最近人心惶惶個個都話諗住早啲返屋企見今日好似市面比較平靜就同朋友happy hour 時段諗住搵嘢食諗住那那林食完,都唔好咁夜返屋企啦行到去寶勒巷真係花多眼亂,最後我哋係比一部啤酒幾吸引左入到去餐廳就好似日式居酒屋咁樣啲枱同椅全部都係高高地,感覺好輕鬆而且餐廳人唔算好多所以都比較靜啱晒我哋傾計啦食物主打都係海鮮及肉類串燒點餐之後店員就會好細心用一塊石燒熱板用嚟熱住啲食物,方便我哋慢慢食首先嚟嘅係牛舌,一客有三件店員很細心提醒我們先吃牛舌,放得太耐會過韌。牛舌軟諗,夠嫩滑燒牛仔骨,一客有二件邊位燒得焦香,咬落牛味濃郁。而且食落有肉汁鹽燒大海蝦海蝦足足有手板咁長咁大隻,燒完蝦殼都好香口,肉質彈牙牛油蒜蓉雜菇蒜蓉菇菌加蒜蓉和牛油,牛油融化超香,是居酒屋常見惹味菜!

來到尖沙咀突然想吃日式居酒屋,就來到朋友介紹的喜膳燒,環境真的很像日本居酒屋,像來到日本一樣。燒馬來西亞大蜆蜆好大隻呀!每隻都肉質鮮甜飽滿,單吃已經很好吃。再配上特製甜,酸,辣的泰式醬汁,又是另一種風味我們一次點了兩種牛肉,分別是海鹽燒美國安格斯肉眼串日本霜降和牛串兩種牛肉都燒得剛好,肉質也不錯,我比較喜歡日本和牛,肉質更嫩滑,牛味更濃更香一點點。燒玉子跟一般的玉子燒不一樣,加上蜜糖去燒,口感綿密,更像一道甜品燒蜜糖牛油栗米2件和燒四季豆超甜粟加上牛油再加上蜜糖,燒得香甜的,四季豆也很好吃。芝士響鈴響鈴是我吃火鍋必點的,喜膳燒竟然有,還配上芝士,一定要嚐嚐看。吃下去酥脆可口,還帶著芝士香。燒墨魚丸配沙嗲汁墨魚丸肉質結實,是優質墨魚丸的口感,配上惹味沙嗲汁,好吃。炸美國穀飼雞塊是今天唯一一道不是燒的菜,但炸得絕不馬虎,用吉列的方式,炸到黃金色,很脆口,有配沙律醬,後來我試了沾燒大蜆送的泰式醬,結果更惹味好吃!

炸美國穀飼雞塊
是今天唯一一道不是燒的菜,
但炸得絕不馬虎,
用吉列的方式,
炸到黃金色,
很脆口,
有配沙律醬,
後來我試了沾燒大蜆送的泰式醬,

好朋友生日要同佢補祝,咁就決定要串燒佢再配啤酒聊聊天😁點左好多唔同野食,雞串雞軟骨雞腎豬肉豬頸肉,牛串牛脷,諗到既都點,總體來講所有野都燒得唔差,火候時間都掌控都岩岩好,沒話有咩食物都熟太燶或者有些時間燒太短,個人來講推介佢既牛脷,本身佢既牛脷就成塊比較厚身,變相燒完出來,表層脆身都內裏既牛脷汁仍然鎖住,口落去口感十足,會係食完仲想再食既串物之一,當然本身唔鐘意牛脷既另計,另外我朋友試了店的手工啤,飲落味道都唔錯但我個人就偏好串燒配生啤,冇得輸!

First we got a seafood platter which consisted of scallops and oysters. Both were deliciously cooked with generous dollops of garlic and spring onions heaped on top which provided for some deeply flavorful seafood. Next up we ordered a variety of skewers including ox tongue, wagyu beef cubes, pork belly, beef ribs, lamb chops and egg. These were all absolutely delicious and were pretty much devoured the minute the photos were taken. Special mention goes out to the lamb chops for its juiciness, tenderness and flavor, which we were tempted to order another serving of! After the skewers we got a serving of fried dumplings which, paired with the flavored mayonaise on the side, was just an absolute delight! Finally the main event was served, the baby back ribs. We watched as the chef delicately brushed the barbecue sauce on top and new this would be a treat. Sure enough the moment we sank our teeth in we were literally in heaven. Soft and succulent, every bite was filled with meat juice and barbecue sauce. No one talked for a good 3 minutes as we tore through the entire rack!
