FD子話帶我試新野,本身都無咩興趣,但試完之後後悔無早D跟佢黎呀~~~叫左唔算太多野食,但各樣都有水準~平時都好中意食牛仔骨,但唔係間間都好味,大部份都會整得好韌。不過呢間既牛仔骨真係唔錯,一食落口,係可以咬得開,唔會太老太韌,仲要好多肉汁,味道夠濃,真係幾唔錯。平時好少食海鮮,但朋友想食下,就叫左3隻炙燒日本赤蝦試下。燒得唔會太濃,蝦肉亦唔會太干,食落亦有蝦味,不錯不錯!豬頸肉串係食串燒必食的,呢間燒得都好有水準,豬頸肉唔會燒得太干,仲保持到肉汁。沙嗲味好濃,不過唔算太辣,最岩我尼種唔食得辣既人。如果中意食辣既人,可以試下秘製辣汁既串燒,朋友話好好食!本身對雞肉不是太大興趣,但見朋友食完再叫,我就跟埋又叫一串試下。又真係幾好食,雞肉唔會燒得太硬太干,食落口係真係有肉汁係裏面,雞肉串真係好食!最後叫左杯金莎朱古力沙冰作結~以為係金莎朱古力味既沙冰,點知係cream上面真係有粒金莎同朱古力碎,係幾特別。朱古力沙冰唔算太甜,味道岩岩好!

知道秋葵有好多益處,不過有次BBQ燒秋葵燒得唔好食都怕怕。
但今次喜膳燒既海鹽燒秋葵令我知道原來燒秋葵都好好食!
簡簡單單只用海鹽作少少調味,火喉剛剛好,唔會燶,亦都唔會好似我上次BBQ失敗的腥!

寶勒巷的夜晚,充斥著熙來攘往的人們,這裡是第二個蘭桂芳,香港人比較多,所以食肆也相當多串燒餐廳通常都有清酒,如果想去間清吧再吃點東西,這裡會是不錯的選擇這是個十分出色的佐酒前菜, 加了點蛋黃醬的雞泡魚, 口感非常爽脆, 不像外間的煙韌感, 但味道卻絲毫不輸, 像極厚身的點的豬肉紙, 味道極為濃郁, 如果佐以白酒, 比如日式清酒, 坐一整晚都OK!這個叫燒馬來西亞大蜆的,真沒有叫錯,蜆超巨大,足有半隻手掌!蜆肉也算彈牙新鮮,$65有8大隻,算是頗抵吃燒白鱔燒到超級脆!外皮的口感像薯片,入面的魚肉稔身,非常好吃!最有趣的一定是魚肚(最右邊的),有孜然粉的魚肚鬆鬆軟軟的,超juicy 又多汁,又唔似得酒樓咁咁多味精另一款的安格斯牛肉比較軟稔,非常好咬,調味不多牛肩肉肉味香濃,反而調味豐富,口感煙韌,令人十分喜愛玉子燒是最巧功夫的簡單菜色, 這裡做得不算過甜, 口感鬆軟得像蛋糕, 外面有一層薄薄的焦, 吃起來非常好咬, 一流!

最有趣的一定是魚肚(最右邊的),有孜然粉的魚肚鬆鬆軟軟的,超juicy 又多汁,又唔似得酒樓咁咁多味精

另一款的安格斯牛肉比較軟稔,非常好咬,調味不多

牛肩肉肉味香濃,反而調味豐富,口感煙韌,令人十分喜愛

玉子燒是最巧功夫的簡單菜色, 這裡做得不算過甜, 口感鬆軟得像蛋糕, 外面有一層薄薄的焦, 吃起來非常好咬, 一流!

另外我們也點了燒煙肉韮菜卷,鹽燒黑毛豬五花串,燒豬肉串和燒雞肉串。
我特別喜歡相中左二的黑毛豬串,肉質充實飽滿的黑毛豬有著濃郁的豬香,連著彈牙的豬皮及清爽的豬軟骨一起吃,非常特別!

而老公則最喜歡相中右一的雞肉串。雞肉嫩滑多汁,配合自選的沙嗲醬一起燒,合上眼真的以為自己在馬來西亞食緊街頭小食

最後怕老公不夠飽,所以點了個胡麻醬涼拌烏冬配糖心蛋。
糖心蛋表面剛好熟,輕輕一篤已經穿掉。用蛋黃漿撈埋落有菇片,青瓜小條,蛋條,嗚門魚蛋條的稻庭烏冬,睇見都興奮!

最後要特別稱讚侍應哥哥,好細心地見我杯梳打飲完就遞上熱茶,很細心呢
