To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

膳食夫人說很久沒有吃過烤鴨,於是相約午膳一下,K11的大都烤鴨,有一豐富的四人套餐$538, 份量足夠五人吃,今天剛剛五位,簡直完美的結合。大都三繡: 蠔油蘑菇、醬蘿蔔,鵰皇醉雞~前菜: 醉雞入味夠嫩滑,筆者每次到來都很喜歡他們的蠔油蘑菇及醬蘿蔔,蠔油蘑菇顯得刀工精緻外,那麻油香氣撲鼻和醬酒味道互相糾纏,筆者至愛。文思豆腐羹~四人套餐是包四位這個豆腐羹的,另加一位豆腐羹需加$68, 很喜歡㕑師的刀功,切得豆腐絲絲細幼,每每都很喜歡。干煸四季豆~炒得乾身,滋味濃郁。年糕紅燒肉~這個紅燒肉真是不得不讚,那肥肉晶凝通透,入口即溶,邪惡中安慰自己添加骨膠原,回味無窮,配上年糕,煙韌又過癮。野箘炒鴨絲~幾個餸菜的醬汁都煮得很味美,其實配白飯是相當夾當,可惜肚子已沒有位置容下白飯了⋯⋯烤鴨半隻$278~來到這裡,必定要點烤鴨。乾身唔會感覺油淋淋的,膳食夫人每每都是因為這隻烤鴨到來一會。必食之選迎新小籠包~AI 年代,間間食店都邀請使用其食店手機App ,朋友耐心地開通,即送小籠包一客。皮薄配濃湯,味美,值得推介。淮揚拾景炒飯~炒飯夠乾身,粒粒分明。貝勒燕麥番薯$80~反沙芋的更新版本,感覺比反沙芋健康,外面是燕麥香沙糖,包著熱騰騰的番薯,甜度適中,筆者大愛。整體來說:烤鴨必食,其他餸菜的醬汁運用得宜,久不久都會過來一聚。 continue reading

真係片到得返層皮嘅片皮鴨上枱時都夠氣勢未入口都聞到好香,入口就是脆得泥冇肥糕,所以好容易就食晒,一d都吾溜。其他食物都ok,環境舒適,好多卡位,服務都吾錯。加上有套餐,可以不用傷腦筋,值得再來。 continue reading

朋友突然想食片皮鴨,所以找了這間嘗試。我們選擇了一個二人套餐,再加了雞絲粉皮(擔心吃不夠🤭🤭)套餐菜單有兩個前菜👉🏼 酸魚,烤夫酸魚味道就與咕嚕肉一樣,也是酸酸甜甜的,令人有開胃的感覺。烤夫是類似麵筋的食品,口感也很特別。然後到元貝鴨絲羹,味道略為偏淡,但也可接受,肉絲也挺多。最重要就烤鴨,整體也挺不錯,皮的口感脆身而不膩,鴨肉也很嫩滑。還有兩個小菜+一籠小籠包。整體也可以去嘗試😋 continue reading
