最近尖東開左個新商場K11 musea,就特登去睇下,完左就係尖東附近食野,我同frd想食香口野,所以就去左食串燒。呢間喜膳燒係寶勒巷入面,相當易搵。我地叫左山賊雞翼,一串有3隻,表皮燒得香脆加埋拆左骨,食落更方便,再加埋香料調味,好惹味。雞肉腸同雞軟骨都唔錯,雞軟骨有咬口,而雞肉腸就有BBq既風味,用黎配啤酒一流。主食方面,我地叫左溫泉蛋豬骨湯稻座烏冬,烏冬有靭性同咬口,配埋海草加溫泉蛋,蛋黃融化濃湯入面,好濃郁。食太多肉就叫左菜中和返,我地叫左燒茄子同娃娃菜。娃娃菜用錫紙包住燒,可以鎖住水份,值得推介。最後,我地叫左燒蜆,食落有海水味,大大隻,埋單每人都唔洗200,唔洗自己燒,唔錯。

同朋友喺尖沙咀行街,突然之間好想食燒野,揾下附近有冇串燒店,就揾到呢間喜膳燒。餐廳唔算大,裝到2、30人左右。menu上面好多野食,多到有選擇困難~食左好多野食,特別想highlight幾樣野食~我覺得呢度既調味好好味,有鹹味得黎又唔會過份。勝瓜好好味!!其實我本來都鐘意食勝瓜,不過加埋啲調味同燒過之後真係好正!脆脆地又有啲汁bit出黎呢度既燒海鮮都出色多汁同好香燒帶子好好味,粉絲撈曬啲汁咁食好正唔好睇佢個樣咁搞野,呢個又係好好味,韮菜上既調味料索曬入啲菜度係度食野一定要叫杯野飲,因為好重口味,會口乾~雞翼都好出色~好飽既一餐,叫到成枱都係食物呢間串燒幾好味不過如果服務可以貼心啲就好了Waiter好似比較被動同目無表情,沒有像其他串燒店咁會比水你,問佢要水後都唔會再斟水,覺得這方面可以改善~

不過如果服務可以貼心啲就好了
Waiter好似比較被動同目無表情,
沒有像其他串燒店咁會比水你,
問佢要水後都唔會再斟水,

今晚約了很久沒見的友人飯聚, 她推薦了尖沙咀的串燒店, 本以為這區的食店大多「貴夾唔飽」, 沒想到會是一家高性價比的小店!友人還沒到達先看看餐牌, 串燒有數十款供應, 幸好餐牌上已經分類排好不會花多眼亂, 另外也有小食、主食供應, 可說是一家串燒為主的居酒屋!這裡的串燒會放在熱石上桌, 可長時間保持串燒溫度, 吃慢一點也不會冷卻失去滋味,很棒的設計! 海鮮,燒海鮮,鮮味又好香口。其實店內提供不同海鮮,今次就選擇了馬來西亞大蜆。大蜆真是好大,又新鮮。蜆本身就鮮租,我沒有沾任何醬都食到裡面啖啖甜味。

今天約了許久未見的前同事過來吃串燒,香港真是不容易交際,大家都忙於工作,想一想上次見面,都是去年11月了。朋友一場,當然要約有特色的地方,好好分享美食,分享生活。串燒是一個可以把酒言歡的地方。吃個串燒,配上啤酒🍻你有美食,我有故事。菜單上全是我們愛吃的串燒,一上來就點了好多!牛肚跟雞腎是我的最愛,牛肚很入味,孜然的香味進入到層層的肚絲裡面,配上特製的辣椒🌶️水,入口味道豐富,咬下去脆香肚滑,很有滿足感。燒玉子也超級甜,蛋香軟嫩,外皮烤得小小蕉,裡面還是夠軟,加上雞蛋🥚本身的味道,入口幸福美滿。燒菠蘿🍍也是特色,切得小巧,一口一塊,菠蘿塊外面有一層焦糖,咬下去脆脆的,裡面的菠蘿又很多汁,清爽口感,飯後甜品🍮最佳之選。

菜單上全是我們愛吃的串燒,一上來就點了好多!牛肚跟雞腎是我的最愛,牛肚很入味,孜然的香味進入到層層的肚絲裡面,配上特製的辣椒🌶️水,入口味道豐富,咬下去脆香肚滑,很有滿足感。
燒玉子也超級甜,蛋香軟嫩,外皮烤得小小蕉,裡面還是夠軟,加上雞蛋🥚本身的味道,入口幸福美滿。
