雖然食過嘅北京填鴨唔多,但覺得呢間嘅都不錯,所以今次已經係第2次嚟食啦~ 不過其他小菜感覺都比較普通,賣相好似去咗大排檔🤣🤣 但為左北京填鴨嚟食都可以嘅,同埋星期一至四晚市主餐牌有85折,都算抵食。•🥢 烤北京填鴨(一隻)一隻北京填鴨會開兩碟上枱,所以配料同荷葉餅(包鴨嘅皮)都各有2 sets,配料有紫蘿蔔、哈蜜瓜、青瓜、京蔥、京醬同砂糖,都幾多款!荷葉餅有兩籠,每籠10塊,幾鍾意呢到嘅荷葉餅薄得嚟又好煙韌有咬口,包住鴨同配料食好夾!至於主角鴨就鴨皮同鴨肉會切到分開咗,但可以自己夾返一齊食,鴨唔會好肥,而且肉都多!•🥢 野菌炒鴨絲 一鴨兩食,所以叫左呢個炒鴨絲,鴨肉切成粗條,去晒骨,加埋野菌一齊炒,醬汁偏濃味,但食到晒成隻鴨。•🥢 鎮江肴肉 & 雕皇醉雞 (送)呢兩款冷盤都係送嘅👍🏻 醉雞嘅花雕酒味幾濃幾入味,雞嘅肉質都幾滑😋肴肉切成菱形再砌成雪花形狀,賣相夠晒靚~ 上層嘅啫喱同下層嘅豬肉比例為1:2,啫喱滑溜而豬肉鹹香唔肥膩,就算唔點汁都幾好食~•🥢 四喜烤夫呢個烤夫都係冷盤嚟,除咗烤夫,仲有木耳、冬菇仔同埋四季豆,全部都好入味,尤其是烤夫,吸晒啲醬汁,味道酸甜開胃🤤•🥢 尖椒花膠炒牛柳肉見呢個花膠炒牛柳肉幾得意就叫左嚟試下,呢個賣相都幾醜🙊 尖椒好辣,唔啱就咁食,所以應該係嚟調味,炒埋花膠同牛柳肉個辣味就剛剛好,但牛柳肉個肉質太腍,感覺醃得好犀利🙊 花膠就好薄身,似韌少少嘅河粉咁😂•🥢 淮揚灌湯小籠包 🥢 黑松露小籠包小籠包最少要叫2件,所以可以叫啲唔同味!小籠包皮薄,摺位都唔厚,餡料同湯汁都足夠🤤 另外叫咗黑松露味,一上枱早落超級香!但食落就無想像中咁濃味,但幾特別,值得一試!•🥢 金沙明蝦球 $上枱嘅賣相又係麻麻哋😂 蝦球好彈牙,但金沙(鹹蛋黃)炒得唔夠乾身,有啲蝦球痴得唔夠多金沙,另外加左木魚碎,呢個配搭都有啲奇怪🤔•中間仲有個小插曲,我哋其實仲叫左個奶油娃娃菜,但上晒其他餸同食到咁上下都無出現就同咗店員反映兩次,佢話幫手跟,但都無消失,點知之後見遲過我哋入座點菜嘅隔離枱嘅同一碟菜都上咗,我哋就叫店員取消咗order埋單無等啦🥲 continue reading

每次必食片皮鴨和小籠包,今次試咗新嘢➡️牛肉餅😄片皮鴨半隻$298肉質鮮嫩,皮下層肥膏都片走埋,食落感覺無咁膩,好薄好金香🥰包皮厚度適中,夠濕潤又唔乾,配料都好多款式,個醬好味唔會好鹹,加少少砂糖一齊食好夾🤭淮楊小籠包(每粒$16)皮薄,好多湯,有肉汁,熱辣辣好味!香煎牛肉包(每隻$20)包皮外脆内軟,好鐘意呢種口感,牛肉好夠味,第一次食幾有驚喜,下次會再叫😁每次去都會點烏龍茶,好清香,夠味又唔俗,但無茶葉買🥹餐前小食$25花生、青瓜和螺肉都唔錯。 continue reading

.用餐日期:2023年11月 晚餐晚市人多,我地一行8位被安排坐房間,當晚房間有三圍,環境相當嘈雜,而且圓枱太大,基本上同枱講野都好難聽到。當晚仲有段小插曲,經理以為我地9位,就自己送左3碟餐前小菜,但最後發現我地得8個人,話唔可以送3碟,最後加左我地一位茶芥當9位。但我地訂枱係訂8位,擺左9個茶位應該係餐廳溝通問題,餐前小食都係經理話送我地先要,冇特別話想食,無啦啦加我地一位茶芥都幾無奈,不過幾十蚊就算😂《茶芥 $19/位》《鎮江肴肉 & 雕皇醉雞》 ⭐️⭐️⭐️呢兩道菜係餐廳送的,鎮江肴肉其實就是將肉汁整成啫喱狀的肉凍,再配上豬肉一齊食,餐廳將肴肉砌成雪花形狀,幾有特色。醉雞雞肉嫩滑,亦都食到濃濃酒香,相當不錯。《$128 黑松露素鵝》 ⭐️⭐️⭐️外皮煎得香脆既素鵝,咬落食到滿滿既內涵,可惜黑松露味道不足,而且定價頗貴。《$108 奶油娃娃菜》 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️聞到好香既奶油味,入口creamy,娃娃菜都好甜,好好食。《$568 烤北京填鴨》 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️來到今日重點,片皮鴨應該係一早切定,皮有點乾,肉質普通,不難食但又未好食到令人留低印象。配料款式頗多,除左慣常既大蔥、青瓜,仲有哈蜜瓜同紫蘿蔔,醬料都有砂糖同烤鴨醬。但呢個價錢黎講尚算親民,餐廳仲有半隻鴨可以選擇,人少少都可以食。《$108 二食 炒鴨菘》 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️可以選擇配生菜或芝麻餅,因為今次叫左兩隻鴨,就兩款都試左。炒出黎好大碟,但鴨菘就唔係佔好多,大部分都係配料,配生菜會冇咁膩,但個人來說覺得芝麻餅好香脆,配鴨菘食都幾特別。《$168 金沙蝦球》⭐️⭐️⭐️咸蛋黃蝦球,真係非常邪惡。賣相普普通通,不過蝦球相當彈牙,食落膩感唔會太重,上面亦加左木魚碎增加風味。另外我地仲試左✅水鄉紅瑪瑙✅海皇酸辣湯✅乾煸四季豆✅鮮茄濃湯浸菜苗✅金陵驢打滾✅高力豆沙人均消費:$350環境:6/10食物:7/10服務:7/10性價比:8/10整體:7.5/10 親民烤鴨 continue reading

朋友生日好想食片皮鴨,大家決定去試下係K11既大都烤鴨,剛好餐廳又剛裝修完可以趕上朋友生日飯。今次生日飯共七個人,連埋甜品叫左十幾款食品烤北京填鴨 - 叫左一隻既份量,係以上兩份半隻片皮鴨咁既形式上枱,配料組合有紫蘿蔔,蜜瓜,青瓜,京葱絲,京醬,砂糖同荷葉餅,比一般坊間既片皮鴨配搭更講究,尤其嗰京醬非常出色,加左醬料後將原本已非常香脆美味既鴨皮同鴨肉提升到更美味既境界,包埋配料捲起一口吃下去,可以話係我食過最好味既片皮鴨,只係為依個片皮鴨已想盡備下次再encore淮陽灌湯小籠包 - 皮薄爆汁夠熱好味道,無咩好挑剔既水準之作鮮肉鍋貼 - 飽滿既鍋貼非常足料,嗰嗰都讚二菘炒鴨末 - 可選配生菜或芝麻燒餅,我地選擇左燒餅,將鴨末畢入燒餅中一起食,非常香口惹味,必點之選農家酸菜魚 - 湯底偏重味但味道係好的,魚肉嫩滑無腥味,索晒湯汁既豆卜都好食乾煸四季豆 - 都係香口惹味菜,味道不錯,不過略嫌四季豆走油有點過左少少,變得太軟身缺少左口感鎮江餚肉 - 好有風味既特色菜式,冷盤既鹹食,味道特別好難形容,值得一試黃金蝦仁炒飯 - 非常美味既炒飯,飯粒充滿鹹蛋黃香,嗰嗰都讚好味,飯面上加柴魚絲更增加了風味,必試之選甜品共叫了小鴨子酥,高力豆沙,酒釀小丸子,金陵驢打滾四款,因為唔係按人頭叫我無試晒,所以只放相唔逐一評論了整體係非常滿意同愉快既一餐,已經想再約嚟多次試其他款式了 continue reading
