To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶有優惠吃烤鴨雖然已經由當初5折變成6折但也比正價划算帶上家人go go go1️⃣烤北京填鴨(半隻) $298烤鴨切好一塊塊鴨皮脆 基本上都沒有肥膏鴨肉吃不到騷味荷葉餅新鮮熱辣辣的上桌搭配上大頭菜條、青瓜條、哈密瓜條和京蔥條最後撒上白糖和甜麵醬又是一個完美的烤鴨捲🤤2️⃣文思豆腐羹(位) $78鹹香味濃郁豆腐切成一條條煮成羹湯入口順滑3️⃣年糕紅燒肉 $178吃又覺得味道怪怪的不吃又覺得浪費錢紅燒肉肯定是要半肥瘦才好吃可惜這次以瘦為主我還是啃完整鍋佩服自己👍🏻4️⃣淮揚涵易小籠包 $64/4想不透為什麼這麼貴一個但魔咒一般 每次都會點反正味道和坊間吃到的差不多也不算特別值得推薦
