To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大都烤鴨，之前成日食呢間，今日同屋企人過嚟食飯。烤北京填鴨酒槽鴨肝淮揚灌湯小籠包黑松露小龍包乾煸四季豆奶油蛙娃菜雞絲粉皮巴蜀口水雞生煎包荷香包鴨飯（4位用）富貴蜜汁火方文思豆腐羹海皇酸辣湯黃飛鴻辣子雙脆黃金豆腐蝦🦐烤鴨比起以前失色，皮唔夠脆。豆腐羹幾好食，比較鮮。生煎包爆汁，黑松露小籠包好惹味，四季豆有鑊氣，奶油娃娃菜Creamy。荷香包鴨飯味道唔錯，略嫌唔係用糯米，覺得最好食係個蝦，爽口彈牙。其他嘢都係不過不失。整體感覺比起早一兩年差咗，而且當日一早打電話留咗枱，喺間房入邊，不過由於隔離另外有一枱客人，大聲講野超級騷擾，成餐飯都覺得好影響。未必會再嚟。

烤鴨比起以前失色，皮唔夠脆。豆腐羹幾好食，比較鮮。生煎包爆汁，黑松露小籠包好惹味，四季豆有鑊氣，奶油娃娃菜Creamy。荷香包鴨飯味道唔錯，略嫌唔係用糯米，覺得最好食係個蝦，爽口彈牙。其他嘢都係不過不失。
