To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中間仲有個小插曲,我哋其實仲叫左個奶油娃娃菜,但上晒其他餸同食到咁上下都無出現就同咗店員反映兩次,佢話幫手跟,但都無消失,點知之後見遲過我哋入座點菜嘅隔離枱嘅同一碟菜都上咗,我哋就叫店員取消咗order埋單無等啦🥲

星期五晚上7:00的訂枱,安排在側邊的一個小範圍房間,裏面有好多張枱,枱之間嘅距離好近,非常非常嘈吵,根本冇可能傾偈,成餐飯嘈到好頭痛。原本諗住切蛋糕最尾拎走個蛋糕再搵餐廳再食過。實在太嘈太辛苦,一個非常不愉快嘅用餐體驗。朋友手錶錄得分貝全晚大約86至90左右。屬於大聲的級別,長期重複暴露在此音量水平可能會損害聽力。

大都烤鴨,之前成日食呢間,今日同屋企人過嚟食飯。烤北京填鴨酒槽鴨肝淮揚灌湯小籠包黑松露小龍包乾煸四季豆奶油蛙娃菜雞絲粉皮巴蜀口水雞生煎包荷香包鴨飯(4位用)富貴蜜汁火方文思豆腐羹海皇酸辣湯黃飛鴻辣子雙脆黃金豆腐蝦🦐烤鴨比起以前失色,皮唔夠脆。豆腐羹幾好食,比較鮮。生煎包爆汁,黑松露小籠包好惹味,四季豆有鑊氣,奶油娃娃菜Creamy。荷香包鴨飯味道唔錯,略嫌唔係用糯米,覺得最好食係個蝦,爽口彈牙。其他嘢都係不過不失。整體感覺比起早一兩年差咗,而且當日一早打電話留咗枱,喺間房入邊,不過由於隔離另外有一枱客人,大聲講野超級騷擾,成餐飯都覺得好影響。未必會再嚟。
