To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次必食片皮鴨和小籠包，今次試咗新嘢➡️牛肉餅😄片皮鴨半隻$298肉質鮮嫩，皮下層肥膏都片走埋，食落感覺無咁膩，好薄好金香🥰包皮厚度適中，夠濕潤又唔乾，配料都好多款式，個醬好味唔會好鹹，加少少砂糖一齊食好夾🤭淮楊小籠包（每粒$16）皮薄，好多湯，有肉汁，熱辣辣好味！香煎牛肉包（每隻$20）包皮外脆内軟，好鐘意呢種口感，牛肉好夠味，第一次食幾有驚喜，下次會再叫😁每次去都會點烏龍茶，好清香，夠味又唔俗，但無茶葉買🥹餐前小食$25花生、青瓜和螺肉都唔錯。
