To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

適逢平安夜,公司秘書拉隊出去午餐食餐勁嘅(簽老細張卡🤣)!一行七人,因為二人一台嘅禁令,包起咗間廳房。一於每台叫個二人餐,再叫半隻「烤北京填鴨」share~=========================揚州午市套餐(兩位用)$338套餐有六道菜,包括前菜、主菜、湯羹、小籠包,同埋麵食。◊ 大都二小碟裏面分別有「烏鎮餚肉」同埋「醬蘿蔔」。「烏鎮餚肉」上層晶瑩剔透,底層夾雜着肉碎,整體較鹹,配上陳醋醒胃。「醬蘿蔔」頗大件,蘿蔔爽口,帶醬油香,亦偏鹹。◊ 糖醋魚塊有七至八件魚塊,配料有菠蘿、青紅椒、洋蔥、椰果(?!😅)相信廚師選用罐頭雜果,糖醋魚塊有椰果嘅配搭幾新穎,但係熱嘅椰果食落有些少奇怪 😅 魚塊炸醬偏厚,加上唔係即整嘅關係;上枱時,已經腍晒 ☹️◊ 西芹百合炒帶子不過不失,百合西芹爽脆,可惜帶子有雪氣味 ☹️◊ 淮揚灌湯小籠包小籠包皮薄、多湯;見到裏面嘅湯汁盪下盪下。◊ 清水雞湯雲吞雲吞有兩粒,皮薄;仲有一件雞,雞件完整,相信係臨整好後加入碗中;碗底有火腿碎,但雞湯冇火腿味,飲完口渴 🙈◊ 蔥油拌麵先將碗底嘅豉油醬汁與手打麵條混和,面頭有爆香嘅蔥段,亦有新鮮蔥花,但因為爆香嘅蔥段爆至燶燶地(相信專登嘅),有苦味,影響整體味道。◊ 烤北京填鴨(半隻)$278烤鴨皮頗脆,脂肪唔多,但肉嘅部份冇醬料味,帶丁點雪氣味;配料特別,除咗京蔥、青瓜之外,仲有哈蜜瓜、紅心蘿蔔,帶嚟清甜味道,食起嚟唔會太油膩。餅皮薄,軟熟易包,可惜數量唔夠,而且唔熱。餸菜上枱時唔熱,最多只係暖,相信唔係即煮。員工有禮貌、有效率,而且地點就腳,可惜餸菜方面唔爭氣。=========================大都烤鴨📍 尖沙咀河內道18號K11購物藝術館2樓221號舖 continue reading

今日係平安夜,聖誕前番工嘅最後一日。今日睇怕都係冇得早走架喇,不過午餐秘書一聲令下我地就全公司出去食個聖誕飯。黎到k11嘅大都烤鴨,門口切片皮鴨嘅廚房用玻璃設計,可以吸引途人睇到師傅切片皮鴨。 我地一行七人因為疫情關係要分開4枱坐,基本上將廳房包起。午餐餐牌都有唔少選擇,有一人餐,幾款二人套餐。我同飯腳同事一枱,就叫左個淮洲午市套餐,總共有6道菜。======================淮洲午市套餐 $298 蠔油蘑菇 估唔到蘑菇做前菜幾清新,凍凍地,蠔油味突出有啲咸,切薄片俾師傅表演刀功 酸魚類似冇乜甜味嘅糖醋魚塊,不過不失,可能預先整好所以冇左炸皮嘅口感 淮湯灌湯小籠包皮薄餡靚,薄皮顯得小籠包精凝通透,將湯汁鎖係包皮裡面 元貝鴨絲羹配料有鴨絲、冬茹絲同荀絲,好重鴨羶味,有口感 咸肉津白咸肉對我黎講比較咸同肥膩,津白啱啱好中和左果種肥膩感大都炒麵店舖命名嘅炒烏冬,其實係豉油皇鴨肉炒烏冬,比較油膩不過味道幾好 大千烤鴨架其實係三杯鴨,個味道同三杯雞好似,不過不失 總括黎講大都烤鴨比較適合一大班人食先試到多啲唔同類型嘅菜式大都烤鴨📍尖沙咀河內道18號K11購物藝術館2樓221號舖 continue reading

專程來食大都烤鴨,其實姐係片皮鴨,都係夾住d 配料+塊薄餅皮食。有得揀全隻定一隻,我們想試多d菜色所以只嗌了半隻。烤鴨用的是白河浦鴨,烤鴨皮夠香脆,脂肪不多,吃起來不會覺得好油膩。覺得餅皮太少了,剩下半份鴨已用完餅乾,應該比多d客人。烤鴨皮和鴨肉,卷上蔥青瓜條和烤鴨醬,好吃!不過我覺得價錢有點貴。小籠包雖然多汁,但每隻一夾就穿,覺得皮太薄了,再多汁也只是浪費。甜品造型跟照片有落差,味道還可以。餐廳服務質素一般,人手唔夠落單又常忘記,有待改善。 continue reading

上次屋企人買烤北京填鴨外賣,凍咗左都仲好食,所以今次預先訂咗左位再食訂位同侍應帶入位時,都無提過用餐時間限制,可以食耐少少。4個人叫咗6個餸,上菜速度幾快,食完一道菜好快上另一道菜。1. 烤北京填鴨 半隻($278) 真係片皮鴨,皮無帶脂肪而且好脆2. 江南松子魚 ($ 298)無諗過份量咁大,$298 呢個份量算幾化算。個醬汁有多菠蘿粒粒 味道酸酸地,唔錯3. 鴨肉未麥包 4位用 ($88)鴨肉碎配8個包,肉碎偏咸,配包食唔錯因為包無味,食剩嘅肉碎好岩送飯。4. 淮揚灌湯小籠包 4件 ($55) 皮好薄而且好多湯5. 四喜烤麩 ($68)6. 清炒西蘭花 ($98)整體黎講,唔錯味道好好價錢合理,有機會可以再黎食 continue reading
