好香,帶子雖然係細細粒,但係裡面有兩粒㗎!😁細支可樂$10好配合這兒地道,係用支裝嘅!特別好飲。 continue reading

記得"鮮入圍煮"的大名之前在Openrice的排行榜上見過不少次, 是日在旺角街頭抬頭偶然看到了它大大個招牌, 就上來試試。裝修很有"九龍皇帝"feel。店員在帶位的時候會連同安心出行的QR code拿到座位讓客人慢慢掃描, 不用擠在門口處理, 比較貼心。調料也很快擺上來, 有趣的是那個鐵水壺, 那麼一大壺, 我們還以為是茶水, 結果是豉油。兩個人選擇了招牌的花膠雞湯(小)。上桌時那湯底, 奶黃奶黃的顏色很濃厚的感覺, 表面還有一層薄薄的膠漿住。湯底煮滾後, 見到雞和花膠的份量都不少, 覺得自己聰明, 知道要先看看份量再點其他肉類。一來就先喝湯和吃花膠雞。湯底一如看到的濃郁, 花膠也很厚身。就是拍個照的時間, 湯面上又已經覆上了一層膠, 這骨膠原滿滿的感覺啊~蟹籽鮮蝦滑, 份量頗多, 蝦味聞起來比吃起來更重, 但可能湯底太濃也有點原因, 豉油什麼的調料根本用不著。年糕夾心魚丸, 對名字想像太多了, 還以為是未吃過的丸丸。爆炸薑汁皮蛋貢丸, 很有新鮮感的搭配, 味道也很令人驚喜, 後來發現應該是振興肉丸的產品, 不錯不錯, 以後可以買回家吃。鮮腐竹, 軟滑。稻庭手打烏冬, 彈牙。唐生菜, 爽脆。結果兩個人根本吃不完, 蝦滑和丸子都只吃了一點點試味而已, 剩下的還能打包出了一盒! 果然應該聽信店員的建議第一輪別喝太多湯了, 易飽。 continue reading

打邊爐黎講,小編就最鍾意台式或者港式,好處係唔似日式個啲黎黎去去都係幾款魚蛋咁悶😆今日介紹呢間打邊爐裝修比較特別,重現返以前係街市打邊爐嘅場景,尤其係出面揀海鮮個個位😳.🥘湯底 (花膠雞湯) $268花膠雞湯打邊爐咁好食冇人講?🥲小編平時太窮,淨係叫啲最平嘅湯底,不過老闆好推薦花膠雞湯所以就膽粗粗試下😗真係好好食,湯底好濃,又唔會好似沙嗲湯咁油膩😋同埋個湯底超級足料,起碼有七舊花膠同埋半隻雞,所以叫配料嗰陣都要就住黎叫,如果唔係就食唔曬啲嘢😜.🥘火鍋料基本上你想食嘅嘢應該都有齊,食材都幾新鮮🥰小編叫咗手切安格斯牛肉 ($188), 魚皮餃、韭菜餃、油麥菜、炸魚皮 (各$32) 好似嗌咗好少嘢咁,但係兩個人都爭啲飽到食唔曬,可見佢湯底啲料都唔野少🤣好鍾意啲牛肉食落有口感,唔會太薄😝另外餐廳都有幾款好特別嘅餸,例如爆炸薑汁皮蛋貢丸、魚蛋皮小籠包等等,本身都好想嗌但真係食唔落😂.🥘整體雖然價錢絕對唔會好似放題嗰啲咁抵食,但一分錢一分貨,食物質素絕對對得住個價錢🤩淨係個花膠雞湯底,已經一定要encore🥳.🍽味道: 4/5🏙環境: 3/5👨🏼‍🍳服務: 4/5💧衛生: 3.5/5💰價錢: 3/5 continue reading

最近好想食花膠,但自己又懶得整,經朋友介紹話旺角家樂斜對面有一間用花膠雞湯做湯底的火鍋店叫鮮入圍煮很不錯,所以今天和老公去試一下。一坐下來,立即點半隻花膠雞湯。先試一下湯底,湯味濃郁,質感比較濃厚而香滑,清香的雞湯味帶有少許花膠黏口感,味道鮮甜而沒有腥味。先夾一塊雞來吃,雞件大大件,肉質有彈性,沒有雪藏味,吃下去的都是鮮雞味。花膠很厚,咬下去很有質感,而且份量很足,非常之真材實料。如果要在家自己做到同等的質素,HKD268 一定不可以。整個湯的雞和花膠吃完,我感覺開始有點飽,還擔心剛剛點的火鍋配料會吃不下。其他的火鍋配料也不錯,有幾款非常有特色。牛胸油,即是牛的脂肪,薄薄的一片,吃下去一點都不覺得油膩,很爽脆,而且口感獨特,不過這個不能煮太久, 1分鐘左右就可以。芝士流心牛丸,芝士味濃郁,流心香滑,牛丸彈牙,但要煮完要放1分鐘後和慢慢咬下去,否則牛丸內的芝士會爆出來。 continue reading
