To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經不是第一次到Dim Sum Library,一直喜歡,但這次真的讓人十分失望,不論是服務還是食物。上菜時,已感覺「湯」的質地明顯十分濃郁,再拿起麵條的時候,這根本不是湯,而是醬。麵條被醬汁黏着,夾起來已非常費力困難,完全沒有辦法順利把一條完整的麵條夾起。放進口全是花生醬醬汁,和之前吃的差距非常大。詢問服務員這個是湯麵嗎?為什麼這樣漿的,服務員卻說是這樣的沒有問題。那我之前在這裡吃到的擔擔湯麵是什麼?餐牌上英文寫上in soup ,但這根本不是湯麵。如果說它是撈麵,它就是一個乾身到撈不起的撈麵。非常失望。

One of our favourite restaurants in HK. You can’t go wrong, food is delicious and the staff are incredibly hard-working and helpful. Food-wise there is so much choice, you have to order the Dan Dan Xiaolong Bao, Wagyu Beef Puffs and Black truffle garlic gau. There are also lots of amazing hot dishes too and tea-infused cocktails. Always recommend going to friends.

上星期食完,父母都非常滿意,想再食多次,試下不同菜式。一星期前訂位,母親節正日食午餐,人流都幾旺。海膽蟹肉春卷$82 四件Hokkaido king crab & sea urchin spring roll 海膽就不太鮮甜,春卷內確實填滿蟹肉。太湖素脆鱔$68呢碟脆鱔爸爸媽媽食不停口,味道不錯,香脆但不油膩。黑松露蝦餃 $52 三件餃皮薄,松露很香,蝦彈牙爽口。黑椒和牛酥 $82 三粒入口鬆化,食不出牛肉是和牛還是普通牛,黑椒味很濃。香煎藥膳淮山糕 $68 三件點了兩客,非常驚喜,外脆內軟,食到淮山粒。星洲黑豚叉燒炒米米粉炒得不油膩,不過米粉癡成一團,有點難分,味道可以。叉燒包朱古力流心糯米糍新鮮現做,暖笠笠,軟棉棉咬一口朱古力流出,好味。

可能因為貴,係冇訂位情況還有位,但要一小時交枱。二人枱其實幾細張,放兩樣點心已冇位。茶叫左大紅袍,都可以。蝦餃同蝦腸正常。燒賣內有黑蒜,幾香。薑蔥龍蝦包食到粒粒龍蝦肉,味道似雞包仔。蟹肉青卷有幾多蟹肉,海膽祇是放左面,不過都新鮮。芋角是芋蓉加鵝肝醬,都香同鬆化。

Dim Sum time!—————I love all kinds of Dim Sum, and finally tried Dim Sum Library for the first time a couple weeks ago! They serve fancy fusion dim sum (which also come with a higher price point), including wagyu beef puffs, way fancier than our typical char siu puffs! The design of the restaurant is also quite dark, very dimly lit, not exactly what one would imagine how a dim sum place would look like😂Personally though, I prefer traditional dim sum which are cheaper and pretty much just as good

The lobster bao in particular had very little filling with only a few morsels of tasteless lobster meat in them. An average char siu bao would definitely taste better. Other dim sums were just alright. The crispy hand-pulled chicken was quite good, however. 叫左最鍾意的海膽春卷
味道都夾 海膽肉係爽同結實 唔係淋巴巴
非常有口感 而且顏色配搭好睇
食落新鮮冇怪味 要試

另外 叫左個鵝肝糖心蛋
好食到暈 必試
流心蛋加煎炸到蕉趣變黑的鵝肝
入口太香啦 鵝肝 外趣內軟 太讚啦

仲有石頭鍋和牛鵝肝飯
細細粒鵝肝混入每一口飯裡頭
真係好幸福架
如果和牛大粒d 口感會好好多

擔擔小籠包同黑豚腸粉就相比冇咁驚艷
但味道都好好嘅

唯投訴張枱太細
兩個人都應該俾張大小小枱麻
點多兩個點心就冇晒位
搞到食得好急 急住清碟
有時間慢慢歎


仲有個茶壺個咀 好多茶漬
希望洗的時候會清潔下啦 或者定期換一下個舊膠

太太生日,事先thru openrice book位,備註「太太生日」四字,但未有要求食店加料,亦無預食店會我地加料。我地主要想試佢既點心,雖然款式吾算太多,但用料比較特別,普通酒樓食吾到。我地分別叫左黑椒和牛酥、花枝響鈴炸兩同鵝肝芋角。和牛酥係好食,皮鬆脆肉嫩,但略嫌太辣,蓋過左牛味(雖然我都食得辣);花枝響鈴炸兩亦上佳,花枝同響鈴吾係貴食材,但佢整得好鬆脆,炸兩底加左魚肉墊住,可能做承托,腸粉皮夠薄,正;反而鵝肝芋角我有保留,吾係話佢整得難食,只係覺得鵝肝同芋頭吾係好夾,食落好濟,但佢個炸皮都做得夠脆夠薄吾油益。最後我地叫左個流心海鹽朱古力糯米糍。重點黎啦,侍應特別係糯米糍上加左枝蠟燭,仲同我太太講生日快樂,哈哈,連我都估佢唔到....未食已甜入心。服務認真一流。最後埋單$394。
